When I complained I was offered a $80 voucher to use their company again.

As a business owner customer service is EVERYTHING!

eager to do work, he could express too much rush in getting paid n that can be difficult for landlords to make the assessment with an investment property that may be far from principal residence. A reasonable time should be allowed where an assessment can guarantee satisfaction.

He n his team are very efficient n would recommend him for certain investment property or commercial cleaning jobs.

Can get better with his approach n that only time n experience can get him to learn.

No dramas – My mother in law recommended Pankaj and his team to do our carpet cleaning for vacating the property, I organised the schedule for them, they are punctual and turned up on time of our agreement, the team clean our carpet well and made our Property Manager happy. So no Dramas in their service to us as they did deliver the service that we need.

Professional Cleaners – I am happy with End of lease cleaning this guys carried out. Very professional and knows their job well. My 2 bedroom apartment was steam cleaned and looked fresh. High recommendations.

Actualy, I'm surprised by bad reviews – They came a bit late, but with a team with 6. They did job in professional manner. Pankaj kept his promises, everything was smooth and great. I can recommend them.

confronted them about it with phone calls and messages and when I asked them to do it they said the only way that they will redo it is after my real estate inspection I'm disgusted. I will never have these people ever again and I am really aware now of who I do hire to do jobs for me.

Fraudulent Operation! Beware! – We engaged Pankaj Shah from Best Mobile Cleaning Service for an end-of-lease clean on 30/1/16. apartment and saw that it looked no different to when he had started.

Our real estate agent arrived and commented that:

- the carpets had not been steam cleaned;

- the oven racks had been removed to hold the trays in place;

- the area under the rubbish bin has not been cleaned;

- the kitchen floor is dirty;

- the dishwasher is dirty around the edges;

- the laundry wall is dirty on top of the dryer;

- there are removable scuff marks on the walls of the stairs and bedrooms which have not been removed;

- the ceiling fan / vent covers in the laundry / toilet and bathroom have not been cleaned;

- the shower has not been cleaned at all; and

- the toilet has not been cleaned.

The above list of outstanding jobs is an indication that not only was the service not of a high standard, in our view it was barely attempted.

We contacted Pankaj and requested that he rectify the job. He allegedly re-cleaned the apartment on 4 February 2016. However, when we went back to the apartment, no further cleaning was evident.

We have tried to contact Pankaj about this and to ask for a refund. However after an impolite exchange of messages on his part, he is now avoiding all contact with us.

Pankaj made us sign a waiver before he had even started the job, which we did not realise at the time. He is now seeking to rely on this document as evidence that we accept the job has been completed satisfactorily.

This is absolutely disgraceful and to avoid any contact after he has taken $352 for doing nothing is really deceitful. He is very rude and aggressive in his dealings also.

Stay away at all costs. Not to be trusted.
