VerifiedMPN: 53709The remote for the soundbar not working , even with new battery , it has always been intermittent since I had it , ca barn replace the remote
@Martin_c, if the product is faulty, contact Aldi's supplier. If you believe it's only the remote, they will send out a replacement which they have done for me for other Aldi (Bauhn) products.
Remote control has stopped working - is there a manual over ride ?
There are buttons on the right speaker.
The Latency is disturbing. My Movie plays but the audio is a split second delayed. How do you address this problem?
I've tried to change my sound settings on my tv but nothing seems to fix the audio delay at all.
Hi Emeliano I can’t get the sound right either, there is a delay between the TV and sound bar and the Foxtel and the sound bar and it doesn’t matter what I do it just does not work properly. there is a millisecond delay that I cannot get rid of as well sorry I can’t be of any more help
Switch your tv to use the external speaker. This worked on my Samsung tv.
I think the delay is in the audio processing within the soundbar electronic circuit. I've tried the analog connector, Bluetooth and fiber optic, all gave the same result. The audio seems to be fading in when you play songs with a vocal intro. I tried using the speakers on my video/audio editing pc, when you press play, the audio is "fade in"ed which is annoying. 'm posting this for the developer to take a look into. I can change my speakers anytime if I want to, to solve the problem but this may help other users if the developer can give us a fix on this product and on their future releases.
Can I connect the subwoofer via digital audio connection then use the sound bars via Bluetooth? If so how far can I separate the sound bars?
How do I charge battery in remote sound bar ASBW-0717?
No matter how many times I try to pair the sound bar and the subwoofers back together I can’t does anyone have any easy steps on how to connect them again it’s killing me?
We can't get out new Bauhn Soundbar and Subwoofer to pair. Repeated the instructions numerous times, but it just won't work. The red light on the back of the Subwoofer flashes, but that's it. Any clues?
The red light flashing means its connected. How have you linked the soundbar to your tv? If your using HDMI your TV must support ARC output, and you have to be plugged into the correct HDMI socket on the back of the tv.
Try connecting it with the RCA cables and see if that works. Or try and connect via bluetooth with a phone/tablet.
Hi Scott. Thanks for that. It appears we have the Soundbar and Subwoofer paired now, but we can't get them to connect wirelessly to the television. Tried "searching for wireless device" and it just can't find them. I thought being "wireless" we wouldn't need to wire the soundbar to the tv?
This Bauhn Soundbar has Auto Power Down when no input is detected, but it does not turn back on when you switch your source on next time. Question : Is there any way to switch OFF Auto Power Down?
Hi. Unfortunately no.
Is this product compatible with Bauhn 32 inch Model AT32HDC-1017. I tried in vain to connect the soundbar to it.
Which step am I missing? Any ideas?
Hi. Firstly the only way you can connect the soundbar with a HDMI cable is if your TV supports ARC from Its HDMI ports. Check your manual for this info. Otherwise you will need to connect with RCA or Optical cable and change th settings in your tv to use that sound output.
If your TV has a headphone jack at the back, use that to connect your sound bar.
