I received a message on May 4 2025 when I paid, saying that my order had been received. An order number was provided. It said that my order is now being processed. I sent an email to ask when I would receive the order and have had no response. Tried to access the website today and there is a message from Bluehost saying Account Suspended. Very disappointing!!!!

The email address "hello@bambooshit@com.au" is bogus and the business is registered under RAWCOMMERCE (ABN 67 668 838 839), with Rawad Srour listed as the owner, but this person clearly does not have any involvement in the company because the website is not legitimate. How this business is still trading, I have no idea. I spent $80.99 on them which was a massive mistake. Please avoid this business and go elsewhere so you don't end up becoming a victim like me.

Total scam! After receiving a transaction confirmation and trying to contact them in vain having received no further responses or shipping info I found this thread. Spent $148 on products to assist my 95yo mum and can’t believe they are still operating after reading so many people have been scammed and reported them. Have lodged an investigation with my bank.

Do not purchase from this company, they are not legitimate – I ordered 2 pieces of temporary bamboo fencing, approx 180cm in length & 170cm high. I received confirmation of my order & an order number. After 5 weeks, I sent a message asking when I can expect to receive my order. I have had no contact from them, nor have I received my order. It has now been 9 weeks. Thank you for taking money that I couldn't afford to spend, to fix a problem that still exists.

Have not heard any update, not receiving item and no response – I have ordered a Bamboo Charcoal purifying blackhead remover mask 60g which cost me $35.32 on 12/1/2025 Since then I have not heard or received anything from Bambooshit I have tried to contact Bambooshit twice ; however there was no response at all I'm not sure if this is a real business or just a scammer and cannot find where they are based Can anyone please help? Very disappointing – Scam! The only thing I received from them was a processing of my credit card. No acknowledgment, no order number, no reply to emails, and not a phone number anywhere!

supposedly in George St in Sydney. That's laughable! They do not send you an invoice reciept or take out the payment straight away. In the meantime they change the price on the product regulary so that when you realise its been a few weeks and your purchase hasnt arrived in the mail , you go back to check what you paid on the site and see its a different but very similar amount and look for that transaction in your bank account history. So making it hard to find the right transaction and check the payment went through. How is this site still operating.? I reported to ACCC and I can see its been in operation for years.

Yes a scam – I fell for it too!! Got a little suspicious from no shipping email so researched & found this. Not expecting to receive my product & glad I only spent $20 but sickens me. I have sent a report on Scam Watch to the ACCC. Should I be concerned about them having my bank account details & home address? I suppose so & will next contact my bank.

Scammers – No star review. Stay away. Scam website. Paid for goods, nothing received, my follow up email bounced back. If only I had seen all the reviews before purchasing.

SCAM Website – SCAMMER! The website takes your money, sends an email stating order received but does not send you anything. It's not possible to contact them either. I have reported this scam to the ACCC.
