My rear light strips have stopped working. I want to know if they operate on 3 volts per strip or 6 volts, and how many light strips this Bauhn ATVS65-0716 monitor has. Could you please provide a picture of the light strips when they are being replaced so I can get the same ones and replace them?

Ok I'm back with a fully functional TV. One led glob was blown I tested every light on the back led runs. Top right corner blown. I dont know exactly what type of light it was so I thought I would at least bypass this led with a piece of thin wire soldered on the test points on each side of the led I then cut the folded part of reflection panel from the edge two thin strips stuck together to cover the hole where globe lens once was, and stuck it down under that hole put it back together and wolla! It's working . with that reflected piece covering hole very little difference in the picture. Just a very tiny bit darker in one corner which is more noticeable to a camera with a flash then the eye. So bottom line I fixed this TV at no cost. If the lcd is NOT cracked then it's only a cheap fix and if it is only a back led the screen will disappear after displaying the bauhn logo another thing I noticed it appears in a circular logo. But once repaired it is in a big letter logo across the screen. Hope this helps someone. Please remember if doing this repair. A big screen like this is very easy to break the smaller the lcd screen the easier to handle. A drill with screwdriver head and a multimeter is required always remove any power from the appliance and remember some parts on the main power bord can hold power dont touch.

I had this TV given to me from my mum it was working when I got it home and for a few weeks now when i turn it on it will come up with bauhn logo on screen then it will go off almost as soon as its there but the light is still blue telling me it's still on. I turn it off light goes red turn back on same again. I really dont have any idea about electronics but as I can not offered one I'm willing to try. Any advice would be great if you know about tvs operations inside. As it comes on for a second and the light is on it's not the power bored????? And I'm leaning toward either from what I understand the control bored failing as soon as pic comes up????? Any help would be most appreciated. Correct info would be even more appreciated. I'm guessing by this time now all of these models will start dying and I will be seeing them in council clean ups as the warranty is ended and no help from install fix. They dont want them fixed go buy another. When it really could be a 7cent part with $5 delivery but there is no service manul available as I said buy a new one. NO I WONT!!!! It can only be one panel inside, or the led back light. And thats simply. Like I said a fried chip 7cents.
Sorry Hondafan, cant help you out with question. What I will tell you is this product is a heap of crap and its a conspiracy between Aldo and Bauhn to keep you purchasing. They have zero customer service the both of them
Ok I'm answering myself took back off unplugged the power supply. I'm going to unplug the led back light anput power supply back on and see if the power stays on when I turn it on. apparently. Its getting confusing now. As if the TV stays on with this unplugged the TV will stay on meaning it's a board problem I would thought that it would be the same if it wasnt working being unplugged. Any way will try this if TV stays on it's green power indicator the led back light is blown But like I said If the led back light was it wouldnt it be like it was unplugged as the TV is on atm and stays on by the green light The bauhn logo will appear briefly so wouldnt that be cause the back light is working momentarily at least? I'll be back Please help! I feel like a cave man not only for not understanding how it all works but I've got no TV!!!!
Yes I agree that's why I want to let ppl know that things arnt always as they seem. I've heard alot of good reviews on the TV while yes it isnt a bravia the price reflects this being the most common review for its positive. Then it's all about them failing after warranty and no customer service. Yes conspiracy...... Throw it away and buy a new one at the all new low price..... not many family's I know can afford a new 4k smart TV unless they get this. And it keeps turning....$$$$$ What a waistful society more land fill for Australia

Hi Mick R. The manual says to press the SUBTITLE button on the remote control to enable/disable the closed captions.

Where can you get the manual for this tv?? I have lost nearly all my channels. Ive reset it and tried retuning the tv but can only get 22 channels whereas before i had all of them. Any help appreciated. I live in perth wa

Bought this TV just before I got transferred to work in Singapore. Now there is only DTV mode with no other selection to tune to local channel. I have heard there is suppose to be a ATV in the selection. How do I go about to make it tuneable for Singapore local channel?
Enter via the source button on your remote, scroll down to AV and press OK.. This worked on my TV, Because of my fringe signal I have satellite FTA signals. Hope I've been of assistance. Regards. Chas.
