Australia with no accents or stutters and Can not speak any other languages than English. Such a basic question lead to total misunderstanding and confusion for [Name Removed] at cburn central. Or maybe [Name Removed] just has total disregards for BWS customers.

Poor Customer Service and Rude Staff at BWS Wentworthville 6879 I visited the BWS store at 6879 Wentworthville on the evening of 26/04/2025. I later went to the Woolworths next door to wait for a friend. While there, I checked the BWS app and saw a $22 discount advertised for purchasing two boxes of Corona. I returned to the store and showed it to the staff at the counter. His response was vague — “maybe.” I then went into the cool room and found a large sign clearly displaying the same $22 discount.

When I pointed this out, I expected at least a simple acknowledgment or apology. Instead, the staff member said, “Hey mate, next time you better go and check yourself.” I told him that I didn’t agree with that advice and found it unhelpful. Rather than apologizing, he kept arguing and was quite rude.

This is not the level of service I expect from BWS. I regularly shop at BWS Seven Hills and have always received great service there, as well as at Dan Murphy’s. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this Wentworthville store again.

Rotten – Delivery service so far they employ people that when a delivery comes through they send the opposite out .can anyone do their job .Do they scan the product to make sure it is right or are Woolworths so tight they don’t have a system that works .AmThey own you so get simple orders right , because you employ simple people

Terrible service – Ordered at 6:30, told delivery would be delayed until 8:30, from a store 8 minutes away, then received SMs delivery failed. No one came to our house, called the store and asked for refund, they said they would call me back but didn't. Terrible service, unreliable.

BWS Fountain Gate, Drive Through, NarreWarren Store Is Amazing! – My favourite place to order beer, GIN and Wild Turkey from. Staff are always super helpful. Place has a huge selection of everything you could possibly want and the prices are very good! Although i sometimes wait for specials before buying. Great place to order Alcohol from. I have been a few times to Wynnum central BWS store where I must congratulate the excellent customer service from Bek and Mitch.They greeted me with a fabulous and friendly smile and were so helpful in assisting my purchase choice.They are both a credit to BWS and a positive example of customer service.The manager on the other hand was very unfriendly and angry which was disappointing. Good Service – The Mature Gentleman who works at your Modbury store is Always friendly & Helpful. Don't know his name but I think he works till 4pm most days. Am always pleased to be served by him. ☺️☺️☺️ I wish I could say the same for your store at Dernancourt but unfortunately their not friendly .

Customer service is non existing. The online bot has been down for weeks phone service you can never get through and when you ring the store to cancel they can't help.

the error of asking for a bag too which she made a growling noise I said don't worry I will do it (put the wine in the bag)which I was told everyone is entitled to a bad day!!!! I said she should of had the day off and was met but abuse. I have tried to ring and speak to the manager 4 times each time the phone rings out. My advise shop for wine at ALDI.

BWS should look into there delivery drivers, there seems to be an issue with Ids and how they enter photos my photo ID has no date of expiry I have looked into this , delivery driver should be educated on this , the previous delivery omg , I heard the conversation between the driver and the customer service in store the driver actually asked me if he should take my order back what the !! i paid for this Show details

Used to be great but the last two times I've ordered it just keeps getting delayed, delivery time gets longer and longer, can't find drivers. Takes seconds to pay but so long to get your money refunded. Help is good when you contact them but had to Google the contact information, if it's on the order, I couldn't find it. Would I use it again? Not if I want quick delivery. Show details

acknowledged the other store was closed. They reluctantly gave us our order. First time this has happened and I was very p*ssed off to say the least.

stupid or lazy to walk 3 metres from where he parked & notice the numbers on the letterboxes right beside where he parked. Had to reorganise delivery. Probably more Google maps & the Uber drivers fault than BWS.

These guys are dodgy I saw 660ml tiger bottles the other week on special 2 for 7 dollars ,bargain, so I bought 10 I like tiger beer so when I cracked open my first bottle it didn't taste quiet right, so I looked at the lable and expires on the 25th Jan 2026 It's December 5 now. just trying to get rid of trash stock .Dodgy will not be back

Avoid. Terrible service. Typical rip off merchants. Bought online under my app with my partners debit card. BWS took the money yet no order and no correspondence whatsoever. BWS = TRASH Please go to liquor land or Coles owed retailers to avoid dodgy service. I still have no idea where my money is gone? Phoned the service line and “she will look into it”. Pathetic

was a ploy to get customers into the stores to spend their hard-earned, regardless it was false advertising and a total waste of my time and petrol. If BWS advertise a product at a special price, they should honour that price and not treat customers like mugs.

My husband who is 77 just went to the BWS in Mindarie, he bought a lot of product for an engagement party today. (17/11/25) $500 worth. There were 3 staff on no other customers and they just watched my husband carry all the cartons to the car himself. Not one offer of help. Not very good customer service.

They tried to scam me with 600mls Jim bean and cola $16 as it was marked on the shelf. When I paid they charged me $17,50. I had a lot of trouble getting refund as I wasn’t going to put up with it. I went down the road and got the same bottle at Bottlemart for only $11,99. I am so angry at BWS. I met a nice guy at Bottlemart. . Ordered a carton of Heineken and a 6 pack of pale ale for delivery. App says order is packed and ready for driver, after that app says order is on the way. Driver arrives with a 6 pack and says "they told me tell you that's it" after contacting customer service they tell me store was out of stock. Awesome. Why did the app say order packed? I popped into Malaga store to purchase a bottle of wine, I found a special “mad fish” gold turtle from Margaret river Shiraz. It was marked down from $23 to $15. Bargain. Until I got to the checkout and it was from tomorrow. This is misleading. When I asked the store worker she said they don’t have time to do it on the day…. We ordered some alcohol over the website from BWS Heathcote and it was a special ($30 off sitewide if you spend $200). We were spending $228 and it stated that the $30 will come off at checkout. came out to tell us that the Manager siad he will call us tomorrow as he believed we needed to pump in a code or click on an icon - not true there was no icon or a code - it clearly stated that the $30 will come off at checkout. We still have had no response from anyone let alone the Manager. Deceptive and a complete con job with the Managers attitude appalling and they lied to us about giving a refund on collection of the items. DONT GO HERE. Others in the town have compalined also about this Manager and no response.
