Very happy with our new resprayed bath tub, we were thinking of putting a new inlayed bath liner or respraying our bath tub. Glad we got the old bath tub resprayed, looks brand new again, it was cheaper and longer warranty then a new inlayed bath liner.

Follow-up  · The process took two days, one full day and the next day about one hour to finish the job. They left our place clean after the job. Only one small issue was that the enamel coating had some grains ( felt like a bit of sand ) in it, which we discovered afterwards .

Cameron came & gave a fully explained quotation of planned work, Adam followed up with a no-fuss restoration of my tired shower base. The exercise & experience was no fuss and a fantastic result.

Consider your options carefully, think of the long term, is repair really better than replacement? I say this as I am in the position where this company is refusing my warranty claim. I engaged Bathroom Werx to repair a cracked shower base, 2 years ago 26/9/2023.After 2 years of being repaired the repair is failing so I put in for a warranty… Read more

claim only to have my claim rejected. The reasoning being that I was informed at the time that my repair would not be covered by their warranty. When I asked for signed proof that I agreed to this condition I was informed along the lines of 'It is in our notes that you were told. I can assure that no such conversation took place as I would not have gone through with the repair if I had known that the work would not be covered by the warranty. The Bathroom Werx website clearly states that they guarantee their work for 7 years, so why then refuse to honour warranty claims?. The ACCC has a section on their website titled "Repair, replace, refund, cancel' which states the following. When a business sells a product or service that doesn't meet basic rights known as consumer guarantee it must offer the consumer a solution. When a product has a major problem, consumers have a right to alter their agreement with the service provider. Businesses must fix a minor problem with a product or service by at least giving a free repair. Very disappointed.

Employed Bathroom Werx to re-surface our pressed metal bath in 2022 for $875 as part of renovations to the bathroom. The Re-surfacing failed (paint began to delaminate around the bath waste) after 2 years. Repairs/patching is offered under warranty but didn't match in terms of colour and looks very messy and is hard to clean because it is… Read more

hand-painted rather than sprayed as with the initial re-surfacing.

We requested a full re-do of the work in 2025 as part of extra minor renovations. We offered to pay the full amount again but Bathroom Werx only offered a fresh topcoat. This cost $490. It looked appalling (raised scratches and imperfections in the surface and long rivulets of thick, hardened paint. The company did not reply to our refund request (with photo evidence attached) within two weeks, so we contracted a competitor to re-do the whole process. Bathroom Werx are now refusing to refund us any money and their customer service has been slow, defensive and flippant throughout all our interactions with them.

If you have the option, we recommend just buying a new bath instead of employing Bathroom Werx as it will probably end up being cheaper in both the short and long term. We're almost $1500 out of pocket and now have to pay a competitor to completely re-do the re-surfacing.

As first homebuyers, this is all pretty disappointing and represents a real financial burden to us.

Arrangement to have a tradesman come and mend a large chip in bath enamel was very efficient and the repair matched the existing colour well in appearance though the surface feel was not quite as smooth as the existing. The opportunity to settle the account by card with the tradesman was welcome and convenient.

We had a consultant come out and review the work; he provided a quote on the spot. We scheduled in the job and we were not disappointed. Kelvin’s attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. We would recommend them to anyone.

Bathroom Werx transformed a worn-looking bathroom into a spa by resurfacing the tiles (floor and wall), the bath, vanity basins and bench top. It was an amazing transformation with minimal inconvenience. Worth every cent!!!

Follow-up  · The transformation took five working days plus two days to allow the enamel to cure. So we were unable to use the bathroom and toilet for seven days. Once cured, the bathroom only needs a wipeover with the proprietary cleaner provided to maintain its pristine appearance. I was told that when the cleaner needs replacing, I can use diluted… Read more

Having used Bathroom Werx to update a very old bathroom I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Liz helped us along the journey with quoting and answering all of our questions and Andrew did the work in the bathroom and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!

Had my shower base re-done. It was cracked and peeling. Am so happy with the outcome, it looks brand new. I was even able to organise to have them remove my shower screen too. Ashlee at the office was so incredibly helpful. Thank you!

