Then told after 1 month no it's not being sent we'll refund - I provide info for this - then I'm told no it's been sent - and I can't get a refund. This is after 10/11 weeks when the order is to be delivered within Sydney. Call their phone number and it just cuts out every time can't get through to anyone. it arrived the next day. When o called about the remaining item i was told a mistake had been made and it wpuld be aent that day. It was not sent that day but i was not advised. Wpuld have paid a bit more not to have to waste all that time.

wrong battery sent 3 times in a row – incorrect battery sent out 3 times, escalated to the manager and the manager could not see why a right angle connector vs a straight connector might be an issue. Dont pay priority – Products are great. Handling and shipping is pure garbage. They would offer priority handling which is up to 4 days. Every order I put took more than a week to ship. Dont pay proprity. Thats a scam
