I ordered some moon-shaped earrings. Waited for 4 weeks and nothing arrived. Emailed them, and they said they were out of stock and would issue a refund. It's been a year, and I haven't been refunded. They don't answer emails anymore. I think it is very dodgy or a proper scam.

I only gave this store 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. The products were very poor quality, one didn't even arrive. I asked for a refund and sent the jewellery back and they didn't collect them from the depot in china! Because of this, they won't issue my refund. So, no jewellry and no refund. This company false advertises their rubbish jewellery and will not refund. I'm reporting this company to the ACCC.. They advertised a wave necklace and the one they sent me, was not the same as the one advertised.

I ordered what looked to be a beautiful pair of good quality vintage green and teal blue earrings. What eventually arrived weeks later looked like a child’s dress-up jewellery - very cheap looking plastic, metal and totally different colour (royal blue and yellow) and shape to what was ordered. Spent over $170 on the jewellery only to receive subpar knockoffs. Noticed shipping came from china so certainly not Australian owned and made. After contacting company they tried offering a 15% discount if I kept products which they are seriously not worth it. Apparently I will recieve my refund once they recieve products back at my expense. Highly recommend not using this misleading company and I can understand why they are closing down Show details

Very disappointed in the quality of my purchase. What was received was nothing like what was advertised. The ring is clearly cast and not crafted, as seen by the line through the ring, solid interior and rough edges not even smoothed off. It was intended to be a birthday gift but looks more like something out of a Christmas cracker. It wasn't even worth the discounted price

Turns out I bought some cheap garbage I could of bought directly off Temu for about $2 each. To say I was unhappy was an understatement. I tried to get my money back from PayPal. They declined because it looked similar. Similar is not an honourable way to do business.
Unless you have money to burn, like disappointment and lies, stay away from Bella's Treasures.
The items are very cheap quality. This is not an Australian company and the items are not what they show in the pictures and descriptions. This company does NOT deserve any stars! They trade as Bella's Treasures but only after you make the purchase through PayPal there is a different merchant ID "trend global ecom". It's been two weeks and I have not received any delivery details nor tracking details even after I tried to contact them. They are a SCAM stealing one's money!!!!

Took over 4 weeks to arrive, was not what I ordered, and although their refund policy says "full refund, no questions asked" I have not been able to get any communication saying they'll give me my money back.