From the professional advice George provided on the initial quote to the skilled work of Blake, who carried out the transformation of our bathroom & toilet, I can not highly recommend enough the team from Bathroom Werx. finish, not only was Bathroom Werx able to give the look required, but I now have the brand new crisp white looking vanity/bath/wall & floor tiles I envisioned. Even saving on my budget by bringing my old vanity a new look of life. Blake's friendly & professional manner was a pleasure to deal with on site, a real credit to the team with his experience & skill in finishes. Thank you from one delighted customer!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Great for the first couple of weeks and then it starts peeling off. The 7 year warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. Customer service was rude and evasive. Will find any reason not to honour the warranty. Very bad experience.

Was a good job until you need repairs – After 4 years paint started to peel so I called them for repairs under their 7 year guarantee. Initially had to wait 6 weeks and now a day before they have delayed it another 3 weeks. Not impressed.

7 Year Guarantee not worth a bumper- we have waited 4 years already – We had our bathrooms and laundry resurfaced in 2017. Every year for the first 3 we tried to get the flaking paint fixed. We were told that as the franchisee-who no longer worked in our area- was responsible for any issues, they couldn't help until a new franchisee started on the Gold Coast. Needless to say none have started, our bathrooms look a… Read more

mess with flaking paint everywhere, and are now looking at a full renovation to remove the tiles altogether. Guarantee should be from parent company as all bookings go through them the invoice has their address on it and they presumably get their franchisee cut, but I have been told repeatedly not their problem sorry. No point having a National company guarantee something they can't. Shoddy work with shoddy results and no support. Buyer beware! Cost of legal battle not worth it, which I'm sure they know.

Bathroom Werx recently fixed chip and scratch damage of my vanity sink, and I am thrilled with the results. They offered a cost-effective quote and supplied a highly skilled technician to perform the work. With virtually no margin for error, the results were flawless - the repair has blended into the enamel seamlessly. Thankyou Mitch & the team - amazing workmanship & customer service!

Second work project with Bathroom Werx - Queensland – My wife and I initially engaged Bathroom Werx for our powder room in 2024, and were so impressed with George quoting, Blake performing the work and the overall result, which was so professionally handled and completed, that we engaged them again for our ensuite and main bathroom, which was just completed this month. professionalism and overall result and especially the engagement with George and work by Blake, that we would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a brand new looking bathroom, without the cost and incredible hassle of ripping out tiles, cabinets and bathtubs etc. You won't regret it, we haven't. Thanks George and Blake!

Great job – Andrew did a fantastic job and made my 30 year old steel bath tub new again. He stripped and sanded the tub back to metal and then applied the primer and paint using a spray gun. He was very meticulous and patient and cleaned up after.

Exceeded my expectations! – Exceeded my expectations! I'd chipped the edge of our powder room sink and, after the repair, it looks like new. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results. Compared to replacing the sink, the cost was very affordable. The service was very professional: prompt arrival, very friendly, left no mess behind.

Great job and cost saving – I was very pleased with the results of the chip repair on the bath. After the Bathroom Werx repair, the chip is no longer visible. I am very pleased to have been able to save money by doing this repiar instead of having to purchase a new bath.

Check the work carefully before paying – On 22 March 2024 I had 2 bathrooms restored with re-enameling of the baths and re-coating of the wall tiles. The 2 day job took 5 days and when the tradesman said he had to go early and would need to come back I said I had to go back to work, so he finished in a hurry. On close inspection I can see the original enamel showing through on the main… Read more

bath, paint running on a wall tile and the old shower rail was replace before the paint was dry and therefore damaged the paint. I contacted the franchise owner with the issues and received no response. After a week I contacted him again and asked for a response and was told the issues had been noted and he would get back to me when he had time. This was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard back. I don't think this will ever be fixed.

Poor bathtub resurfacing – In May 2021, our cleaner dropped the shower handset onto the edge of my brand-new iron cast bathtub. It chipped the bath and then the area started to crack. Bathroom Werx came to fix a chip and cracks, but a few months later the product used to fix it, started lifting off the bathtub. They had to come back and fix the area. took the technician quite a few hours to fix the bath as their product didn't seem to want to stick.

Fast forward to now and their product is now peeling from my bathtub. The bathtub is hardly used and I only use dishwashing liquid to clean it. I contacted Bathroom Werx who said that it is now out of warranty and that they could come out and give a quote to fix it. I have sent them two additional follow-up emails, but have not heard back. Do they expect me to fix the bathtub every few years? I'd expect this workmanship to last at least 10 years, especially with minimal use. We must use the bathtub a handful of times a year. There must be something faulty with the products they are using to fix bathtubs.

I'm disappointed in this company and will not be calling them out to fix my tub.
