Courier: They use Aramex for shipping. My deliveries have been great with no issues so far, though with Aramex, your experience can often be a bit of a potluck depending on your local driver, and I can’t speak for delivery times outside of Sydney.
A tip on clearance items: If you are buying from their ‘Clearance’ page, be mindful of the expiry dates. I recently purchased the Round Lab Soybean Ampoule on clearance in June 2026, and it arrived with a January 2027 expiry (about 7 months of shelf life). While it saved me $10 and is an incredible bargain if you plan to use the product daily, it might be too short a window if you use it sparingly or are looking to stock up on backup items.

If I were running my own company, I would make sure to work with a reliable carrier. I was disappointed to discover only afterward that Aramex has so many negative reviews regarding delayed and missing parcels.
This has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially as the delay appears to be with the courier rather than the seller. I have just spoken with Sydney’s Aramex depot and I am hoping my parcel will finally be delivered soon. Unfortunately I don’t think that will happen based from other costumer experiences.

Many days later I received an email to say the order had been sent. Later that day I received an email advising it was too late and basically bad luck but feel free to place another order!!
They could easily have added the free items as a goodwill gesture (I highly doubt the order had actually been sent) but have instead lost a customer. Plenty of competition out there.
