We found our vehicle via Discovercars.com and the actual provider was No Birds at Perth Airport. We received an almost new Mitsubishi Outlander which we did over 2,500kms in 3 weeks. The site was less than 10 minutes by shuttle from the airport. Everything went smoothly. The car was perfect for our Munda Biddi adventure. Held all our luggage and two bikes. Can recommend No Birds Perth

They are blood suckers – This is a scam car rental company. We need to report this to NSW govt agency They force you to pay twice the insurance full cover. you still liable to pay $1000 access for any damages and after you paid you realised they overcharged you again with other stuff. So F*"k angry with these blood suckers.

Car not cleaned during COVID – Have booked with No Birds for the past 10 years. Never again. The car given to me smelled so disgusting. on the steering wheel. Mind you it's the middle of a pandemic when cleaning should be immaculate. They've also changed terms and conditions to require a digital driver's licence and the damage terms extort you into their top cover policy. I'll be booking car hires elsewhere from now on. Soo gross!!

Bayswater Car Hire - Highly Recommend – Once again a great experience using Bayswater Car Hire. The Kewdale premises is well thought out for ease of picking up and drop off car hire. The staff are very professional. Love the fact that for an $$ per day insurance cover is reduced taking the pressure off credit cards. Definitely recommend

guys are unreal. The booking process was easy, the price was sooo affordable, the airport pickup was efficient, the additional $10 a day for no fault for damage is incredible value and peace of mind. There are no hidden catches or fees. The collection process was simple and the car was great. Drop off was no issues, no fuss and a quick bond refund. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience. I think it’s so important to call out good service and value for money so I’d highly recommend to anyone.

forced to take legal action. I am particularly frustrated with the conduct of the lawyer representing Bayswater, who has been consistently condescending and unfriendly throughout the process. Additionally, the difficulty in contacting both the Claims Department and their legal team has been nothing short of a nightmare.

these ID checks just to rent a car for one day!

I disagreed to sign their credit check agreement and collected my other IDs. I'm not sure if they're selling your ID to overseas criminals but it sounded very dodgy to me!

They shouldn't be operating in Australia!

You pay cheap, you feel cheap – You get what you pay for. The price is competitive and that's the only reason for them getting as many customers. The staff aren't friendly or helpful but just want to make sure you have the damage waiver so there's less work on their part. Show details

Never again! – Had a booking for a car from Sydney domestic airport. Plane delayed by nearly two hours (who would have thought?). Shuttle bus service ends at 8:30 pm. We had not collected our luggage until just before 9:00 pm. The refused to collect us and insisted that we arrive no later than 9:15, which was not possible. We had to cancel the booking and spend $140 on a taxi to our destination with no car on Christmas Eve. No Birds - No Way.

RIP OFF – Be aware that if you are late in returning the car there are astronomical charges deducted from your bond. I personally will never use them again and would not recommend them

the middle of my trip. I drove back to the store and got a replacement car which was good so far. But when I started the 2nd car, it showed "regular service is due and required..." on the screen. Also I found the 2nd car also had a chip in the wind screen. I had to went back to office again, and the staff said there were no any other cars available so I had to take it, or wait for 30 minutes to get a lower grade car. Yes first time I got to be downgraded instead of upgraded in a car rental company. I said you should check the car's service intervals and always make sure a serviced car was delivered to customer. And also it is ridiculous that two cars in a row have obvious chips in their windscreens. Then a manager-look guy came out and asked me, do you have a car at your home? I don't understand why this question was relevant, and then he said a chip in the windscreen is totally ok, no one should have any concern because his own car had a chip since 5 years before and he was still driving it...and also a car can be serviced without updating the computer so the warning can always be ignored...Ok, I have to answer you the question here now. Yes I have 2 cars in my house, but I always keep my car in a good condition and serviced according to the log books. I totally disagree everything you said about the chips and service warning! I will never rent a car again from this irresponsible car rental company.

we put the wrong petrol, what is wrong with this manager? He is not the car engineer and the engineer hasn't checked the car yet. And how could he say this to the customer? In the end, we had the arguments in the phone call. He ruined our holiday mood. We did put the right petrol, we have 3 years experience driving in Aus, of course we knew the petrol types. We felt like he tried to bully Asian people or a lady like me. We felt tired and spoke to this manager on the phone, the car had issues, we asked him to ask if someone swapped the car, bz we are scared to drive to their office, What happens if the car stops in the middle of the highway? And causing accidents? He said if he sent the towing service, he changed me $100. And blaming us for the wrong petrol. What is wrong with this manager and this company? Your car had issues we need to pay for the towing? And the car issue is not our fault. In the end, we took our risk to drive to their office. We gave them the petrol receipt, they had nothing to say about the petrol. Worst customer service ever, this is my first time using No Bird, also my last time to use this service. No responsibility at all, doesn't care about customers safety.

Excellent service – This company was perfect 10 out of 10 for everything from start to finish. Very efficient in processing everything upon arrival. It worked – Worked for us. Good to study the terms of contract and keep them informed about changes. On the negative side, I wouldn't describe our ~ 2yo vehicle as in perfect condition (brakes initially grindy and one external panel rattled on some roads) but the latter of those seems explainable. Also the nobirds logos on 3 sides of the car were a bit tacky, but can live with them given the low rates. Show details

Called them to get the answer, they said you can drop off the car there and we will charge you one complete day or bring it to Mascot office for 40$!!!! Be careful using these guys – I used these guys exclusively for years. Recently a lady renting their car destroyed my car, they refuse to honour the insurance claim saying "take her to court". Bad humans!!!

Deceptive charges – First time using this company. You will told to pay $2000 per rental as a "security deposit". This is the first time in 25 years of leasing vehicles I've had to do this. You will be entitled to a $300 "security deposit" if you conveniently pay their extortion fee of $70 to waiver this "security deposit". Utter disgrace and disgusting business practice. Happy to never come here again. Deceptive unethical practice.

worst customer service EVER! – I had an accident, ( 110%) not at fault, fully covered and they did nothing to help me. They did not give me a new rental car, nor did they reimburse me!!. I was shocked by their extremely rude staff whom only come into the Claims Head office at noon!! This is ridiculous as so many people like me are looking to have their cases resolved. For over 7 years, I'm a frequent customer. Happy at the beginning, unhappy at the end – The service is always friendly and helpful. The petrol tank is never full. Four times now, I went straight to the next petrol station and filled-up. 8-11 liters were missing for a full tank. But they expect you to fill the tank up before returning, otherwise you pay $2.80 for every liter missing. Another annoying subject is that they offer you on… Read more

their website the early bird special for $24 a day but the special is never available, because they do not have such cars anymore. The Deposit Reduction Reduces Damage Excess from $2000 to $0. Max charge $98 is now $14 a day but was $7 a day a year and a half ago. The catch is that the reduction amount plus the daily rental is far more expensive than the competition.

A year after that accident. I got an letter from ARLCollect, claimed to be a debt collector for NSMR insurance. It said i have 3.8k debt need to be paid for. I knew this is legit because i saw other party detail, as well my reference number from NSMR insurance. Forwarded the letter to nobird again n asked them to deal with the problem. They said do not answer any contact from the other party. Again they didn't update me any detail of the process. I kept getting letter and phonecall from ARLcollector Until a few days ago i got a letter say "Final opportunity" as in to pay my debt with ARLcollector. I forwarded to nobird. And got no response from them

If they can't deal with the problem, just state it clearly in the email for me. I could have dealt with the problem before the arlcollector annoyingly contact me. Overall: nasty company, does not do anything as they stated in their website. Full cover nonsense.
