Wrong door, no hardware, do not buy from this company – Good initial experience until received no hardware and wrong size door with corner damage, did resolve hardware but no reply on damaged door and wrong sized door and cannot get them to contact. Should have known better with no phone number. Shall be making official complaint against company.

No contact after money taken – I have been waiting over a month now and tried numerous times to contact the company with no joy. regarding the whereabouts of the track. We had to purchase a track system elsewhere so that the project wasn't held up any longer. We still haven't received a refund or any acknowledgment of it being processed. This company has wasted so much of our time and has zero customer service after they take your money! Very disappointing.

Scammer – Ordered $1700 worth of stock in May 2017. They don't respond to emails and phone calls. Reported them to Scamwatch. I suggest anyone who is stuck to ring the Home Ideas Centre as they were very helpful and interested in resolving the issue.

This time no reply over the next week to emails everyday, Facebook messages, the phone mailbox was full everyday except once when I left a message but complete silence from the company. I finally went through the Pay Pay resolution centre and after 5 days and 2 messages I received response, I was told the product was out of stock and would I like to wait for it to come in. No thanks - I did receive refund by going through Pay Pal. The website still says its in stock.

No customer service – I ordered 2 barn doors and hardware over 5 weeks ago and no goods or contact. Professional website but unfortunately that is where it stopped. I have not received any response to my e-mails or online requests. The only telephone number supplied does not answer and advises that the mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. $1298.00 debited immediately I placed my order. This is just not on.

Why is the company still running – Agree bad service they suck ordered our door got receipt to say payed...no door track still...yet they are happy to take your money.
