This is extremely misleading and, at the very least, the website should accurately reflect the product and brand that customers are actually receiving. When I requested a refund, the company refused to provide one.

Courier: They use Aramex for shipping. My deliveries have been great with no issues so far, though with Aramex, your experience can often be a bit of a potluck depending on your local driver, and I can’t speak for delivery times outside of Sydney.
A tip on clearance items: If you are buying from their ‘Clearance’ page, be mindful of the expiry dates. I recently purchased the Round Lab Soybean Ampoule on clearance in June 2026, and it arrived with a January 2027 expiry (about 7 months of shelf life). While it saved me $10 and is an incredible bargain if you plan to use the product daily, it might be too short a window if you use it sparingly or are looking to stock up on backup items.

I've been left waiting weeks with nothing to show for it, despite some of my order being ready to send. I had to keep chasing customer service for updates instead of being proactively informed, and every update was simply another promise to wait longer. A partial shipment should have been offered from the beginning instead of forcing customers to wait for the entire order. While I was eventually offered a refund, it was only after I had already spent weeks waiting, which wasn't an acceptable solution at that point. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, as my experience appears to be similar to many others. At the time of writing this review, I still have not received my order. They use cheap courier services who left my package exposed on the street which led to it being stolen. Customer service has been very unhelpful and I now have to wait 5 weeks just to see if I can get compensation while they “investigate” it.
