Baumr sx-62 20" chainsaw, works well. A few years ago I bought the same saw and cut a few seasons firewood (brush box) with it, then lend the saw to a friend who managed to stuff up the clutch cover, not being able to replace it I bought the same model saw and it works a charm. Replaced the chain with an Oregon one. Very happy with it. Quick dispatch. Show reply

letting the mower to operate), parts breaking (chute attachment rubbers), loose and broken nuts and bolts, park brake not working correctly (bent from manufacture), catcher bag deformed and dragged on the ground making a hole in it (only ever been 1/2 full volume), the engine sump was loose and leaked oil, the transmission has a grinding noise if the mower is pushed (cannot hear it whit the engine is running), the steering wheel grip has come unglued from the wheel, it is not possible to pull start the engine (due to safety design issues - the seat switch needs to be operated but the seat needs to be lifted to pull start the engine). The concept is good, it's just that the fabrication, parts and materials used and some of the design is badly flawed. I have tried to have issues rectified under warranty, and firstly they wanted me to send it to them ($700 freight each way) to be repaired, and at their discretion would charge me for repairs. Now the supplier wants me to take the mower to a local repairer, have it inspected and repaired and pay for the repairs and submit a receipt to them for review and a "partial payment". This machine has done less than 40 hours work and I have been told that the faults are "normal wear and tear. the supplier is not taking any responsibility for the product. I have owned and used many different brands of ride on lawn mower and this is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have had with a ride on mower. My advice is DO NOT BUY IT as it is just a waste of money compared to a reputable brand that has warranty.

of what they said was suitable :then suggested a 20 volt charger,(the mower is 12 Volt ): then wanted a photo of the mower ( I told them to look on ebay ) If they did not have the 12 Volt charging cradle then say so instead of this lengthy rigmarole. Poor customer relations. Disappointing!
Follow-up · Lots of toing and froing , but ultimately BaumAg admitted they did not have a replacement battery . It was annoying that they kept on trying to get me to buy a 20volt battery. (the mower has a 12Volt ) My dealings with them was unsatisfactory.

this mower is the best one I have ever bought the grass was very high, but the 6hp motor was plenty of power to cut the long grass and the self-propelled is easy to us. Delivery only took 4 days to come and service was great. Show reply

Follow-up · Since my original review I've found the wagon to be a great help on my large block of land. I've shifted logs, bricks, mulch and sand around the place. It sure beats a wheelbarrow when you're close to your eightieth year!
