even logged in any more, so why did you make me register? While I finally see the order has been shipped (allegedly), there is no shipment date or tracking number. Is is so totally not good enough.

Just used these guys for the first time, as I needed a new cable for a super nintendo. It was easy to find via the search, and I couldn’t believe that I didn’t have to pay any postage. Very good value from money. Bought to replacement batteries for my Canon SLR camera for the price of one from other outlets. I had an issue with the delivery (not Battery Expert's fault) and they had my back whilst sorting out a positive out come alround. in a hurry for the battery and had previously had very good experience with Battery Expert I decided to wait until the battery was in stock. I signed up to receive an alert once the battery was in stock. Soon after my original inquiry I received the notification and went ahead and ordered the battery. The battery was delivered within the time frame advised by Battery Expert. I installed the new battery into my iPod which had to fit within a very small space inside the iPod and had a very special connection strip. I was very happy when it fired up straightaway. Once again I have been very satisfied with the product, service and support provided by Battery Expert.

I have had the misfortune to purchase 2 items from this seller on different occasions. First item was an AV to HDMI converter and more recently I purchased a replacement battery (ELASO PA5185U-1BRS) for my Toshiba lap top. converter I was sent a converter that was nothing like the one on their web page. On contacting seller and raising my frustration on receiving a cheaper quality item to what I had seen and ordered, their response was if item does not perform to my satisfaction then I can return it for refund. I tried to explain to them that it is not about whether item works or does not work; it's about the fact that they did not supply me with the item I had purchased and paid for. After contacting them several more times to try and come to a satisfactory resolution I had to open a dispute with Paypal I did receive refund from Paypal.

More recently on purchasing new lap top battery as mentioned above, on receiving battery and comparing capacity and runtime between charges I found battery to be of very poor quality and would not hold charge for any satisfactory period. In fact on comparing run time between charges with new battery and my old 2.5year old battery I have found that my old battery is better then the new battery.

On contacting seller and given him comprehensive evidence that new battery is not performing as new battery should, the seller come to the conclusion that there is nothing wrong with new battery. Again I tried to contact seller on numerous actions to try and sort out a satisfactory solution, with seller continuing to maintain that battery is not faulty. Seller stated that they would only provide refund after I send back battery and I had to pay for return postage. I disputed having to pay postage for the return of faulty item, again seller insisted that battery is not faulty and they only pay for return postage on DOA items. As I write this review I am now in the process of opening a dispute through Paypal. My advise to anyone considering purchasing from this seller is, Stop before you hit pay now consider if anything is not as you would expect you will most likely have a uphill battle on your hands to get a satisfactory solution from this seller. Needless to say hopefully Paypal will provide refund, and I will never purchase from this seller again.

very reasonable too, specially compared to genuine Dyson batteries which are very expensive. We ordered the battery and paid with PayPal, our preferred payment method for security reasons. The confirmation came immediately and we received updates and tracking information as to the progress. The BatteryExpert also sends to PO Boxes which we prefer due to unreliable couriers where we live on the outskirts of Sydney. We were delighted to find that the delivery came within 48 hours. Brilliant service and the product was exactly as described. There were clear warnings on the site about the voltage and fitting instructions which helps guard against ordering the wrong product. We have now 'saved' the BatteryExpert as our 'go to' battery supplier for future needs. We have three different Dyson vacuum cleaners and many other products that will at some stage need replacement batteries so we know where to go. Great service and product from the BatteryExperts.

chose regular post which was free. The order was received on the 19th and I received it on the 28th. It would likely have been earlier if not for the public holiday. Customer Service was prompt, helpful and friendly. Emails kept me informed throughout however because I hadn’t created an account before ordering I could not track my package via the link given. I emailed them when I realised and they responded within a couple of hours. I will be happy to buy from them in the future.

battery and on and on. Its obvious their dyson battery stock is not legit and they are just stringing you along. I have reported them to ACCC and now going to the Ombudsman for a resolution. Disgraceful company.

Purchased a Laptop battery replacement for my HP Envy. The new battery only lasts a few hours; it has the same battery life as the old battery. When the laptop was purchased new, battery life would be most the day, so you'd expect the replacement battery to be the same. Would not recommend these batteries if you want something to match your original manufacturer battery. Show details
