Very best customer service – I ordered mattress protectors, the owner called me to advise that they were no longer available and he kindly substituted them with arguably better quality items. Personal service was unexpected and very much appreciated.

Excellent customer service – Just received my 2x queen Logan & Mason flat sheets. Very happy, the quality is great. Had a call from Geoff letting me know they only had one. He explained in order to full fill my order he would open a sheet set and take out the fitted sheet and pillow slips, sending me the flat one. Great service, will buy from them again.

One item was clearly from a previous shipment and colour and packaging wasn't the same as the other. I don't know why Geoff did that considering it was a pair and the other one could have been sold as a singular item to someone else. settled on some another brand that was available and was actually Australian made.

It turns out that I have received what looks like a better pillow, it is certainly bigger (please be aware that they are so big they cannot be delivered to the Australia Post Parcel Lockers), and I got a couple of pillow cases as well, all for the same price as the imported pillows were going to be.

More than anything, it was just great to have someone answer the phone and provide some customer service. I am very happy to have a responsive supplier, what looks to be a really good product and to be able to support Australian industry at the same time.

over week and Best Priced Linen logged an inquiry for me to get it moving. I spoke personally to a staff member on several occasions and found them very helpful. I was able to call and have a conversation with actual people who worked there & was able to make my purchase over the phone which at times I prefer. I did not pay postage on my items as they were over $200 & purchases over $45 are delivered free. By the way rate for under $45 is very reasonable. I will always consider this business when purchasing bed linen in the future. They carry a wide range of brands and end of line items (which mine were) - especially if you're after something no longer available. From my recent experience I give them a high recommendation.

listened to what I was looking for and called me several time, I ended up buying 2 x King Sized Quilt sets, on his advice and they arrived today and are perfect. Return policy unclear – Sadly I did not find Geoff as wonderful as everyone else's reviews very unhappy with the after sales service I received. I also received a phone call from him asking me to to take my negative comments off Facebook because he said they were untrue. Like another person on here I found his manner to be verging on Bullying. I'm sure he will be pleasant as long as you don't have a complaint or want to return anything.

EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE – Ordered several products from them, but after nearly 2 months ended up asking for my money back and that took several attempts as well. They kept saying that the items hadn't arrived from China, well if that was the case, why were the products listed at all. Basically, it was a debacle. I can only assume they couldn’t be bothered to process the 1 faulty pillowcase, even though it wouldn’t have cost them anything to send it back to the manufacturer for a replacement. Very disappointing as I am a big fan of many brands this store carries, but non existent customer service has cost them any future purchases from me.

Great service, brilliant prices – Geoff from Best Price Linen was extremely helpful when I called with a question about my order. Even while dealing with the loss of a family member he called me back quickly and cleared my queries. I think that the negative reviews here about 'excuses' to do with items not arriving promptly from China are unusual. It is common knowledge that COVID has disrupted imports. And as for the service team not replying to emails/calls.... ? Over many years I have contacted this store and have ALWAYS received a prompt reply.
