I send a short video to Belling NZ (Glen Dimplex) of the panel flashing F, they told me that I had to change the following parts: Part Number 32034293 Interface Board Part Number 32047866 Induction Board any suggestions because these parts are extremely expensive? thanks

Bought this oven in august 2020, installed September 2020.
Do. Not. Buy. This. Oven. The customer service has gotten appalling from glendimplex Australia.
Twice now the induction cook top has gone bang with a flash of light. It’s not working! The oven is no longer heating. The grill is no longer heating. I’ve had a private electrician in to check the wiring, it’s all good. The wiring was replaced from the mains board to the oven after the last flash bang experience! Guess what. Happy birthday to me earlier in the month. It went bang again. On may 13. I spent days trying to get through to the call centre. Be on hold for hours and then at 5:01pm the call would be cut off and I would get to start again the next morning!
I have now been waiting for a call back for a service technician arrangement. I’ve been waiting on that for just over a week now!
I am currently trying to cook for a family with a single hot plate I purchased from Bunnings, a slow cooker and an air fryer. It’s coming into winter, I live in Tasmania. I need a functioning oven and stove top - I have 2 teen sons and a husband to feed!!!!!
If I do not hear from glendimplex in the next 2 business days with a date for repairs I will be requesting a refund or contacting fair trading/consumer affairs! This is now ridiculous!
