Avoid – I purchased 4 items online from BEME online total cost $96 I was never sent an invoice, received a shipping advice via email only, the items are incorrectly sized, either too big or too small & 2 of the dresses are see thru from the crotch down, One even has a hole with incomplete stitching. items were worth a lot more & that I had received a $350 discount, what an untruthful exaggeration. I attempted to call the company & the phone is always on message bank or unanswered, I emailed thru messenger & never received a response, I emailed customer care asking for the shipping return address & the invoice, they replied a week later having not even read my email & did not provided either requested. The email stated only that they had not received my return, obviously they have not received it, as I have not been able to send it, as they had failed to read my email & advise of the return address. I then drove the 11/2hr round trip to the local Rockman’s store, they refused to return items purchased online with BEME, even thou the website states they do. I also only had the packing shipping advise & did not have a invoice which was never provided. And still ignored when I asked for it via email. The nearest BEME store is another 1.5hr round trip away & I do not know if it is still even open as the phone number is disconnected. I returned home tried to book the return online with BEME website it isn’t possible as the parcel post system that they use isn’t available in my area, there is no advice on the return address. You have 30days from purchase to return items, yet they did not even send them from their warehouse until 6 days later, they then took 11days to reach me, then 17days from purchase, they took another 5 days to reply to my email, but did not provide either the return address or invoice so then 22 days, Then finally 27days later I had not been able to get someone on the phone from customer service, whom has provided a link to return via Australia Post, but with 3 days it would not make it back to their warehouse in the 30days. That phone call dropped out, or I was hung up on and they did not call back, even though they had my number, I called again & then I booked the return through Australia Post with the link provided by customer care, I paid for the postage online to BEME, then hit the button to print the postage label & was taken back to the BEME purchasing website. Again they refused to provide me a return shipping address to allow me to return the items myself. SO now I had paid for return postage, with no postage label. I then had to call customer service yet again & was asked to provide proof that I have been charged for the postage label, which I advised with likely take several days to show on my cc transactions, which will then take me over the 30days since purchase. They then emailed me the postage label & I posted the items back to them. They then advised it would take a month for them to process the refund once they received the items, no doubt they were hoping I would forget. 2months later with no refund or communication I searched the Australia Post tracking number, which showed that it was invalid in the system, That Australia Post never received the parcel, which was odd, as I specifically remembered receiving an automated tracking email from Australia Post, that the parcel was delivered, I lodged an enquiry with Australia Post which came back that since it has been 2 months the details of the item are no longer in their system & that I should contact BEME to enquire if they had received the parcel, This is fraudulent nonsense. I have Australia Post tracking numbers from a year ago that still show in the system & clearly Australia Post have an agreement with these BEME Fraudsters to lose parcels on the system, that is why they refused to provide me the return address so that I could ship the item myself. I paid $9.75 in return postage, so I am now $106 out of pocket for nothing, Plus around $25 in fuel to the store, I lodged a Paypal claim which was instantly closed with no input or response, or even notification that it was closed or to the reason why. I have now provided Paypal with several emails from Australia Post Automated tracking to prove that they did not only receive the parcel but delivered it, and the response from Paypal was to block my email address so that I could not send any further emails. I also believe that the reason that BEME refuse to provide an invoice is believing that you will not be able to lodge a review against them online either. I also presume that BEME not bothering to read my initial email & replying only that they had not received my return, even though I had yet to send it and was at that stage still requesting the return address, is that that is the response they give to everyone, that they havnt received the parcel. This is also the reason as to why they refuse to give the return address so that you can return the parcel yourself & force you to pay the return to Australia Post through their website so that they can Fraudulently remove the tracking evidence online, someone from Australia Post is in on this also.
Ignoring refund emails – Be aware refunds do not happen with catch. Returning the items was easy, waiting from nov 23 for the refund is not easy. They just ignore every email. Now I take it further, I'm going to consumer affairs. The only reason you get 1 star is I cannot place my complaint
No order received , money certainly taken – so long trying to find a way to contact this company Beme. My order has never turned up after 2 months. Dose anyone have a Phone number , or email address that would work ? Please help if you can

