Best website for vinyl decal / banners and business cards – I am extremely happy with Bannerbuzz !! I have been ordering since 3 years now and every order was really good (improved by the FREE designers support ..) It is very hard to beat the quality for the price they offer ..... I don't really understand all the negative reviews.

Absolutely delighted – Ordered a selfie frame using the design feature and it was exactly as I had hoped for. Excellent packaging. Amazing detail. Perfect for the relevant occasion. Highly Recommend this business.

For your sanity, don't use this company. The prices are attractive and product range decent, but it is based overseas in a country where English is not spoken well. I designed my flag online, when I left and returned to edit the font colour palette had disappeared. I was referred to > hire a designer. Probably won't bother now. Pity

Sent design and waited for their design team to send back a proof for me to approve. Problem is that they just sent my design as I sent it without doing an exact proof. Fortunately I had paid the insurance so rang to discuss. Well 3weeks and many emails and phone discussions later still waiting for the order to be shipped. Firstly was told I didn't respond only I had. To my dismay this happened at least 5 times after and realised it was just a nonsense excuse. Then they said they would send a new proof of design to approve. Guess what they sent a generic image nothing to do with my design and said I had approved it again. What a joke. Choose another company these guys are cr#p and shouldn't be allowed to operate. Not worth the 10 dollars u save by going w them. Discussed in their service resolution team and as far as customer service goes dont bother ringing all they do is put u on hold then hang up. Terrible

If you pay $99 to get free shipping, they actually slap 'priority shipping' as the default method and you need to find your way to select the free shipping option, but even then, the 'Free Shipping' offer somehow has an extra 'exceptional courier charge' slapped on it which offsets the free shipping as this charge is very close to their standard… Read more

Bannerbuzz.COM.AU is NOT an Australian company!! Don’t be fooled - company ships from India. Takes ages from order to delivery. Other Australian printers get you your order within a day or two. I waited well over a week for simple stickers and when they did finally arrive, they were incorrect. Had I have known that a .com.au website was not an Australian business I would not have ordered.

their company was that their pricing was good, because those booklets can get pricey, but this sure was not worth the money I saved. I placed an order for 6 different booklets to be printed. The designers completely screwed up my orders over and over again. Every time they would submit proofs to me, they would leave out pages or duplicate pages, omit other pages, or they would even pull pages from a completely different file. I don't know how the heck they were doing this when I'm submitting these to them in a PDF file. I have never had this with any other printing company I have used. Because of this, my order ended up being over a month late getting to me. I asked them to ship them to me via expedited shipping with their company absorbing the cost for this, but the most they would do was pay half, and at that point, I was so frustrated that I wasn't paying another dime for that work. At that point, I ended up reading reviews online and seeing so many horrible reviews, I wish I had done my homework beforehand and researched them first. Again, I have never had an experience like this, so I didn't see the need to research a printing company to see if they employed kindergarteners as their designers. All the while, all the customer service people do is say I understand your frustration. Really? Do you really understand my frustration? I highly doubt they do because if they valued their reputation in their business at all, they would care what their customers think. They obviously do not!

Completely misleading pictures. e.g. Pic of a marquee with back and side walls for c. $1000. Then asks to pay extra for back and side walls. Called and they said not misleading at all.

Poor quality golf flags, would never buy from again, only come with 6 months warranty, and you can see why, I’ve only had my flags out for 5 months at best and are ripped to pieces. Spent time communicating with customer service and all they had to offer was a 10% discount on next order.

Should have read the reviews before using. It states it is an Australian company based in Sydney. The item was made and shipped from India, I should have realised by the cost. decal came in a round tube and we had to put it under a heavy box to flatten it. I get the use of the tube for protection but it has warped the product. In saying all this the decal is up but even but still has a few bubbles in it that will not come out.

3 weeks later, no invoice, no proofs and no communication. I emailed the company who then responded and sent proofs (just shy of 4 weeks post payment). Have requested a refund..... And as expected, no response. Avoid.

Worst customer service I ever had. Order was delayed so much that I ended up not needing what I ordered. I asked for a refund and they kept telling me my order is on hold. Withholding money for a product you haven’t produced is illegal.

First, it started with the worst back and forth communication in human history where they will string you along for ages, flag random things that no normal printers do, pretend that your file is the issue (when it isn't, especially if you have ever worked with any other printer before). They are also not from the US, their entire team is from India and they WILL call you at ridiculous times at night. Steer clear and order locally if you can.

Poor quality and a waste of money – I ordered return mail address labels. DO NOT purchase these. They are a total waste of money. They do not stick and are difficult to read. $22 down the drain.

Untrustworthy – Support ignored specific questions multiple times and closed support tickets with no resolution. Support insisted my design needed to be reworked due to pixelization and then provided a lower resolution, poorer quality and much more pixelation proof. They then proceeds to try to force or deceive me into approving a much worse quality file.

Banner No Buzz – Order 2 Marquees to be printed with our logo. They asked for payment in full so they could then arrange and start art work . Then get a call to say they are going to be delivered. We paid for marquee and printing which they separate the price . We paid both amounts for multiple prints.Now we have 2 blank white marquees . to, asked for more photos while I was busy on a long weekend and then today rang me twice with no msg left during the middle of a work day , and then leave a msg saying they are closing the ticket. To top ALL of this off despite claiming an Australian address on the website they send a packaging marked for drop shipping to a client of mine with postage stickers from INDIA! Unreliable, Misleading and Unhelpful.

This is what exactly your site says "Single Sided Printing: Singlesided flags will show the image on the back side as a mirrored image with 50-60% visibility." NOTHING about transparency as you reference below.

Not American made and garbage product – Order banners from this company because them show a GA address and we wanted an American made product.
