Ordered beautiful canvas/glass prints at discount price. Very cheaply done and the wrong picture sent for one others didn't turn up You will never get your money back luckily taking action through Paypal and hopefully they seem to be helping. It would be minus it the Stars allowed it. Funny some of their photos of prints are exactly the same as Etsy even lighting flaws bouncing off other objects. Show details

unfortunately the way the prints were packed with no bubble wrap between them and so tight on the out side has damaged them with the back of staples and string ends leaving major indents / scratches and overall marks on the canvas ruining the prints. emails and ignored me, then I wrote a review on their face book page and they blocked me.

Do not trust them , very dodgy and they will not answer phone calls after you buy either.

Don't buy as they are a complete rip off. When I tried complaining about quality of artwork received I was totally ignored.

Bought two art works from them. They are very poor quality (canvas stapled on wooden frame). We requested the return immediately on receipt and they rejected the return by claiming that clearance items can't be returned. It is not stated with the listing or their refund policy received with order confirmation. They call it clearance, but they are not cheap. we have disputed it with the bank and currently awaiting a resolution.

probably from transportation. For example, the stretcher bars pressed slightly against the canvas, but those marks came off easily. Shipping took a little while, but since it was free, it was definitely worth the wait. I wanted to share my positive experience, as I’m very pleased with my purchase and would like to support this business.

Delivery company, with 2 emails to them, no we don't have that tracker number, no, we have no record of an order being picked up from that company, great, I've been scammed. That afternoon got an email from the delivery company, your order will delivered today, WHAT! you just said you knew nothing if it. They arrived perfectly packed and I'm really happy with them. Happy it all worked out for me

created mess with fish swimming the wrong way and merged together, and already had a number of scratches despite the site claiming a quality product. I have made a number of contacts with the store and they only responded once when I threated to go to consumer affairs. They did not resolve anything though and this was weeks ago. Don't buy from them.

 Follow-up  · It was a set of three. I just noticed a typo - it was over a month later despite only coming from Melbourne and having paid for fast delivery. The company said they would contact me as soon as they reviewed the situation - this was months ago. My only recourse is through my bank now.

I bought anything That's probably why they don't bother responding because they get that many complaints that they just don't care.they got your money I am worried that when they do eventually arrive they probably going to be damaged I won't be able to contact them so I will probably be stuck with them So disappointing as I have paid a lot of money for these pictures.

Worst online shopping experience I've EVER encountered. Recieved a tracking number that has not moved in 3 weeks. No replies to emails, no answer to many calls over different days and times. I'm shocked at how bad this company is. All fake 5 star reviews. Avoid!!!! I wanted the art desperately after finally picking 3 I loved. $700 and nothing. Have started process of dispute with PayPal.

Brought the abstract art pink flowers wall canvas looked like it was a raised painting on website then when I received it it was just a flat piece of canvas was very annoyed also sent emails and didn't here anything back ended up putting canvas into a cupboard and went to earl settler and bought a raised painting, don't waste your money it's a rip off.

They advertise premium quality art but send ultra low quality products. I bought a set of 3 and they sent repeats of the same picture then put up the most amazing fight I've ever seen to keep my money. Absolutely horrible experience I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The best result I can get is to return their rubbish at MY EXPENSE and have PayPal refund the money.

Unfortunately I am having a terrible time trying to resolve my issue. The delivery took ages, finally arrived, art is all damaged, no response. I went into the store to take the items back and talk to someone. Apparently if you buy online its a different department and the in store team can't help. It has been an absolute joke. DO NOT BUY !! SCAM – I bought a picture, lucky I only spent $100, and the quality is CRAP. IT Arrived 4 weeks after I purchased it, all bubbled out, scratches and dents, the wood protruding through it, as it is thinner than paper. They will not answer my emails and phone calls - obviously scam numbers. I will report them to Fair Trading Show details

worst experience EVER – The prints were much smaller than I thought I had ordered which is very suspicious. Despite SEVEN attempts to contact them they still refuse to speak to me. I eventually heard from them and it was a flat out refusal to exchange the goods. In no so many words it was like "bad luck, we got your money, now go away".

Cringeworthy, cheap Temu prints on plastic canvas – I purchased 3 items. I received them 3 weeks later (Aramex!). What I received was nothing like the description. hand painting whatsoever and not worth even 10% of what I paid. The other 2 items were also cheap prints on cheap plastic canvas. The company never replied to my phone messages and emails, and have now blocked me on Facebook. I read the reviews before purchasing but thought 'this won't happen to me'. It did, and I really regret my purchase. That's $500 I just lost, not happy at all.
