We have had the Belling Induction cooker for 3 years and suddenly the one oven is not working. The griller and stack oven (rhs) still work. I assume that the fuse is blown, but don’t know where it is situated. Any ideas?

Hi, when the induction cooktop on ours failed with errors at around 4 yrs, we wrote a letter to Belling /Harvey Norman about the error and the cost of the unit vs warranty. They sent a qualified tech to look at it and fixed it. I would recommend same. You can call Belling hotline but they are only semi useful. Disappointed with after care with Belling. Love my stove but sometimes think I should have bought falcon after all. Call hotline and if no luck speak to person who sold it to you to follow up. Good luck.

I have a confession to make: I contacted the helpful Belling service provider and in the process of booking a service visit, I was asked to just check whether the clock was working or not. It was flashing and all I had to do was push the function button once and presto the oven worked. Apparently the oven is linked to the clock as part of the timer program and as a safety feature the oven will not function if the clock is not set properly. So next time your oven doesn’t work, check the clock. 10/10 to the helpful Harvey Norman and Belling Customer Care team for the prompt and helpful assistance.
