One of the guys made a mistake during the installation of everything at home and they took the time to rectify it in person the very next day. A lady called Gill organised this over the phone.
Although I could have saved money going to Snooze or other nearby competitors, I went with Bedshed for their great customer service. The measure of a company is how they treat their customers if something goes wrong, and Bedshed Nunawading excelled in this department.

Non standard bad size – Extremly disapointed of the bed size. Bought a bed with gas lift and the bed frame is 100mm too big. Patrick from customer service denied a defect in the bed and kept insisting that the display bed was the same length. They have a faulty product which they dont want to refund. Other reviews are similar so no wonder they are denying.
Excellent service – Bought a mattress off Bedshed website as unable to visit store due to lockdown. Patrick was fabulous, very helpful and friendly. Holes on Nikki bed head and end – Bought Nikki bed from bed shed and when putting it together noticed it had two extra holes on bed head and end. Was told no refund as all these beds come like this but nobody knows why.Maybe they need to ask there Malaysian Factory why ?

We worked out a delivery date for the setting to be delivered.
I then proceeded to changed the delivery date another 3 times and this was not a issue for them.

Great customer service, put the client first – Recently purchased a new bed base (gas lift) from them. When assembling I had an issue i suspect may have happened due to some shipping damage (no indication of damage on external box however) there was in no way Bedshed's could have known this. Bad-bad-bad & Misleading! – I made a purchase at the Nunawading store last year and also paid for the extra cost of delivery & installation. Round 2 - I found more broken nail heads (obviously they got trigger happy with the drill!) and screw heads were missing. This time I lodged a complain to Head Office and they passed it back to the store. The Manager agreed to a partial refund of the installation costs and to supply more nails. I Never Received Anything!
I'm So Fed Up with pathetic excuses and the Misleading from this store. Buyer beware... these folks are Bad News!
