Think twice before you select this company. It’s all very customer focused until you have an issue with an installed product at which point your concerns are dismissed and no interest at all in coming out to discuss the matter. Have taken it further and they still continue to maintain its as per standard. Would never entertain using this company again. Stay clear Show details

On 28/01/2026 I advised Betta Shower Screens and Wardrobes via email that there was a problem with the rubber seal on one 1 of the panels (there are 3 panels) of the shower screen they supplied and installed in June 2025. mould and therefore my problem. There are 2 problems here; 1. the rubber seal is leaking which is why the seal on the outside of the shower screen is discoloured and 2. the discolouration is being caused by the shower frame. This is not pink mould it is in fact a brown rusty colour which now leads me to query the quality of the shower frame itself. To make sure this was not mould I used numerous cleaners to try and remove the discolouration, none worked, the seal is still a rusty brown colour. I have not received any response from Betta to my last email sent 12/02/26 so decided to call them and speak to someone, because I think the product is faulty but I would be happy to have someone from Betta look at the screen and explain to me why they think it is not. No luck, no one wants to talk to me they just tell me to send an email, which I know will not be answered. When you call they don't even bother to ask your name or provide details, as soon as they know it is a problem they are just not interested. I give up, which is what Betta want me to do, but I am just so tired of having to battle with companies over faulty goods and services. I was warned about Betta but foolishly I ignored the warning, don't you ignore this warning.

Very responsive to get measure and install done (allowing for Christmas shutdown). End product is just what we wanted, great quality of workmanship and friendly. Some great suggestions to using a limited space. Installation was quick, tidy and managed some tricky space issues. Not so much a problem with Pymble but more to do with their head office and the install of the wardrobe. The technician who came to fit the doors was ill prepared and whilst he did the best that he could the finished job was substandard. to be redone. I had several calls with the installation manager, William who was most unhelpful with trying to have the job redone. He didn’t have any available technicians prior to Christmas. I left follow up messages with CS for William or Paul to call me back but nothing. It is now late January and I have not had any contact from Betta to try to resolve the issue. This is very unprofessional and I would not under any circumstances recommend Betta to anyone in my network.

We built up wardrobe from Betta . Was very happy with workmanship. But now there is frame coming out from bottom and look like won't stay longer. I have given warranty for 15 years for no extra charges now they asking for $290 call out fee. I have attached copy of contract. Customer service is very rude. Thanks Show details

Got the design wrong with the drawers. Came with the wrong doors. Then came back three weeks later with the wrong doors again. Refused to let me speak with a manager to discuss these issues. Insisted on full payment.

If I could give zero stars I would. I highly recommend NOT to use this company. Quoting and installation was quick. But when you have problem forget it! They already have your money and are not interested! Appalling service for installation of frameless shower screens in two bathrooms. One panel was remeasured and cut 3 times to get it to fit. Other panels also had to be remeasured and cut. showers creen door, something that was never mentioned in the design we approved or by anyone during the numerous installation attempts. No compensation/discount was ever offered to atone for the terrible experience.

After an unsatisfactory experience with another wardrobe company, Betta Wardrobes came to our assistance - supplying new made-to-measure wardrobe doors, all within 2 weeks from order to installation. The doors are of excellent quality, 25mm thick, and installed now slide so smoothly. We are extremely pleased with the friendly, helpful staff and especially our new wardrobe doors. Show details

I recently had built-in wardrobes installed and couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was smooth from start to finish – the team was professional, punctual, and really listened to what I wanted. The wardrobes are excellent quality, beautifully finished, and have completely transformed the space. Great workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

radio silence again. I have now raised a complaint with the Dept of Fair Trading as this is my only option to resolve this situation. Good customer service is not difficult, the product is good, I just want what I paid for.

Wardrobes came back to look at it. The next day I received an aggressive call from the general manager of Betta Wardrobes. He did not ask why we were not satisfied or how the problem could be resolved. He refused to send anyone to look at the wardrobe to see if it was correctly installed unless I paid in full first. He was rude and combative from the outset. He would not allow me to get a word in and spoke over me repeatedly. Subsequently he has sent me threatening emails. Such a bully. It has been a really shocking experience. Update: I have since been contacted by other disappointed customers sharing similar stories.
