I've read reviews on productreviews many times and betta electricals this time . Yes , they certainly do take a long time for deliveries . Today our oven & cooktop arrived at the local shop and that was about 3 weeks . We are going to buy a fridge & washing machine , maybe from a competitor, not sure yet .

 Follow-up  · I was going to betta electrical retail outlet for information on the item I purchased , I found that other companies take the same time when you order . Better electrical delivered to my house site at a nominal charge . Their was no need for tracking in this case .

Scam with cash back. I bought a 2.5 and 7.0 Fujitsu splits on a cash back. I spent about $5k and hoping to get $900 back. Rejected my claim, even though I spent about 4 hours over 2 sessions to ensure all details were correct. Then get email saying my claim is rejected!! Scam!!!!

We would just like to thank Jordon for his timing his professionalism when he delivered our new fridge freezer. He was so careful and well mannered he should be congratulated. May sometimes Betta could send 2 people as Jordon had to ring for help. My hubby helped him a bit but we are pensioners so could not do much. receive the delivery, what would happen? The man sounded annoyed, kept saying I had to check with Aramex, delivery has nothing to do with Betta. so I registered Aramex account to get the alert and tracking. The delivery was delayed by a day and that was fine, because apparently a signature was required, it made me feel safe. Today I was sitting at home anxiously with excitement, waiting for the door bell to ring while I work from home. The door bell never rang and suddenly I received a message saying it was delivered and signature obtained! That wasn't me who received the delivery! I rushed to open the door, nothing was outside. I called the Melbourne Depot of Aramex. The gentleman was patient and caring, but he insisted that the driver said the signature was provided. I told him I'll check with my neighbour in the unit behind me. He said it was not with him. I walked to the front gate to the block, there I found this box of $300 worth of product dumped on the floor right inside the shared pedestrian/side gate. Any passerby could have just come in and take it. No sight of the courier at all. He lied about getting my signature. I called Aramex to update the team, this time I had a lady who sounded so flat toned and robotic, she didn't want to know much. All she cared was: I have received the product after all. I had to beg her to pass on my feedback. She promised verbally and couldn't wait to hang up. How secured is this kind of delivery? I honestly will never buy from Betta again.

already informed them that no one lives at the property yet as it’s newly purchased and empty. The guy delivering (who I later found out was the manager) called me while I was at work. I told him I’d be there in 5 minutes — the place is only 450m away.

Five minutes later, he called back and said he had no time to waste. One of my family members actually arrived at the house around 2 minutes after that, but by then, he was already getting cranky on the phone. I drove straight there and asked if he was the one who’d spoken to me. He said yes — turns out, he’s the manager.

I told him I still had several items on order but would just cancel everything. He said, “I can take the washing machine back then,” and I said, “Fine, take it.” Then he said he had a full truckload of deliveries before Easter — okay, but if delivering orders is too much for him, maybe he shouldn’t be in this business? My total order was around $7–8k, and if that’s a hassle for him, fair enough — I was happy to cancel.

But then he asked me to send an email to request the cancellation — and said I might have to pay cancellation fees. What?! He’s the one who offered to take it back, and now I have to formally cancel and pay fees?

Honestly, if the company allows someone with this attitude to manage a store, I doubt they care about customer service. And these days, there are so many other options to buy appliances — people don’t need to put up with this kind of treatment from a single business.

Excellent Service and Guidance by Simon – Brilliant work by Simon at Beta Store at Underwood in Qld..I needed a 8.8 litre Russell Hobbs hot water urn and Simon helped me to obtain one over the phone using my credit card. The Excellent Service displayed by Simon is more than Worthy of Promotion. My Water Urn was delivered the very next day. FANTASTIC SERVICE INDEED ! Highly recommended 10/10

match price form other retailers, while on hold listened to gang which not only would they price match but would beat other offers. salesman said they could not match other offers but are $130.00 more than what i could get it for, so it was worth me travelling to norlunga to pick one up.

