going to re-plug in a internal fault to be electrically shock. Guide you to their garbage website only to have to create a account, just for a claim. Let's say not mobile or IT friendly. If you were a decent company knowing full well your spas are by me and these other reviews are faulty. But still selling them. I hope your company goes bankrupt. So good people's hard earned money dont lose out. Your a disgrace and fraudulent. Because one of your staff mentioned you are,aware of these problems but still selling them. Absolute rubbish product and even worse customer service. My $1,400 spa filtration system doesn’t work — and it’s brand new. The spa is under 8 weeks old and I’ve had nothing but issues. The customer service team is unprofessional and completely unhelpful — no resolution, no accountability, just excuses. I’m now taking the matter to Fair Trade. Bad customer service – Purchased the H2OGO! Splash Tower Mega Water Park, after using it a couple of times the sprinkler attachment broke. I contacted head office so i could get a replacement… They said too bad return back to Kmart for a refund!!!! product suffered irreparable damage due to a factory issue. The spa developed an internal leak with no punctures or holes, indicating a significant quality concern.

Upon reaching out to Bestway's service team, the response was disheartening. Despite the product's short lifespan, I was informed that it was beyond repair, and the suggested solution was to purchase a new liner at nearly the original price. This was both unreasonable and unacceptable, given the apparent quality issue with the initial purchase.

Furthermore, the proposed discount of $25 on the replacement liner, bringing it to $325, is not a genuine effort to address the customer's concern. It's disappointing to see a lack of understanding and responsiveness from the company, especially when dealing with a product that failed prematurely.

My intention in sharing this review is to caution potential customers about the product's quality and the unsatisfactory customer service experience. If you're considering a purchase from Bestway, be wary of the possibility of encountering issues with the product, and the subsequent challenges in seeking a reasonable resolution.

In light of this experience, I will be exploring alternative brands that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a company fall short in meeting customer expectations, and I hope my review serves as valuable insight for others.

Rust bucket – I purchased a Bestway pool back in approximately or 2020/ 2021 it's now 2023 I think this is the pools last season . The steel frame work is rusting away . It will be an expensive mistake in buying this rubbish pool . I am unable t provide receipts but a quick online search in Bestway records will find this purchase . Show details

Purchased pool in March 2024 and installed pool in May 2024..pump is now leaking…filed a warranty claim which was approved one day later but 3 hours later received another email saying claim was refused because pool was ordered more than 6 months ago. Mixed value – Bought a Tahiti inflatable hot tub. At first I thought it was a great product, great value for the money compared to other brands of hot tubs I have used. it from date we paid even though the invoice states delivery 10-12 days. I had a bestway pool for 5 years one of the old style with blow up ring which was perfect no leaks even after 5 years sold it when we sold house. So extremely upset that they will not replace the liner or accept that its faulty. The person whom ive been speaking is completely incompetant too asking for things they have had before. They have offered a huge 10% discount today on a liner wow really 10% what an insult.

Garbage – Bought aqua rover, took a couple of months to arrive, no problem.....until it breaks down. "oh no, it's out of warranty" based on purchase date, not delivery date. They want nothing to do with it. I suspect they're happy to burn a few customers, and just suck up the bad publicity. Never again for me, and I'll certainly make sure to everyone know. from them, but they make them and the guarantee is Bestway Pools as they stand by their product, what a joke nothing but a headache, they only replace spare parts for the pool, but it is a part of the pool that they manufacture. Not happy to be aware of their so called policy as they will do anything they can to get out of replacing a part including a ladder that is needed to get in and out of the pool. I'm going to take the matter further as their service is disgusting. I requested a manager contact me, but they are never available. Apart from anything it is dangerous and the pool is not salt.

basically no solution except to buy a brand new one. There is no technical support and no repairs available. 1600 dollars lost. The customer service officer was indeed helpful but the technical support was lacking. Avoid at all costs.

Frame rust and breaks at 3.5 yrs – Frame rust and breaks at 3.5 yrs. Ladder legs rust out, The cartridge filter is useless in bigger pools, it costs about another $500 for a decent sand filter. had failed from the inside, was sent an email to say they can not monitor or help how customers use their product. I take from this that it is a common problem. The spa was barely used and only the way the manual recommends but it was defective. Beware very poor customer service. Will look into a better way to keep spa hot that will last and not fail.

Terrible customer service – We bought a Sydney Spa a few months ago. It was going ok until one of the connection valves craked. I contacted customer service, they asked me to pay 26 dollars for the replacement and so I immediately did. 3 weeks after, I'm still waiting for the item to be dispatched. Still waiting for a replacement pump after 5 weeks. Disgusted – The pump that came with my pool stopped working 4 weeks after pool was set up. I began emailing on 31.12.21 still no replacement pump as of 1.2.22. I had to buy a replacement pump so the pool could be used. Asked for compensation for this bit they said it was my choice to buy it. It was, but if I hadn't the pool would not have been usable all this time. Really disappointed and would never buy a Bestway product again or recommend it to anyone. Show details
