I contacted Beauty Amora and requested a refund, only to be told it could take 6–8 weeks just to review my request. Despite following up, I am still waiting.
This is completely unacceptable. I understand shipping delays happen, but expecting customers to wait months simply to have a refund request reviewed is unreasonable.
Worst experience ever. I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. The courier confirmed they have never received the physical parcel from Beauty Amora. I’ve emailed Beauty Amora multiple times, but they don’t reply at all. Their customer service is terrible. Receiving expired cosmetic products is unacceptable, especially products that are applied to the skin and hair. It also raises concerns about the quality control process.

Courier: They use Aramex for shipping. My deliveries have been great with no issues so far, though with Aramex, your experience can often be a bit of a potluck depending on your local driver, and I can’t speak for delivery times outside of Sydney.
A tip on clearance items: If you are buying from their ‘Clearance’ page, be mindful of the expiry dates. I recently purchased the Round Lab Soybean Ampoule on clearance in June 2026, and it arrived with a January 2027 expiry (about 7 months of shelf life). While it saved me $10 and is an incredible bargain if you plan to use the product daily, it might be too short a window if you use it sparingly or are looking to stock up on backup items.

I've been left waiting weeks with nothing to show for it, despite some of my order being ready to send. I had to keep chasing customer service for updates instead of being proactively informed, and every update was simply another promise to wait longer. A partial shipment should have been offered from the beginning instead of forcing customers to wait for the entire order. While I was eventually offered a refund, it was only after I had already spent weeks waiting, which wasn't an acceptable solution at that point. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, as my experience appears to be similar to many others. At the time of writing this review, I still have not received my order. Based on my experience, I won't be ordering from Beauty Amora again and cannot recommend them.

Customer service has been very unhelpful and I now have to wait 5 weeks just to see if I can get compensation while they “investigate” it. What frustrated me the most was their attitude. A small gesture of goodwill could have resolved everything, but instead they chose to lose a customer over it. No accountability and no effort to make things right.
I would not recommend Beauty Aroma to any business owner or individual looking for a reliable supplier. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers.

If I were running my own company, I would make sure to work with a reliable carrier. I was disappointed to discover only afterward that Aramex has so many negative reviews regarding delayed and missing parcels.
This has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially as the delay appears to be with the courier rather than the seller. I have just spoken with Sydney’s Aramex depot and I am hoping my parcel will finally be delivered soon. Unfortunately I don’t think that will happen based from other costumer experiences.
