Terrible - Stay away from this company – One piece of advice - Do not use this company. They don't listen, don't follow instructions and then lie to cover their tracks. The installers were terrible - rough and didn't take any care with removal or installation. We were going to use them for a second install job., as were family members - not any more. Excellent wardrobes, workmanship and fitter – We were advised by our sons, Bruce and Scott, who have had prior experience with Betta wardrobes to phone Les Biczok personally, which we did and were very pleased in our dealings with him. Superb Built-In Wardrobes from Betta – Frank from Betta, installed our two wardrobes perfectly. This was not an easy job and Frank had to work with tricky angles and imperfect walls. He was also a great communicator and an expert tradesman. He also gladly helped to relocate one of our old robes. I can wholeheartedly endorse Frank's skills and professionalism. The product is great - took a while to get some after sales service – The installation by the subcontractor was excellent. Product very good. Had a problem with the track. Wonderful job – The gentleman who installed the shower screen, Allan, was very polite, arrived on time, and did the job very quickly. He cleaned up after him (wonderful) and gave me very helpful tips for keeping the shower screen clean. walk in wardrobe. He measured everything perfectly and spent so much time getting it exactly how I wanted it. The installers turned up on time and David (different one) worked quickly and stayed back late to insure it was finished in 2 days not 3. I have 3 beautiful wardrobes, linen and walk in that I am so happy about.

I did have to chase customer service a little for my replacement mirrors in the walk in but other than that they were terrific!

Fantastic new shower screen installed – Couldnt recommend Betta Shower Screens highly enough. From ordering David did a great job at advising the right screen to suit our requirements. Disappointing service – Would not recommend to anyone. Betta subcontracts their wardrobes works to different contractors whose workmanship cannot be guaranteed. For my case, I was not happy with the workmanship of my built in wardrobes. Betta does not take ownership for sorting out the issues for me. Instead they simply put me through to the contractor and asked me to deal with him directly even though Betta is the one that received my payment.  Show details

Buyer beware – I used Betta earlier this year and like similar reviews the person measuring the wardrobe did not take into account electrical switches meaning on instillation the interior design had to be switched which then led to doors stopping the opening of draws etc-the end result-not what I wanted and very disappointing. screen and was talked into paying extra for a product to be applied to the glass to make cleaning easier-DON'T waste your money-the product DOESN'T work in fact it makes cleaning the class harder! Would I go with Betta again? NO.

He was a brilliant carpenter who took pride in his work reflected in his attention to detail. He was so fussy in order to give me a great product and as a result have a magnificent line press that looks amazing in my main hallway. He was also so careful of our furniture and polished floor boards and cleaned everything before he left. Highly recommend Arthur and we will certainly request him for our next wardrobe. expensive but Travis worked with me to get to an acceptable amount and we changed a couple of things (the doors from wood to glass).

I went ahead with the order and had a mature aged gentleman turn up to install the buit-in. I have had to remind myself over and over not to judge a book by its cover! This gentleman took 5hrs to install the built-in by himself and did an incredible job.

I am really happy with the work and service I have received.

The only negative was that I wasted time going back and forth to the Bankstown showroon to pay my deposit as they had closed earlier than the advertised time. I also ended up with different glass doors to the one on the quote but they actually look better than the ones I originally wanted so worked out well for me!

Very happy with the outcome! – Just two days ago I had a wardrobe installed in my daughter's room by Betta Wardrobes (via Bankstown showroom). wardrobe has 6 opening doors (not sliding) painted doors, and I layed out the interior as I needed it. Martin was very quick to come back with a few changes and two re-quotes I had requested, literally same or next day. Martin turned up right on time to do the quote, and I was given an installation date - which they rang me a few days before to confirm (which was nice). The installer arrived on time as well.

I had just painted the bedroom and I was plesantly suprised to find not one scratch was made on the paintwork during construction. The wardrobe looks fantastic, it feels very solid and the fittings are good quality, the doors are very solid and the paint is hard wearing (is not normal paint). They had set up outside to do some cutting, but he cleaned up before he left. I did have to wipe the wardrobe down as it was dusty from manufacturing -- but I have found this to be true of anything you buy or get installed, so it was no biggie.

I was concerned after reading negative reviews about Betta, but then I read reviews on other wardrobe companies and found that every company had as many and similar complaints about them. So I assume that wardrobe companies are a bit of hit and miss, and keep your fingers crossed when you put your order in.

I am very, very happy with the friendly service, everything is correct and to my specs and I think this wardrobe will last for many, many years. Reliable, solid construction, friendly staff Slightly more expensive than others
