I've provided photos and even though costumer service didn't believe it was a product fault, they still gave the benefit of the doubt and offered to replace it at no cost after 4.5 years (the product has a 10-year warranty). I was very pleased with the costumer service and communication and would come back in the future for their products and services.

would be so much better for me. Now the item (3 mattress covers) arrived 3-4 days before the notification which could not come at a better time as it was holding up my time moving into a new house. David even sent me a special email to warn me against damaging item if using a knife to open it... very wise mate.. thanks. Now for the best part.... I researched many 100% mattress covers and chose this one because it had good info and was cheaper than most. Well I tell you the truth, they are very good quality and even have a velcro cover over the zip handle to make it 100% sealed from bed bugs. And they are strong as well with a lovely smooth silky feeling. Sorry to rant so much but I am just so happy with this purchase and believe me, I do a lot of online shopping. cheaper than buying new bedding again in future. A special note about the Mattress Mate elastic strap protector covers. These will be a godsend, we now have these installed over ever mattress cover. When we first spoke to Tara and asked for a sample. She said that they don’t do free samples although their reputation should be sufficient. I read many positive reviews on some of the BNB forums which is where we got their details and I would like to make a note that these guys deliver exactly what they promise. Great to see good customer service for once and always a fast turnaround. Products presented above my wife’s expectation levels. If my wife is happy, so am I.

First, the product has a width of 138 cm out of the box, which is already slightly on the short side. Second, the product is advertised as "wash before first use" and as "wash at 60 degrees". After my first wash, it shrunk down to 129 cm. Afterwards the blanked wouldn't fit well into the protector, and the duvet sheets had a lot of slack fabric.
I had contact with Bed Bug, who were kind enough to give me a replacement set free of charge. Huge kudos to Dave!
The second set of protectors I received, I only washed on cold wash, but it still shrunk down to 133 cm, which still makes it rather unusable to me. And since the product is opened and used, I can of course not return it anymore.

If you have bed bugs please read, also excellent quality of product and the best customer service – Would like to thank David for his advice and planning for what was needed to rid our beds of disgusting bed bugs. Brought into our house when our son stayed at a motel where he had complained of bed bugs but forgot to tell us. Replaced the beds and fumigated the rooms and they would disappear for a week or two then slowly reappear in growing… Read more · 1
numbers. Realised something more was needed and spoke with David from Bed Bug Wholesale. David explained they (Bed Bugs) are very difficult to kill by spay or fumigation alone (had already come to that conclusion). Purchased full Bed Bug encasements for the ensemble mattresses and bases. Bought full encasements for the quilts and pillows and also the bed bug traps for the bed feet. Moved the beds slightly off the wall so they stood as an island. For the one bed that couldn't use the bed bug traps we used the Bed Bug Powder around the four timber supports forcing a bed bug to travel through the powder to get on the bed. In summary all the above started in February last year and after months of fighting the devils, in June we installed the Bed Bug protection linen and other items, sticking rigidly to a program outlined by David. I can finally report that from the moment we commenced the Bed Bug Wholesale program no one in our house has seen a single live bed bug. Found dead ones in the traps and in the powder for months but never one in a bed. Have not seen anything for months now but will wait out the full year to guarantee any lava are dead. Would also like to compliment the outstanding quality of the encasements and pillow protectors. They fit perfectly and are clearly designed for years of commercial use. Only item that l was not happy with are the little clips for the corners of the quilts, used to keep the quilt encasement perfectly in position. You don't really need them, but in any case they are made of a too rigid plastic that breaks under stress i.e. they have mostly broken. Thank you to Bed Bug wholesale and David for providing the materials and process to rid our house of bed bugs. We have just bought another new bed and l have just purchased another encasement more for the fact they are great quality mattress protectors which stop the dust mites my son is allergic to. The last item that deserves comment is the price for the full encasements and pillow protectors is no more and often less than ordinary cheap quality protectors. feel like those cheap plastic covers I have tried previously. What I like most is that everything fully protects the mattress from spills, dust mites and even bed bugs, but you still get a normal comfortable sleep. The zippers on the encasements are solid and the products feel like they’ll last. 5 stars for a business that still offers good old fashion service and value for money.

price. This is a significant saving for us. Especially once we do all of our beds. One standout product is the Mattress Mate slip-on quilted mattress cover I thought to try. This cover is great. with Dave multiple times to ensure that in my particular situation, I was doing all the correct steps and he showed a lot of patience, grace and kindness. I would not recommend most pest control services as their information can be inaccurate and their solutions are not as effective, require multiple visits and are far more costly with no guarantees. Heat is the most effective killer for bedbugs and it would be difficult to find any company that is able to perform heat treatment for domestic property for under $2000.
I haven't yet used the product (mattress encasement) as my mattress hasn't arrived, but based on the customer service received up to this point I cant fault them. encasement fit the super king mattress like a glove and is great quality. Unfortunately the doona clips we purchase we're not great. The clips constantly come undone and after persevering for a few weeks I got rid of them.

Great products! – About a month ago we purchased mattress protectors, pillow case covers and a doona cover after talking on the phone and receiving great advice for our daughter’s dust mite allergy.
