Terrible, and Cheap S**T – Bought 3 fridges from these guys .. not one has lasted more than 3 years. Lights Stop Working after a year, they make a lot of noise, then something breaks. Cheap Crap. Good looking ornament, but not a great working fridge – Bought an awesome looking fridge but not cold enough. Also warranty for a nearly $2k fridge of just 2 years is ridiculous. When i rang this company I was laughed at and told that 2 years is ample. I would expect a decade of use if not more out of such an expensive item. Save your money. Maybe it would be a better fridge inside but for alfresco, they're useless longterm

First rate after sales service – I had some issues with my bar fridge and initially I thought that this company was a bit reluctant to provide after sales service. However, Brett jumped in and things started happening! Without any argument I was provided with a replacement fridge. I have to commend this company on its genuine commitment to the products that they sell, great "old school" after sales service that you don’t often experience these days. Amazing customer service and back up – Bar Fridges Australia restored my faith in customer service. My fridge I purchased from them had an issue 12 months in, but the warranty had expired a few days earlier. Great service and products – I had a great experience with BFA. Pre-sales was super helpful while I was trying to figure out what I needed. Delivery was quick and sales process simplified. Didn’t last – Purchased a fridge in style of Petrol pump. Worked great for few years but now turned it self into a freezer. Wasn’t cheap and hesitant to spend more getting fixed. had any problems with the unit. On receiving my fridge and plugging in we heard a fan clicking fan noise. This was reported to BFA and with in 24hrs I had a call from Monique at customer service. Monique went through a list of measures that were to rectify issue but to no avail. Monique quickly arranged for their BFA service tech to come out and sort out the issue. Darryl their tech turned up when he said and on time and after exchanging parts and adjustments BFA made the call and arranged for a complete swap over of the fridge for a new one. The second unit has been in operation for nearly 3 months now and is working very very well. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BFA if you are in the market for a good fridge for your bar. Credit to Monique and Darryl for there technical support and customer service you both are a real asset to BFA. PS - forgot to mention initial order i upgraded to the quiet motor which was well worth the additional cost as my bar is in the middle of the house and did not want to hear the motor all night. Excellent service – Our outdoor bar fridge’s compressor fan stopped working after 8 months. It was very easy to ring up, talk to a technician and get a repairman out quickly to replace the fan. It was super easy as they had a record of the sale and it was within warranty. Show details ·  1

Schmick Triple Glaze Glass Bar Fridge – We recently purchased a fridge and it arrived in record time, Unpacked and checked it and found a small flaw. I emailed photos and was contacted within hours and a solution was presented and dealt with so fast. Great customer service.  Show reply

Great looking Expensive Fridges that don’t last – I’m surprised by the amount of good reviews. The fridges don’t last, they are noisy for indoor use (even with an upgrade on the compressor) and the glass creates condensation. Other fridges in the house last over 10 years and these expensive bar fridges last 3 years if you’re lucky. This is the second time we have purchased a fridge through them and I have learnt my lesson.

Short life span for an expensive product – Rhino bar fridge didn’t last as long as hoped considering the price. Service staff pleasant and helpful, but couldn’t make it operational, and charged an unexpected hefty fee for the privilege. Best customer service experience – Of all the Christmas purchases I made online, this was by far the easiest and friendliest. These guys could teach the big retailers a thing or two about response times and general communication. I had a change of mind about a purchase and it was accommodated in a flash with a partial refund transferred to me almost instantly.
