I declined and now they have stopped responding to me. Don’t buy from them. They are scammers. Should have checked them out before buying.

Website photos and claims of quality are misleading. The jewellery I received was very different to what I had hope to receive. The quality, finish and appearance were terrible. Once a refund was requested, emails bounced. Happy to update if I receive a return but I'm not hopeful. Will never spend a.cent at this shop again. Devastated

Love this place - brilliant jewellery and hampers – I have purchased lots and lots of items here - they have brilliant jewellery and really unique hampers with Moet and jewellery with Swarovski. Utter nonsense – Absolute rubbish. The photos aren’t what you receive at all, the stuff isn’t how it looks in the photos and they can’t give you tracking, it takes 2-3 weeks to receive and I’m livid that I fell for a scammer. the hearts look gloriously large and lush, not pin pricks!! The shipping may be “free” but it takes nearly a month, & there is no option for tracking. Secondly, Emailing them 5 times to request return for a credit gets no response. There is no contact phone number. There is no customer service. I don’t know how this business manages to keep scamming customers with no recourse. Earring clasp broken – I ordered 2 watches and 1 pair of hoop earrings, One watch looked like a $2 watch from the cheap shop and the other was beautiful. Disgraceful Customer Service and failed to deliver item or give refund – I have been following up with them since April about an item that was not included in my delivery.
