from Australia post endlessly emails by go to collect it and BCF refused to refunds and accused me of i bough from stores i have to return it myself to get refunds from the store i bought. Luckily i have spoken early on that day with 2 different helpful staffs twice on that day and sent emails to request refunds and the Australia Post and BCF tried to push me with lot of emails to collect purchased products which i refused. I only want my refunds back to my account and BCF delays refunds stated until they get BCF products back. This is unprofessional, Cruelty and no good customer service oriented and brushed off responsibility between AustraliaPost in Bundall and numbers of unkind rudeness bad manners BCF customer service. I would give no stars if I could. The log-in, verification, authentication etc etc process is a bureaucratic nightmare. Have spent the last couple of days going around and around in circles. When I try to log-in, BCF keeps telling me my email "needs verification". I ask for a link, it doesn't send one. Have tried the bureaucratic "one-time codes"… Read more

Bad customer service – I did a online order with BCF on the 13/12/24. Now i have called BCF numerous times in regards to this order only to be told twice on different occasions that I will be refunded my mony which would take 2/10 business days to clear into my account. It's been two months and still haven't received my money back. Pretty poor customer service from BCF, Maybe BCF about to go into administration hence why they haven't refunded me my money back.

Today I then spent a good 15 - 20 mins to be told the shop couldn’t deliver the goods (they did ask for my post code first) and they refunded the money (after having it for 3-4 weeks). The lovely lady Felicity was very helpful.
I must say there was absolutely no customer support from BCF.com.au and unfortunately their reviews seem to support my feelings. We needed these for an event this weekend which has left us in a situation now.

Really disappointing first experience – Really disappointing first experience. Signed up to the $20 intro voucher and was 2 days late for my qualifying purchase. Contacted customer service to see if they’d offer a goodwill exception but it was a computer says no scenario. It baffles me why companies operate like this - now I have a sour taste about the whole transaction, resulting in a negative view and extremely unlikely I’ll shop there again.

Pathetic – Hmmm, where to start. Received $400 in gift cards using flybuys credits so that I could purchase a new rod and reel. The gift cards arrived as 4x $100 cards. I added the rod and reel to cart and went to checkout. After adding 3 of the 4 gift cards it says I have reached the limit and must pay the remaining $98.48 out of my own pocket. It’s now been a week, I have no receipt emailed, no tracking information emailed etc. I’ve logged back into the bcf account and went to the tracking page, it says my order number doesn’t exist even though I copied n pasted it… Decided since I have the $100 remaining I’d pick out $100 worth of lures which took a considerable amount of time… Go to checkout, delivery not available, stores around me all have 1 out if the 8 lures I selected so I have now wasted even more time. Terrible online experience " – No action after three emails. Contacted customer care and was extremely lucky to speak with Leisa from Townsville,after spending 1 hour and 40 minutes on call this absolutely wonderful staff member rectified all issues.

I then asked for a refund as this was suppose to be a Christmas gift ! I was denied a refund - in their words 'Unfortunately with our terms and conditions we cannot refund under change of mind.!! As way of trying to settle the issue - I then provided my sisters email address for the voucher to be sent directly to her. We are now in March - my sister received the 'receipt only' - but NO gift voucher. It took 2 calls to sit on the telephone on hold for over 10 minutes to finally get through to a customer service officer and a rather impatient initial response from the receiver of my call at customer service - whi wasnt really interested in the back story - a further 15 minutes on hold whilst they investigated all the notes and emails on my order number - to finally come back to me to confirm it was a terrible mistake at their end - and it was an easy fix that could have and should have been addressed a while back !!!!! No apology for the inconvenience or the amount of time and emails I have wasted my time to just get the E Voucher in the first place - no extra customer service benefits - It was not a great experience at all... and honestly - its a shame I cannot get the refund - because I hate that my nephew will purchase goods with this company that clearly needs to revise their entire customer service methods!!!
