Keep away from Beds For Backs !!! – BUYER BEWARE – Do not buy a mattress from this mob BEDS FOR BACKS – their name BEDS FOR BACKS is a marketing gimmick, they know nothing about providing mattresses for people with bad backs. they offered a trial period, well the first mattress arrive and it only lasted 2 weeks it gave me great more pain than my old mattress I had before, my old mattress I had for 16 years with no issues it was a Sealy Posturepedic. – they agreed to swap the mattress for another one – the second mattress only lasted 6 months it lost its support and shape, I went back to them asking for a refund so I can purchase a decent mattress they wouldn’t refund my money they said they would make me a 3rd mattress this one with heavy duty springs and latex topping. I told them I didn’t want a 3rd mattress I wanted my money back they said no refund. They made the 3rd mattress more rubbish, this one only lasted 8 months it lost its support, the side wall collapsed it was like sleeping on a hill. I didn’t bother going back to Beds For Backs I simply purchased a mattress from another company, $3700 down the drain with Beds For Backs. I purchased a mattress from Harvey Norman a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and it is fantastic to sleep on, no more major issues with my back when I sleep on it – I highly recommend the Sealy mattress and it was $1100 cheaper than the Beds For Backs mattress – I REITERATE, KEEP AWAY from Beds For Backs. If I could give Beds For Backs zero stars I would one star rating is too good for them – ZERO stars is what they deserve !!!

how good can a bed be ? – Having slept on our new bed for almost two months we can not speak highly enough of the good night sleeps and more important my wife does not wake up with a sore back so cuts back on her medication , a big plus ! Excellent Mattress – My previous mattress caused my back to ache, so when I went to purchase a new one, the sales consultant Reza really did help in assisting in what I needed and I've had the mattress for 2 months, it feels like I'm sleeping on marshmallows, but in a good way and it doesn't make my back feel stiff or sore whenever I get up.  Show reply

We bought our bed over 20 years ago and when we had a problem about a year ago.

Rick came to readjust the bed

since then I developed a further problem with my neck and was sold a therapeutic pillow which seemed to increase my problems.

A call to Beds for Backs and Rick returned .

He spent an hour with me readjusting the bed and the pillow to suit my body.

All this and on his day off too!

how best to advise us on which suited our needs. We went as far as to buy the happiness guarantee, 60 days trial, but so far doubt we will need it. This is thanks to Reza's expert and spot on advice as to which we should buy.

We went with the intention of purchasing a bed and we're treated to a wonderful experience in doing so. We'll definitely be back in a couple of years when we have our own place and it's time to upgrade. The bed we bought previously will make for a very comfortable guest room.

Since the change of management;I got in touch with Wall and he replied instantly and offered a new consultation with a senior Sale person at home..

Rick came many time and took a lot of time to find an appropriate solution to made our nights easier.It was agreed that the existing mattress was not appropriate for us and a new one with "soft shoulder zone" and soft latex was sent to our place within 2 weeks...That an amazing outcome and cannot thanks enough Rick and Wall for their effort!

We would never had any chance after such a long time frame to renegotiate the matter at an another bed retailer;Bds For Backs know how to retain their customer base.