Meanwhile, the delivery package had included an adhesive backed return label that was surprisingly pre-printed with EziBuy’s address details — not the channel through which I purchased these items — as well as a returns slip. So I ticked the jumper box, on the returns slip, and went into the BeMe customer profile that I had created when I purchased the three items, downloaded a BeMe return label, and popped my return package back into the post.
BeMe customer service staff finally got back to answering my online question, although they still didn’t answer my query about where I could return the jumper: EziBuy, BeMe, Sara, etc. Instead, they belatedly said that I wouldn’t be allowed to return the jumper because it came from a third party — even though it was shipped, with the pillowcases, directly from BeMe’s warehouse (see photo).
BeMe has now taken back possession of the jumper (see other photo, of Australia Post Tracking) so I am without the jumper and, at the same time, being denied a refund for a product that was not fit for purpose.
Beware of this labyrinth of companies, brands and return policies. There are better retailers out there, with more honest and straightforward returns policies. I am now $90 out of pocket and will not be doing business with BeMe again.

had no communication from Beme, the company, I just had conversations with its parent brand Mosaic. They are still advertising the same dresses for sale on their website, and yet are unable to complete orders that they have already received.
Note to self, read reviews before ordering – Zero communication after they take your money. I’ve sent several messages & despite being told I would be emailed delivery updates, I have heard nothing. I’m missing two items and have no idea if I’ll ever get them. order confirmation email (and no paperwork in my parcel) I couldn’t return online, so I checked the website and it said I could return to store.. NOPE! The most unhelpful staff member interrupted me before I even could say I was wanting to return the item and told me she wouldn’t accept it and that I’d just have to throw it in the bin!!! Wth! Such a joke! Then she told me she placed an order online for herself and that never even arrived! NEVER ordering from them again!

12 days later I emailed them & asked where is my item & if they can’t tell me when it’s going to be delivered to refund me, I was refunded the following day ( item out of stock) & was offered free shipping for my next purchase of $50 and over, BeMe is part of the Mosaic clothing group who basically owns a big chunk of the Australian fashion market, so you’d think they make enough profit to manage their inventory & deliver excellent customer service. This Wasn’t the first time this happened to me, they had done this to me with a purchase I made through Noni B, that refund took 6 months, apparently they had made some changes to improve things so I thought surely this purchase would be a happy one. I believe they lie & stall as much as they can even knowing they don’t have the item /s on hand to hold on to the funds which they probably profit through the stock market, so I’d call Mosaic group the biggest fraudulent company in Australia at the moment. So the item that i had wanted is still advertised as available in all the sizes !! As of today WTH !
Worst returns experience! – Honest to God THE WORST returns process I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been trying to get a refund since December. On line forms filled out several times followed up by phone calls. Australia post notified me they received my return but they say they haven’t…who’s lying? Poor Customer Services – I placed my order 23/11/22. My order arrived in 3 separate deliveries over a 2 week period. I then contacted BEME to return some items that did not fit. 20/1/23 and was told it had been processed and I received an email 5 minutes later stating I had received a refund, it has taken 3 phone calls to get my refund. So that will be 5 weeks since they received the returned clothing. This will be my last purchase through them. I use to be able to go to there stores but they keep closing them down and have hardly any left now. It not worth the hassle to buy through them on line.

Terrible service and unreasonable process – I order some items but they weren’t delivered as the address was incomplete. I checked my order and can see I had input my address correctly. I contacted BeMe who advised they don’t redeliver. This seems crazy to me when it was there mistake the items weren’t delivered. I would have thought the best way to rectify their mistake was to correct the address and redeliver. Very disappointing

order included two zip up jumpers. Different colours but both the same size. One fit well but the other one was so big and obviously faulty as it was a really weird shape , the zipper was warped and the jumper is huge. The same size? I think not. If this is what they think is okay to send to customers they have now lost my buisness.

Great Customer Service – I ordered a jacket in August, however wrong size sent. However they sent me all of the postage labels to send the item back for a full refund. My refund was actually credited to an expired credit card(my issue). When I contacted them via email, they sent me all of the documentation which assisted me in getting my refund credited to the correct credit card. I would NEVER ever buy from BeMe or any of the online stores the parent company own - (Katies, Rivers) they obviously have no staff and could care less about customer service.
Excellent service, but every item is way bigger than stated on the size chart – Love the clothes, but have yet to find an item that fits. Orders are super easy. Pricing is good. Delivery is prompt. Returns are easy (though you do have to pay). But the sizing just isn't accurate. Show details
