Disgraceful experience! Website domain pretends they are in Australia, actually in Aberdaad. Paid immediately online. Could not fulfil my order. Delayed communication as they are in India. Refused refund twice with offers of discounts for repeat orders. Definitely avoid!!!

I paid $30 for shipping alone, believing I was paying for priority shipping within Australia. I needed these tags urgently, which is why I was prepared to pay such an expensive shipping fee. I fully expected my order to arrive by the promised delivery date.

However, my order failed to arrive on Saturday as promised.

When I contacted customer service, I was initially told that my parcel had already been delivered, which was completely incorrect. After checking again, they acknowledged that it had not been delivered.

I was then assured that if my order did not arrive, I would receive a refund of my $30 shipping fee.

It was only after obtaining the tracking information that I discovered my order had actually been dispatched from India, not Australia!

I find this incredibly misleading. When a company advertises an Australian address and operates through a .com.au website, customers can reasonably be left with the impression that they are purchasing locally. Had I known my order was being shipped internationally, I would never have placed it, particularly given how urgently I needed the items.

My parcel has still not arrived, and despite being promised a refund of my shipping fee, I have received no confirmation that it has been processed.

The lack of transparency about where orders are dispatched from, the expensive shipping costs, incorrect delivery information and failure to follow through on a promised refund are completely unacceptable.

Australian customers deserve to know where their products are actually being shipped from before placing an order, especially when paying a premium for urgent delivery.

I certainly won't be purchasing from BannerBuzz again.

as it was needed in a hurry, thought it was coming from Sydney so should have been here ontime. The decal came in a round tube and we had to put it under a heavy box to flatten it. I get the use of the tube for protection but it has warped the product. In saying all this the decal is up but even but still has a few bubbles in it that will not come out.

I just received my Banner Buzz Banner and it is perfect, just like i wanted it. Great Job, arrived on time and great quality, good price.

One of the worst company. Works on fake AI responses. No solution at all. Bogus Resolution Specialists. Waste of money. Time wasters. Keeps you in limbo. Never get your job as expected.

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Not even based in Australia. Purchase a range of products for a small business, provided files in stated format, came back and requested they be provided differently which i dont have. had so much trouble with communication, that i asked to cancel and get a refund, the customer service was absolutely terrible. telling me they sent emails, when I double checked and had nothing, no sorry for any miscommunication, just no you are wrong.. ended up with no banner for our function

Product is different than described. Therefore product is useless to me. The support is rude and uncooperative. They don't care about their customers or reputation. Just a money grab.

For your sanity, don't use this company. The prices are attractive and product range decent, but it is based overseas in a country where English is not spoken well. They just don't understand simple instructions, and consistency in communication - each message is answered by someone else who hasn't read previous messages. Show details

I designed my flag online, when I left and returned to edit the font colour palette had disappeared. I was referred to > hire a designer. Probably won't bother now. Pity

Sent design and waited for their design team to send back a proof for me to approve. Problem is that they just sent my design as I sent it without doing an exact proof. I thought this would be the finished Decals. NA not even close they arrived were 1/3 of requested sign were on opaque background which made the Decals look faded and old.… Read more

Fortunately I had paid the insurance so rang to discuss. Well 3weeks and many emails and phone discussions later still waiting for the order to be shipped. Firstly was told I didn't respond only I had. To my dismay this happened at least 5 times after and realised it was just a nonsense excuse. Then they said they would send a new proof of design to approve. Guess what they sent a generic image nothing to do with my design and said I had approved it again. What a joke. Choose another company these guys are cr#p and shouldn't be allowed to operate. Not worth the 10 dollars u save by going w them. Discussed in their service resolution team and as far as customer service goes dont bother ringing all they do is put u on hold then hang up. Terrible

If you pay $99 to get free shipping, they actually slap 'priority shipping' as the default method and you need to find your way to select the free shipping option, but even then, the 'Free Shipping' offer somehow has an extra 'exceptional courier charge' slapped on it which offsets the free shipping as this charge is very close to their standard… Read more

shipping cost, just worded differently!. but if your order is under $99 you pay for shipping but this 'exceptional courier charge' is not there, how odd! They don't seem to be an honest or transparent business, and now that I've read the other reviews. It just all makes sense...

Bannerbuzz.COM.AU is NOT an Australian company!! Don’t be fooled - company ships from India. Takes ages from order to delivery. Other Australian printers get you your order within a day or two. I waited well over a week for simple stickers and when they did finally arrive, they were incorrect. Had I have known that a .com.au website was not an Australian business I would not have ordered.

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had hiring a company to print marketing materials. their company was that their pricing was good, because those booklets can get pricey, but this sure was not worth the money I saved. I placed an order for 6 different booklets to be printed. The designers completely screwed up my orders over and over again. Every time they would submit proofs to me, they would leave out pages or duplicate pages, omit other pages, or they would even pull pages from a completely different file. I don't know how the heck they were doing this when I'm submitting these to them in a PDF file. I have never had this with any other printing company I have used. Because of this, my order ended up being over a month late getting to me. I asked them to ship them to me via expedited shipping with their company absorbing the cost for this, but the most they would do was pay half, and at that point, I was so frustrated that I wasn't paying another dime for that work. At that point, I ended up reading reviews online and seeing so many horrible reviews, I wish I had done my homework beforehand and researched them first. Again, I have never had an experience like this, so I didn't see the need to research a printing company to see if they employed kindergarteners as their designers. All the while, all the customer service people do is say I understand your frustration. Really? Do you really understand my frustration? I highly doubt they do because if they valued their reputation in their business at all, they would care what their customers think. They obviously do not!

Completely misleading pictures. e.g. Pic of a marquee with back and side walls for c. $1000. Then asks to pay extra for back and side walls. Called and they said not misleading at all.

Poor quality golf flags, would never buy from again, only come with 6 months warranty, and you can see why, I’ve only had my flags out for 5 months at best and are ripped to pieces. Spent time communicating with customer service and all they had to offer was a 10% discount on next order.

3 weeks later, no invoice, no proofs and no communication. I emailed the company who then responded and sent proofs (just shy of 4 weeks post payment). Have requested a refund..... And as expected, no response. Avoid.

Worst customer service I ever had. Order was delayed so much that I ended up not needing what I ordered. I asked for a refund and they kept telling me my order is on hold. Withholding money for a product you haven’t produced is illegal.

you a faulty faded and poorly made product then (get this), when you raise this with them they will try to get you to pay for it AGAIN. It is disgusting. They are also not from the US, their entire team is from India and they WILL call you at ridiculous times at night. Steer clear and order locally if you can.

Poor quality and a waste of money – I ordered return mail address labels. DO NOT purchase these. They are a total waste of money. They do not stick and are difficult to read. $22 down the drain.

Untrustworthy – Support ignored specific questions multiple times and closed support tickets with no resolution. Support insisted my design needed to be reworked due to pixelization and then provided a lower resolution, poorer quality and much more pixelation proof. They then proceeds to try to force or deceive me into approving a much worse quality file.
