noticed that the edge support had softened quite considerably and that the mattress itself was losing its firmness. Despite rotating it top to bottom (as a pillow top it cannot be flipped over) the problems persisted. Both my partner and I started to feel that we were rolling in towards the middle and trying to ‘climb out’ of the indentation. I complained, sent photos (which do not show much) and was told there is nothing wrong with the bed and that was pretty much that. Unless the issue is extremely obvious visually, it is impossible to tell what is wrong with a bed until it is looked at in person but the customer service staff judged only from the photos. My previous bed lasted about 15 years and so did the one before that. What an expensive mistake to make. I would certainly not shop with these people again.

From the staff at the showroom to the delivery staff, I cannot say enough how brilliant you all were. The delivery guys unloaded, assembled and cleaned up after themselves. We are just so thankful. Show details ·  1

have been having. Also bought a new computer chair for my back. I asked Dave if he could write on the delivery docket to not run over our concrete driveway edges as they break. When the delivery truck came, one of the guys got out and stood behind the truck as it reversed up the driveway, even though it is a nice wide driveway, but he did this to make sure that there was no way they went anywhere near the concrete edges. I have never seen anyone care that much to and be that careful and respectful. I was very impressed. And these delivery guys were also very kind, courteous and friendly and bent over backwards to do what they could to please with what we wanted. I could not have asked for more. unparalleled comfort and support. However, the reality was a far cry from these lofty claims. To put it bluntly, my 20-year-old mattress provides better support and comfort than this overpriced piece of foam. The new mattress quickly sagged and lost its shape, making restful sleep impossible. This was clearly not the quality product we were promised.

When we reached out for assistance, expecting the "quality after-sale service" that was so confidently assured during the sale, we were met with a frustratingly different reality. The saleswoman who had been so attentive and helpful when making the sale suddenly became forgetful and evasive. Each time we called to follow up on our complaint, there was a new excuse: she was busy, she forgot, or she promised to look into it and never did. Weeks turned into months with no resolution in sight.

The lack of accountability and follow-through was beyond disappointing. It felt like we were being actively ignored and given the runaround, with no intention of ever resolving our issue. This is not the kind of service you expect, especially after spending your hard-earned money on what was supposed to be a quality product.

In conclusion, if you are considering purchasing from Beds R Us in Coffs Harbour, I would advise you to steer clear. The initial sales pitch might be enticing, but if you encounter any issues, you will quickly find out just how poor their post-sale service truly is. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store at all costs.

been completely ignored. The mattresses failed twice within one year, causing ongoing back discomfort. I had to pay sleepmaker $800 to fix the first fault, I have now fully replaced these mattresses with another brand. SleepMaker directed me to Bed R Us to process the warranty and refund, but despite my repeated attempts, there has been no response or assistance. It is unacceptable for a business to sell a faulty product and then refuse to engage with customers seeking their legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law. I cannot recommend Bed R Us due to this lack of accountability and customer service.

Bought a firm mattress from Beds R Us, I thought for a really expensive mattress it was going to be amazing! Worst mattress ever, extreme sagging even though we turned it. Mattress left in the rain – While Im sure the mattress is fine, the delivery service organised by BedsRus resulted in mattress been left in garden in the rain, while a huge covered verandah was meters away. When discussing with BedsRus - they said not our problem.

No good – Coffs Harbour store - Sold me a mattress. Failed in weeks.
