If I were running my own company, I would make sure to work with a reliable carrier. I was disappointed to discover only afterward that Aramex has so many negative reviews regarding delayed and missing parcels.
This has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially as the delay appears to be with the courier rather than the seller. I have just spoken with Sydney’s Aramex depot and I am hoping my parcel will finally be delivered soon. Unfortunately I don’t think that will happen based from other costumer experiences.
I’m extremely disappointed with this order. It has been almost a month, and I still haven’t received my package. The delivery is far beyond the expected timeframe, and there has been little to no communication or updates. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve their delivery service and customer support.

Even though I had a good experience, if possible, I would still follow the advice given by other reviewers. if you wanna have the best experience try to: pay through Paypal, order "in STOCK" (Australia) items, and use express delivery... then it's mostly likely that you will have a good experience.

Placed an order over the Easter break. Immediately after I realised I had used the wrong coupon code. The one I wanted to use had the same discount but added 2 free products instead of sample sachets. Many days later I received an email to say the order had been sent. Later that day I received an email advising it was too late and basically bad luck but feel free to place another order!!
They could easily have added the free items as a goodwill gesture (I highly doubt the order had actually been sent) but have instead lost a customer. Plenty of competition out there.

The dispute was closed because I was not willing to file a police report (because again, missing item, not missing parcel) and it was closed after they agreed to refund me in an email. They still have not provided any refund and will not provide any transaction ID to prove they attempted to or a chargeback claim ID (which does not exist because I didn't file a chargeback through the bank - I didn't even pay that way!!).

Shipping from this place is absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order on 5/3/26, paid extra for express shipping. I’m told today (11/3/26) that it will take another 1-2 for stock to arrive for it to then be shipped to me. Why have stock available for purchase on the website if you can’t fulfil the order!
