Best customer service ****** – Wayne at the Joondalup branch went above and beyond to explain and go over all beds with us. I have extensive back issues and had to. a long period of time to make sure it didn't aggravate my back at all. We went in with our kids 6 and 10 one of the times we were looking and the store staff were really great with our children and even gave them some lollies to keep them happy while we were looking.
I will do another review in a couple months time once I've had the bed a while to do a fair review on the mattress we picked.
We found Their beds to be more supportive and better quality than all the other stores and we tried alot of places.

Great Shopping Experience – The store was set out in a way that was easy to visualise the furniture and how it would look in the bedroom. Mattresses were all laid out ready to try and the sales person Jeremy had extensive knowledge of the products and what would match our needs.
