Second time purchasing from bedtime. They are great!! – Last year I purchased a chest of drawers for my son. This month purchased him a big boy bed and trundle. They quality of the products are so beautiful. The customer service has been expectational. They are all so friendly and happy to help. Uneven quality of products & bad customer service – Sales is lack of knowledge of products. Manager is helpful in exchange, but unfortunately would use inappropriate joke to make you sound like an idiot. The quality of their products is uneven. Overall, unpleasant shopping experience.

Best selection in town – We just bought a king single for our son and were amazed by the range, especially after trawling through other showrooms where everything looked the same. Decent furniture exorbitant delivery fees – We have been long time customers of bedtime having bought cots and beds from our kids before. Very disappointed with the exorbitant delivery fees now to deliver to an address closer to the factory than our old place ($70 more!!). We will shop with IKEA instead. Show details

Best bed in the house! – I purchased the Bedtime 5 star mattress for my 17 year old son and couldn't be happier. The staff were lovely, delivery was on time and the mattress itself is the most comfortable one in the house! My son loves it, and like most teenagers he spends a lot of time on it!! Will definitely be replacing all our mattresses with Bedtime ones.

Parents Beware - Shoddy Make That Falls Apart – Parents beware buying from Bedtime. We purchased a bed with trundle in January 2018 & have had to have the whole thing rebolted three times - such a shoddy make & so dangerous for our small son. The frame actually comes apart - so unstable. $1500 for the pleasure too! Still waiting on a response from my second complaint back in September 2018 too. Shonky products outsourced to factories in Malaysia. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere unless you want more crap going to landfill after a year.

Fantastic Products and Service – Bedtime was a wonderful experience. Went in to purchase some new beds and furniture for the children's bedrooms. The staff were helpful and offered some great advice. Delivery was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend Bedtime for bedroom furniture and beds.

Bedtime gets my tick of approval ✔️ – We love our new drawers from Bedtime. They are a stunning mid-grey (an on-trend colour and style.) They are well made and solid, open and close easily and are deep so I can store all my Winter jumpers. Best of all, the staff were so helpful when I ordered them, they came ready made and the delivery guys were on time and helpful. I am very impressed with this business.

Product and service were spot on! – I recently purchased a Wiltshire 4 drawer dresser and had it delivered to Brisbane. I had not seen the item and based my decision on the photos and description online and these reviews. I was unsure, but based on their returns policy decided to go ahead. The product is exactly as described and arrived 3 business days after ordered. I couldn't be happier.

delivered furniture. The dents on the desks which retail for $1100 had been filled, sanded over and then patched. As the desk is high gloss anyone in this industry knows you need to sand back the entire top surface. They wanted to see photos and we sent them. It took them a few days to get back to us with the question of sending more photos. It was very obvious. I believe their furniture is made overseas and shipped over here. They don't seem to have good control of the quality of products coming from their factory so unfortunately the furniture you see online and in the store is not necessarily the furniture you will have delivered. In short we will unlikely buy from them again and wished we'd seen these other reviews prior. Keep looking for a furniture provider in my opinion as they had no interest in helping.

mother wanted something else. As it turned out she had duplicates and I wanted to get books, but they were not available through Parenthood. Parenthood WAS my first port of call for children's presents. NOT ANY MORE. I had a very offhand, bordering on rude, response from the store staff and not much better from the owner of Parenthood. If I had returned the purchase month's later, I would understand, but 13 days - that is just not good enough. Parenthood, there are too many other outlets to purchase from.

had charged me two tubs at $24.95, I was shocked to see she had removed the $19.95 price tag ... The lady said it was priced wrong so she took it off, I told the lady how I was disappointed with her lack of honesty!!! And that I should be charged the tag price mistake or not!!! in the paint. It was in a weird spot, somewhere water could not ever have been spilt, and I firmly believe it was from sweaty son's head.

I contacted Parenthood and frankly they could not have cared less. I took photos, which proved that nothing had been spilt on in (and in fact would have defied gravity if it had) but they refused to honour the warranty. My husband was furious, rang threatening Small Claims Tribunal and Consumer Affairs, and they reluctantly delivered a new bedhead. They claimed the information provided with the furniture stated that it should never get wet, and that the bed was in fact made from MDF. I recently found the warranty documents, which mention nothing of the sort.

In short - buyer beware with their furniture. It looks great but it's terrible quality. If I had my time again I'd be heading to a specialist bedding place or somewhere where you can be guaranteed what you're getting. My experience - you're paying solid timber prices for low quality MDF.

Nunawading store was just so fantastic and the furniture is so different to everything else out there on the market. I know we will be going back to by a bookcase to match. Check out their great collection of kids toys as well, no licensed overpriced garbage here just cool classic toys and books. Unique looking store and unique furniture.

Great shop great service – Just purchased 2 beds with mattresses. 2 bedside chests and 2 large chests . Excellent service in the shop from friendly staff. Delivered on time on the right day Easily assembled, no scratches on the furniture and have found the mattresses comfortable. Found the prices very good and quality of furniture good. Kids Thrilled - Parents Happy! – Just had delivery of our new Parenthood furniture. We surprised our twins by assembling it whilst they were at a party. Easy to assemble, took about 30 minutes to put the bunk together. Our kids were thrilled when they got home! Couldn't be happier. In addition we purchased a desk and night table to go with it. Bad Quality Furniture – Brought $2000 worth of furniture, bunk beds & chest of drawers. Bunks were scratched & dented, one rail was scratched and each time I returned the item came back scratched again or it was a different finish or parts of rail unpainted. Were so quick to refund money but was dumbfounded that they couldnt supply me with the product unscratched or marked. Very dissappointed – The delivery process and quality control was terrible. We received incorrect parts, then wrong sized mattresses (twice - one was manufactured incorrectly!) and a mattress with a hole in it. It looks nice in the store but once you get it home it is cheaply made and difficult to assemble. I am yet to hear back about my feedback. overpriced, poor delivery,service/customer feedback and quality

Terrible – The service is appalling - it takes forever to obtain your goods even if you are willing to pay a premium - and the staff have no product knowledge of stock they sell which are not premium brands. virtually non-existent - other than that the bugaboo is great (well maybe the store should not stock other items) - when they are lazy to look into the specifics of the items they sell. The shop assistance lack attention to detail, and think they are the David Jones Assistance of Baby Shops - well they are - they are rude and only nice to Malvernites.

am not sure whether this was because the half of the staffs were new (or so I was told). Even after speaking to a staff that I needed to ask about purchasing a stroller, I waited for another 30 minutes while carrying my 8kg daughter in my arms.

Price is not competitive for most items, but some of the things were at very good price.
