Leanne led us through the early stages, promptly addressing all our questions; when they didn’t have an answer on hand, they went out of their way to find it. They guided us smoothly through initial planning, quoting, and contracting. Leanne’s expertise was invaluable as she helped us understand our options, costs, and practical considerations. We deeply appreciate Aman and Leanne for making the start of our build so positive.

We were fortunate to have Steph guide us through our colour selection appointment. Her interior design knowledge was extremely helpful, and her thoughtful advice made the process much easier. She helped us feel confident and comfortable in our choices.

We have also completed our electrical appointment and final sign-off with Maryanne, who has been extremely responsive to our emails and questions.

Overall, we are very impressed with the service we have received to date from the whole team including Kirby our customer service contact who is also very patient with all of my questions and emails. We have really appreciated the transparency in costs, and have felt genuinely supported throughout this early stage. in April 2025. However, once construction started, everything moved very quickly. The build progressed smoothly, and we received handover in mid-October 2025. We arranged private inspections at three different stages, and no major issues were found, which gave us great peace of mind. Everything with Beachwood Homes follows a proper process and strict procedures—even for something as small as arranging a curtain measurement meeting, it required around three weeks’ notice. At times, this made small adjustments difficult, especially as we were about to move in without curtains. The construction quality is very good, and the colour selection process offered great options. While the upgrade prices were comparatively expensive, the final outcome was worth it. We have now been living in the house for three months, and Beachwood Homes provides a three-month warranty period, during which any issues can be submitted through a form and are addressed promptly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the home we received. Beachwood Homes delivered a quality build and a positive experience for us.

months, which we were very happy with. The build was well managed, with a responsive building coordinator who was always happy to answer questions, and a site supervisor who made time for regular discussions around progress and updates.

While Beachwood uses subcontracted trades throughout the build, they were proactive in addressing any defects identified by our independent building inspector. Issues were acknowledged and resolved, which gave us confidence in the overall workmanship and build quality.

Post-handover, we recently completed our 90-day inspection and were impressed with the aftercare process. Both the aftercare coordinator and maintenance manager were professional, thorough, and helpful in inspecting/explaining/approving any items that needed attention/resolution.

Overall, we’re very happy with our finished home and would recommend Beachwood to anyone considering building.

The builder came to us as recommended by the developer who included a rebate which was appreciated. The requirement for 7 stars now in force does tend to mean the design needs to be improved but this was no issue for Beachwood and they did a good job of interpreting the 7 stars. A couple of rectification items, all minor and the fault of the equipment manufacturers not the builder and being handled well. Very happy overall.

After many months of searching and obtaining numerous quotes from various building companies, who would then state they couldn’t build on our block. ideals of many a building company. Then we found Beachwood Homes, they were not perturbed by the fall of our block. We loved the designs they offered and we settled on the Spinifex 34sq. We were able to tweak this a little to fit exactly what we wanted in a house. Beachwood were very willing to entertain our requests without any fuss at all. The planning phase including the colours appointments and electrical could not have gone any smoother. The girls who assisted us in this really knew their business back to front. Everything came together without any stress at all, making the whole experience totally enjoyable.

The build began in a timely manner and all aspects of dealing with council and other services were again seamlessly handled for us by Beachwood. As the build commenced we made a couple of changes on the fly. Beachwood were very accomodating and the adjustments made with no delays to the build. We were able to contact our Customer Support Co-ordinator at any time during our build which was very reassuring for us and nothing was too much trouble for her to deal with.

During the build we met with our Site Supervisor as the build progressed on a number of occasions for a site walkthrough. We could not have asked for a more competent and knowledgeable builder who seemed to be on site all the time, constantly overseeing the build progress and ensuring that all was in order. For this we are extremely thankful as this has resulted in quality build and a home that is perfect for us.

The quality of the trades used and their standard of work was excellent, the finishes throughout the house are great showing an eye for detail.

The cost of the build from its inception to conclusion, with a couple of upgrades we made to carpets, floors and ceiling heights was exactly as we were quoted at the commencement of the build.

We can’t wait to spend many years in our beautiful Beachwood home and we highly recommend them as a quality and trustworthy builder.

We said yes to our house plan and we were blown away by the colour selection appointment. So much care and attention set aside to help us choose the colours for our dream home. This is our second build and we just could not believe how much better the customer service and attention to detail Beachwood homes have. Throughout our build we never had to chase information - updates were regularly offered and important notes communicated. In our final 4 weeks of the project, we had a new site supervisor appointed, but Craig and Dean, who took over the portfolio, were very well versed in our project and were still able to sort out all outstanding issues.
