Dandenong Store, literally saved our lives during Covid, but someone tried to break into the car and destroyed the old battery. They had the right Aussie made Yuasa battery in stock, fitted it and took the old one away. I think it took us ten minutes, and you'll struggle to find a better price for a good battery. They sell very low quality batteries at premium prices. I will never buy another battery from them unless it's an emergency. Which is unlikely to happen. Since literally every other battery brand and reseller sells batteries that last at least 4 times as long, and charge half the price. Never had a good experience with battery world, ever. Avoid like the plague.

off yet. I was informed as it was a motorhome and not located under the bonnet that they may not even fit it for me. If they did it would be a minimum of $50 or much higher. I questioned this and told the girl on the phone that the owner has always looked after me and this has never happened before. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the owners daughter, it was new policy and that they are the only ones fitting batteries now. SO VERY WRONG! I hung up the phone rang Battery Force, within 1 hour I had a new battery fitted at no extra charge by a very competent young lady named Samara. This is now my only supplier of batteries. What a difference in customer service between the two businesses. Such a shame to see a business that I believed was second to none adopt this attitude.

Do not order from battery world!! I ordered $70 worth of 18650 batteries. They sent the completely wrong batteries. I contacted them. They said mail them back and provided a shipping label. They never sent the right batteries and charged me $20 for a restock fee and return shipping. Worst experience possible. Show details

but all good. Real pain in the bum trying to replace all the plastic covers around the battery in a tight engine bay and wouldn't have minded paying for labour but just ended up giving the guys a good tip. Will not hesitate to take my other cars back to them for a battery replacement. I see some low reviews for negative experiences at other stores but I have only positives from my experience today. 5 Star worthy.

Paul from Wyong battery world is arrogant piece of work before he told my wife to F off he tried to blame my car for a defaulted battery when the battery was still in warranty 2.5 yrs of a 5yr warranty and didn’t hold charge. After a regular car service I was advised that my battery needed to be replaced. I went along to Battery World, Forestville to replace it. Battery World failed to honour their 24 month guarantee when I returned a battery that was flat and only just over 12 months old. They charged $10 to recharge it but failed. The staff were aggressive and too quick to deny responsibility trying to pass off responsibilty to the battery manufacturer. Go somewhere else Show details

Battery replacement – Battery World Fawkner were very helpful when the batteries for my husbands mobility scooter were not working properly, they were replaced with no problems.The sales person Brandon was very professional and pleasant his customer service was excellent.

A new "Battery World" Happy Chappy! – Knowledgable, Competitive and easy to do business with. Delivered and installed new battery to replace the NRMA battery that was 2 months old, then replaced, then 12 months later also died.