absolutely! Horrendous do not use these guys. The manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Also brought extra warranty which they claimed I didn't buy extra warranty when I had it on the paperwork so they are lying. Do not buy anything off these people in Harvey bay. They are crooks and scam artists $1,900 for the TV brand new that doesn't even work! UPDATE: today I have been told that a new TV has been sent out which will be delivered tomorrow 9/09/25 so we can hope and pray that this one will work am still pretty unhappy that it is taken 5 weeks total to get a replacement. With only a very small lone TV offered which I refused as it was half the size of what I have purchased. I was told by fair trading that they were responsible to process my warranty claim which they refused to do Betta told me I have to do it myself don't buy anything off these people. They're real crooks

from the store and advice that the Samsung discontinued the TV and it's completely out of stock and offered me LG, which i didn't want and cancelled my order.

I lost my chance to buy this TV as it now sold out everywhere, i paid finances fees as I opened Zip account to pay for the TV. Very annoyed and frustrated.

Today I just got another phone call from them offering me a new version for a good price... which sounds to good to be true, as 2 minutes later the lady on the phone confirmed that they can't offer it to me any longer as I canceled my previous order.

Would i buy from them again? No thanks!

know but I no longer trust this company. After I got my refund I went to a shopping centre and grabbed the first heater I saw, a Dimplex from Big W with a 2 year guarantee, and they had stacks of them (North Lakes).

Ordered on-line two alpha 7 outlet power protectors in Nov 24. Despite stores having stock It took a couple weeks and phone calls to get delivery. The order went form one store to another without me receiving updates. Very frustrating! I could have received the item the next day if I ordered through Amazon.

Never buy from them again – Bought a dryer online and only because it stated it was in stock in the store , then get a call next afternoon to say they have no dryers in stock they are back ordered ...and to top it off they had just taken my money and i have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund. Will never buy from them again thats false advertising

Awesome Delivery Service – Online order easy but immediate follow up phone call from Ross was great. Delivery driver was absolute awesome as had difficulty fitting the fridge through my doorways. Deceptive practices – Purchased a LG 635L Fridge online. Was due to receive a double cash back. Received a call that I was to receive the updated model. Now cash back has been declined as the model supplied is not in the cash back promotion. Knudsden Virgina. Be very wary of these cowboys. Excellent – I purchased an LG 9 kilo washing machine which was delivered today. It was installed promptly and l did a load of washing and was impressed by less water usage and the quite sound of the machine. I previously owned an 8.5 LG for 14 years I'd highly recommend friends to visit betta electric in moe to purchase the LG 9 kilo machine The store is terrefic and staff go above and beyond to keep me going back

Price match policy – Scam!!! Never trust them. price match guarantee from them is just a lie. They ask to provide competitor details and at the end they contact the competitor and ask to fix the price. It’s like syndicate business. Better go for another store . What a waste of time!!!

**The installation wasn't done properly**. When attempting to remove the drain hose from the S Trap, the installer used force, causing it to break and creating a hole. **He blamed the issue on the drain hose being stuck**, claiming it had been glued in place. There is not plumbing glue to be seen on the broke piece of drain hose and S Trap (usually it blue colour). However, I believe calcium buildup over many years made it difficult to remove easily. **The installer was in the hurry and didn't check which seals to use to join the them together after rushing to Bunnings to buy the replacement S Trap.

To make matters worse, he connected the hose to the wall tap in a rough manner, causing water to spill all over the floor. I didn't realise where the water was coming from until an emergency plumber instructed me to shut off the main water supply.

As a result, my household had no running water for nearly 24 hours, on top of the extra cost I paid for the delivery and installation services. **I had to book an emergency plumber to fix the leaks**. Just want to warm you guys out there Don’t go near Betta for items that require to delivery and installation if you don’t want to experience the disaster and costly nightmare!!

certainly did that and he set it up for live TV and showed us std and hd channels just like we would watch at home. So we saw tv as it will be for us not just showing the in house ultra high definition videos they show in most stores. I have to say I purchased the TV because of his knowledge and honesty about the product, they have a great range of products in store, great prices, they are so heplful, what more could you want I highly recommend this store and its staff.
