Not helpful when it comes to refund and booking new ticket – I have booked ticket through bargain flight 2 years ago. have tried to email and contact them constantly with no help. If I contact Malaysian Airlines they tells me to let Agent know to reissue new ticket and when I tried to contact Julie and Peter from Bargain flight they tells me that their system is not working and do not have access to the account.

I really don’t know how to get my money back.Getting nowhere.

My flight was cancelled two months ago, still hasn't been refunded by gotogate (booking) – Pretty disappointed by this agency... After my flight has been cancelled by airlines, a refund was made to the agency although still hasn't met my account. I have got in touch with them all possible ways they seem to find all kind of excuses not to refund me the money. [name removed], the staff member from best flights was excellent she checked our ticketing conditions and gave me all the advice and directions needed to have this issue rectified. Once I received the new passports I forwarded the documents to [name removed] who got on to the matter straight away. She kept me informed with the process and delivered the new tickets well before we needed to travel. Best Flights saved me a lot of heartache and money and I appreciate the great help especially from [name removed].

immediately following my phone call with an email to confirm in writing what I wanted to do with regards to the credit, and then again promptly replied to my confirmation to go ahead, thinking to take the extra step to note that my credit card was not to be used for further bookings for my initial travel companion.

I could not be happier with the service I received from [name removed], she caught me on a very, very bad day, but made what is a very stressful time for me that little bit easier.

I have used best flights in the past and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Prompt response, courteous, professional.

Not a single complaint! – Best Flights was perfect for us when we planned our trip to the United States and London. Booking Flights through travel agents and skyscanner – Due to Covid 19 it has taken months of constant emails to attempt to gain a refund for my flights - Melbourne - London - Melbourne. travel agent to refund the money. At the time I did not realise that my Sky Scanner booking would be sent to the United States. My advice is never ever book through Sky Scanner or a Travel Agent. Book directly with the airline. 12 months on I am still waiting for my refund.

filling up fast so I paid a deposit. I checked with Emirates direct they had plenty of seats, I now know travel agents only get access to limited seating on planes & not the whole aircraft I was not advised of this. They refused to price match Emirates & would not refund my deposit $350 they also charge they also charge $100 CC fee.

I would not use them ever again as I believe they are unethical in how they do things

concerned i rang and spoke to [name removed] again, who informed me that the details are correct and that the only detail she had checked was my first name. She was extremly rude and said that it doesnt have anything to do with them, when i book through them i book directly through jetstar. Another brillant comment that makes a bucket load of sense. Even though in the first phone call, before any issues i had informed that their site was having issues. So be extremly careful because $300 extra and i might actually make it home.

Great for cheap flights – I have dealt with Best Flights on a number of occasions now. With different reps each time, however, each time the service has been excellent. Very reliable and prompt. The airfares are very competitive. The only issue I have, and it is common among most businesses now, is the fee for payment via credit cards. I would recommend Best Flights to anyone.

use that credit, I was offered a deal that would have had me pay about 15 per cent more than I could get the fare online direct from the airline and so my credit note had no value AND it would cost more to go through Best Flights. The airline (Virgin) could not deal with me direct and pointed me back to Best Flights.

I will try never to use such third party agencies again. Sometimes good service and certainly better than Zuji. The credit from a cancelled flight package has no value and using it would result in higher costs than direct on-line.

Reliable booking service – I have used best flights on a few occasions for business travel and have always found their team members to offer a high level of customer service and ease of process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them for any international travel, but have not used them for domestic services. [name removed] was latest team member to assist and he was very helpful.

Long-term customer, always satisfied – I first used Best flights in 2003. I have subscribed to their newsletter since then and booked overseas flights with them ~8 times. They are not infallible, but their newsletter is always first with any specials - always in advance of the opposition, and they are always helpful.
