Very happy with Betta in Moe
As I'm very time poor right now I did my research online. Phoned Moe on Thursday morning to purchase a washing machine and it was delivered Friday morning, They were also able to take my old machine away.

Great customer service at Moe Betta Home Living
Purchased a washing machine and chest freezer at Moe Betta Home Living. Friendly, helpful service by Keith with an added bonus of a reedemable Visa Gift Card. The washing machine was delivered and installed promptly and the freezer will be stored at their shop until I request it to be delivered. I couldn't ask for better service. I recommend this store.

Impeccable service at Betta Home Living in Craigieburn, Vic.
Not a local of Craigieburn, had no idea it existed, in desperate need of a washing machine, I started ringing around to various electrical outlets. Not happy with the service, I was getting, I spoke to a friend who advised me to contact Betta Home Living in Craigieburn, which I did, they were very professional and very helpful.
Thankyou to Lib Fiore (salesperson) for all your help.
I definitely will be back and definitely will be spreading the word around.

Product great, customer service not so much
Purchased a tv online. Got an email saying that I would be notified when it was available to pick up. A week went by, heard nothing from them. Called them up, was told they would call me back. Never did. Another week went by, called again, was told they are waiting on stock and would be called back. Again, didnt receive a call back. I called every week to find out what was going on and no one could tell me anything. I didnt hound them every day, I waited seven days between each phone call. hold of someone who looked into it after a month and was told stock wouldnt arrive for another three months so they would get back to me with a solution. Aaand they never called me back. I ended up driving the three hours into the store o find out what was going on. Got given a new tv and paid the difference in price. They have great products, but they are really bad at communication. All I wanted was to know what was happening. Not be fobbed off and not called when promised. I felt like a nuisance calling every week but I had paid a lot of money for a tv that no one could tell me where it was. It took over five weeks and was only sorted because I went in. Ordered tv toaster kettle $2400 total . Was told max 7 days so I decided not to drive to a south side store that had stock. That was 2/10/19 its now 24/10/19 still dont have all my stock. Tv arrived almost 16 days but no communication no defence, they paid delivery on tv when I demanded it but worst service ever avoid at all cost

Disgusting Customer Service Mermaid Beach Employee Kylie
My fiance and I ordered a fridge on the 27th October, each week we have been told its been delayed and provided a different date. Each date comes and we have had to phone to ask where our fridge is, to which we are then told it will be a different date.

This review is particularly focused on their “Price Match Policy”.
After finding an identical item offered by The Good Guys online I sent an email through the “Contact Us” form as described on the “Price Match” page of their website.

Betta staff in shop in Moe Vic.
The staff in the Betta shop in Moe, are friendly and extremely helpful, the delivery men are pleasant and happy to put items where requested.
For electrical appliances I only shop at Betta in Moe. Vic.

Great customer service
I purchased a Cat S61 on 28th of october, Linda from the Betta home living store called me on the 29th to inform me that the handset needed to be ordered in and could take 2 weeks before I receive it, admitdly I wasn't to impress with the time frame but agreed to that and a few days later I had the phone to my surprise the customer service I received and communication was brilliant and Linda kept me up to date on progress of my order, only things I would suggest is for items that they don't stock and need to be ordered in add in the description...Read more
on your website that there maybe a 5/7 day wait for this item so there is no disappointment. And I understand about keeping costs down with postage but add a express post option for smaller items let the customer have a choice wether they want standard or express post.Similar opinion? New fridge!
Purchased a new fisher & paykel stainless steel fridge. I absolutely love the stainless steel finish, easy to wipe over and keep clean, & just as amazing inside the fridge which has beautiful glass shelving which makes the fridge look open, easy to see what's in your fridge and easy to clean. Lots of shelf space with freezer on the lower part of the fridge with clear pull out storage. Great for couples or family use. Betta have a free delivery in our area and take away your old appliance and install the new appliance with great service. We shop here for lots of our appliances.

McLaren Vale Store Is Excellent
The Staff at the McLaren Vale Store are so helpful and have always gone that extra mile for us. Would Highly Recommend them to Friends and Family as i have already done. Will definitely be back for our next purchase.

Craigieburn = absolute pig
I was purchasing a new TV. [name removed] from the Craigieburn store spoke to me like an absolute pig when I attempted to price match. I took my money and went elsewhere. Woeful customer service. Avoid.

Third-party delivery and store credit?
Ordered online. Received call from a random, third-party place about delivery. Upon calling the place, the person did not know of the call. Said they did not have the item in stock. Tried to sell different item. Had to get store credit, restricted to the store delivering the item? Invoice says item picked up from Betta Home Living? Would have at least expected the store I bought it from to be in charge of delivery and to handle the store credit. Overall disappointed and hope others are aware

Poor Website information Poor delivery times Poor communication
Ordered three items. One delivered in two days - good result. Two we heard nothing - so after two weeks we contacted them. We were told the items are no longer available from the manufacturer. There was no mention of this on the website when we ordered!

Sorry. Talk to head office
I ordered a product from website and they said product would be delivered in 3-5 working days. After 8 days, I questioned the order. The response was "our branch doesn't stock this. Talk to head office. I cant help you". My suggestion is to order from more reputable brand

We had found what we wanted online and Hardly Normal had it for $549. And we were really pressed for time (needed it for our rental), we went there and left went to Betta in Rosny.
Walked in the door, went to the washing machine section found same thing for $525.. very nice salespeople not overly pushy, just genuinely nice people

have spent $2000 in Gatton qld store, 2nd purchase was a 65inch tv, will not record preselected programs, .tells me to install usb when it is already in the tv port. sales staff fobbed me off to tcl with no customer service from store. the store will only pick up the tv if I pay a fee of $45.00. tcl have requested a video from me showing how I set up the recording using a mobile phone camera which I do not own. Gatton branch will not send anyone to me (15km) to sort out the problem. the sales rep told me to pack it up and return the tv to them...Read more
. the tv measures almost 5.5ft x 2.5 ft, weighs 27kg and I am approaching 78 yrs of age with a degenerative back problem, no lifting or carrying heavy loads, let alone a large tv!! next step is phone head office Monday 17/6/19. w. morgan. Laidley hts qld.1 comment

Isnt it the responsibility of installer of large electric appliances to remove packaging from house? Not leaving it there for customer to have to try and dispose of. To big for council bins.

Yes it is they should have done it for you
I think that this negotiable, there is no consumer law that says packaging must be removed by the installer. It's just bad manners really. I would ask do you remove packaging and my guess is rather than lose customers the seller will agree to remove. I have noticed that some sellers make the removal of packaging, cleaning up after themselves, a selling point. Some will even remove your old bed when they deliver your new one.
