Beastwear is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE – They have the worst customer service and response process ever and can't even be honest and truthful. Just take your money and not supply what you order and keep making excuses or not get back to you at all. Still waiting over 12 months on! Covid is no excuse now!! – This is ridiculous!! These were ordered back on 15th February 2020. We started asking where our shirts were in March... deterred by the bad reviews as I know how easily people can get annoyed, jump on a computer and write a bad one. Worst decision ever! In the first instance they are very efficient, they changed the design until it was just right, they make sure you are happy before production, they take your money and that is the end of their connection with you, which, in my case was on the 17 October
Issues
- LIES -They would tell me it will be sent and then I would follow up asking for confirmation then they would not reply. After several attempts to contact them they would get back with an excuse. 'Our Manager told me he rejected the goods as they got dirty in the production process' (Warehouse manager, 20th November)
- Never got the kit (03/12/2019)
- CUSTOMER SERVICE - I explained that I would get fair trading involved if they don't give me a refund (this was after 80 emails back and forth with the business trying to get the issue sorted) [name removed] replied with this: 'Given your threats and outburst I will not process a refund as I will use the money towards legal action against you in the event of the Review. Please ask Fair trading to contact me' ([name removed] 03/12/2019) Also they are just rude, not a single apology.
- FAKE CALL CENTER - if you have used this business before they do have a contact number. You will be transferred to a woman who will be very nice and take all your information and explain that they are busy and will pass it on. HOWEVER, if you ring over 50 times, which I did, you sometimes get told you will be put through to the express customer service team, where she presses hold on her phone and pretends you are in a queue and then explains that they are busy. I questioned this after the 10th time and she admitted that I was correct, she was just pretending.
I could write a book on how bad this business is, and use the comments on this page to highlight how the same issues they had, I had. It is the same story over and over again and you will be another one added to the list.
The way this business operates is a complete disgrace, they should not be allowed to operate anymore. If you have got this far and read all this information and still want to give it a go because their delivery time is great and the product is cheap, there is a reason for that, It is a myth!
Avoid Beastwear At All Costs!!!!! give them another chance, 4 weeks ago we did, BIG MISTAKE, we asked for a re-run of 100 caps, the exact same caps as we had ordered in 2017, they arrived and are absolutely nothing like the original caps, wrong colour, wrong material, a cheap nasty version of our originals!! When we contacted Beastwear to try and resolve the issue and ask why we were sent the caps we were, why we werent contacted in regards to supplying a completely different cap the blame was put all on us for approving a digital image (not a real life image) which was the exact same digital image (no colour change in the digital image sent to us) used in 2017 when we did the original order. We cant use the caps!!!! They have taken no responsibility at all, offered no refund but are very happy to keep our $1300 and offer no sorry or explanation, they did offer us a discount on a brand new seperate order though, just after more money!!!! My team are the Brooklyn Kings in the USA Rugby League. We ordered kit for the 2019 season. When sending sponsor logos, I asked to save one spot on our shorts for a TBD sponsor. That sponsor never eventuated, then I received 30 pairs of shorts with, "Saving one spot for gym. TBD ASAP." on the back of every pair. Nope, this is not a joke! See photo attached. I reached out to Beastwear expecting an ownership of the error and replacement. Negative! And when I didn't order replacement shorts (which was obviously their tactic), they canceled our shipment of socks. So we're now wearing ridiculous shorts and are sock-less.
This is just the beginning. We created a store with Beastwear to sell to our fans around the world. As the Founder of the team, I excitedly purchased one of everything. Wow, what a debacle! The training shorts are literally basketball shorts. I'm 80 kg / 5'11", and a large comes down to my shins. The varsity jacket (priced at a whopping $99), is a thin, flimsy rain jacket, worth no more than $10 made somewhere in Asia. Similarly, the beach towel is more like sandpaper that I'll never use on my direct skin (perhaps as a blanket if I'm ever stuck in the Antarctic and no bears around to get snug with), and the hoodie ($79) is just as bad quality. See photos for evidence. Even worse, many players and fans have bought from the store up to four months ago, and are yet to receive anything. This is just straight up robbery.
Please, abort before it's too late. Don't be a sucker like us.

