Hi Kerry M, We're sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Bauhn ACE-014. You can try the following solution: - Remove the disc and insert a new one. - Ensure to insert the disc with the label facing upward. - Clean the disc, or try playing a different disc. - Let the car interior cool and try again. - Leave the player off for an hour or so, then try again.

Hi I have a BAUHN ACE-014 and I removed it out of my old car I sold and when installing it into my new car it doesn't power on anymore... instead there's a red blinking/flashing light next to the reset button. Does anyone have any ideas or know what the issue is/fix the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated it. Thank you.

Hi, I’m not very sure on how to tune the radio like I set the first one but when I try and set the second one with the pause and play button it just sends it to the first one
Turned radio on one day and it came up with like a computer screen and will not work. No radio no nothing stays on like a computer screen. Any ideas how I can get this to work again please.
Hi Wendi. Have you tried hitting the master reset button? You will need a thin pin or bit of wire etc. Try doing that, while the unit is switched on. If you’ve done that? And it didn’t work, let me know and I will give you further advise. All the best

Hi Jarod. What plug are you talking about? If it’s the one that goes into you cars existing wiring loom? Any of the big Auto shops will most likely have one for your car. If not, they can order it in for you.

Mate, these items have not been on sale for a few years now. Why would you want to put it in a Falcon? Also, the AU has an oval Dash. It may not fit exactly

Joe,I’m sorry to hear your touch screen has failed. Mine did too. I loved the device while it worked. But when it failed, to my surprise there was no agent or dealer in Australia that could or would be able to repair it. To Aldo’s credit, I ended up getting back half my purchase price. Not ideal. But better than nothing.
Does this work on mercedes Sprinter? the radio is 250mm long. Can it be installed in the open compartment below the radio? Thanks Rocco

Michael , no I do t sell anything mate. I’m just another customer Like yourself. But when you say “adapterplug” do you mean antenna extension lead? Also,re: sat Nav ,what do you mean? But if you need any after sales parts or support for this unit? You are out of luck. As there is not one person in Australia that services or repairs these things Ive spoken to the warranty people “Tempo “and they are no help at all.

My unit is 4 years old. Was great until recently touch screen and GPS not working. Can't change stations. In desperation reset to factory settings and now have no valid pre set AM or FM stations. Reversing camera still works. Who repairs these. Tempo no help!
Nobody can fix them. Ask Tempo for a repair shop near you, as you like the machine. And when they cannot supply a fix, ask for some compensation. You may get lucky? But it is 4 years old. Good luck

mine had done the same thing no gps and no touchscreen , replace the sd card in the stereo and download new software for the headdeck , then the touch will work and the maps will work

I just installed ACE014..when I press the top corner switch, the display screen ejects out remains erect for about 30 seconds and goes inside. I again have to press the switch for display screen to come out..can anyone solve this problem?
Phillip, usually the screen comes out automatically as soon as you turn car on. That switch is only pushed if you want the screen to be returned into its slot while you drive.. I have never seen the problem you speak of, sorry. Maybe ring the “tempo” help line
I've borrowed a car with this stereo. It came with a 32GB USB filled with maybe a 2GB of music on it and played fine. I deleted the files and put my own on it, around 16GB worth. I drove around for over an hour and it keeps saying USB loading. Is there a limit on how many GB of data will be read by the system? So clearly it can read a 32GB stick as that was already in it. Just now it has more data on it. If it is just taking a long time to read all the data on it, is it a once off or will it do that every time I start the stereo?
