I wasn’t comfortable and believed I needed a softer mattress. I revisited the storm and spoke with Be for about an hour, trying plush options. After deciding on a plush I left the store, recieving a call that my bed had been ordered, enquiring about delivery. I was delivered the new mattress for free, rubbish removed and they even did me the favour of lowering the bed legs on request without paying a cent more. Disappointing after-sales customer service – I purchased a bedframe and installation, which resulted in every leg getting scratched during installation. I was very disappointed with this but perhaps more so with the after-sales response as the followup to my concerns have dragged on with multiple calls and emails.