Beastwear price came in well under our regular supplier and promised to deliver before our Presentation Day. No quality control – Buyer beware. The government isn't telling people not to deal with them for nothing. https://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/news-and-updates/updates/public-warnings They take longer to deliver product then promised, & will only deliver when pushed. Dodgy Scammers – Our rugby league club ordered a set of jerseys in December 2019. Long story short, it’s now October 2020 and we are still waiting. A complaint has been lodged with the Dept of Fair Trading. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.
Dart Shirts Ordered Feb 2020 and still waiting – We ordered and paid for 40 shirts in Feb 2020 and are still waiting. Their website states orders placed before 1st June are delayed, orders after 1st june are not. I would not use this company ever again. They promise 2-4 week + shipping. In October 2019 I placed and paid for an order for 12 ladies jackets. I was advised there would be 2-4 week production period + 7 business days for delivery.
In November 2019 I followed up with 5 emails throughout the month as there is no other way to contact the company, I was advised there was a production backlog resulting in unforeseen delays across clients. They were unable to offer compensation/refund even though there was a delay.
I emailed twice in December 2019 and thought I would give them a chance considering it was the holiday period. I did not receive an email until January 2020 advising the production team is still on holidays and as a result they are unable to share an update on the status of my order. At the end of January they advised they would have to re run my order as it had been lost in production.
In February 2020 I emailed 4 times and did not receive a response.
In March 2020 they advised they have since upgraded their equipment and are unable to match colours precisely. However they could get my order out in 3 weeks. I requested a new digital preview of the colours and they advised if I don't proceed with the rerun there would be $150 setup fee for the new digital preview. This was ridiculous considering there was no setup fee required when I initially placed my order and they would not provide a full refund at this stage. At the end of March I followed up and they could not provide a delivery date due to COVID-19, however they said it usually takes 1 week in production and due to the backlog it would be be 2-3 weeks.
In April 2020 I emailed 9 times and finally received a response advising my order would be dispatched on 8 May 2020.
In May 2020 I emailed 9 times and received an email back requesting my order and invoice details... I heard nothing back.
In June I received an email advising my order has been dispatched and they have since arrived, thank goodness! It was a ridiculous 9 month battle I hope nobody else falls victim to! The jackets that arrived are not the same as the design we agreed upon but this battle has been so frustrating I will not be contacting Beastwear to rectify the issue as I know they will just lie and delay the correction.
SCAMMERS AND THIEVES – Paid over $1000 for shirts, its been 6 months, and shirts never arrived. After numerous emails and leaving messages at a call center the only response was by email with more and more lies of when my shirts will be printed and sent to me. They ignore the complaints I have made with the QLD Department of Fair Trade, I am now seeking advice and sending in a complaint with the NSW Department of Fair Trade.... Fingers crossed.
Scam Company - Take your money and don't supply any product – They take your money and don't supply any product Once they have your money they hide behind an answering service and never call you back. Do not use this company – Company has given me 4 different arrival dates of shirts and everytime I question the dates after not receiving my product I am given several excuses including their warehouse had flooded after advising them of legal proceedings against this company. It has been 2 months and they told me my shirts have been shipped however no one can provide me with a tracking number. Very unprofessional. I wish I had read these reviews before going to them.

the shirts were spelt incorrectly!!! After telling this mob on several occasions before order placed that her name was wrong!! Beastwear refuse to take responsibility and replace the shirts with correct spelling. (did however offer to fix if we ordered an additional 100 shirts) lol. They are scammers and do not care about the pain and anguish they have caused us all. We are now left with 100 shirts we can not use and thats 100 shirts that arent getting the message out there about teen suicide, bullying and mental illness. After many weeks and emails and trying to make it work, one of us travelled to Brasil for a historic trip to promote the sport, make donations and connect with the growing clubs back in the homeland. Beastwear, once more, failed to deliver - this time a whopping 90 kits for men's, women and teenagers hoping for a sporting future repping their country.
Beastwear is a joke. Stay away. They don't deserve your money. Look elsewhere.

answering emails until eventually the dude I assume is the boss responded but only after I threatened legal action. He was rude, arrogant and dismissive. Never actually answered any questions directly, just kept reiterating they would accept ZERO responsibility for the wrong items being made. I should also mention the product we did get was horrible. (and non swear word). The emails responses, if you get any at all, consist of one words answers littered with arrogance. The sales rep -[name removed] responds and forget what dates he has committed too and constantly extend the date they give you to expect your items. Claims that payments we made were late or received weeks later than when sent through, claim that the shirt are in production and then skips up and says they haven't hit production, have been sent through the post and then when you chase up where they are he forgets and says they are waiting to be posted. Often all the lies are included in the same email chain. Their website says turn around is 2-4 weeks - pfffft blow that out by a few months. They lie about dates, where production is up to and can't keep up with their own lies. If only they scrolled down on their own email chain. Phone calls (I assume they use a 3rd party message company - otherwise the ladies who answer the phone cop the brunt) are never put through, answered or returned. It is either a family run business where everyone is covering each others butt or after asking several times for a manager/owner or director to call me back is NEVER followed through. i called 6 times over 4 weeks and emailed numerous times then we went to Vietnam.
i advised the people that had not received there items that i would pursue a refund for them.
when i finally spoke to someone after 2 months of avoidance he offered me some help which i was thankful for however after we just kept going around the block he decided that as a GESTURE OF GOODWILL (even though we had paid for it) he would give us a credit for future use which was not good enough to me cause we will never ever use this pathetic company for future use i wanted the refund so i could provide it to those who paid.
they were not going to give us the money that was paid for apparel that had been paid for.
i left some comments on there face book page which then they tried to email me and say they are going to sue me if i leave negative comments.
this company is a joke, i would not suggest using them at all there uniforms are of average value i would definitely recommend using another provider and pay a little more.
