Worst Customer Service and Poor Quality control on Product – Purchased a Queen size bed from Bev Marks here in Mildura. Bed was ordered with "Castors" and delivered without Castors. Delivery Driver came back in the afternoon with "Sliders" which were absolutely useless. Store advised that they would order a set ex Melb and when these eventually arrived they were the wrong size.Store re ordered and this took… Read more

close to a week for them to arrive (Overnight bag would have worked) Installed the "Castors " and found bottom of the bed had a row of missing staples holding the cover in place. Store advised they don't know what to do,Wife advised Store Manger to go to Bunnings and buy a stapler and come to our house and re staple the bed which did occur. No where in this process was the word :Sorry" mentioned .Customer service is Toxic at best and Rude beyond belief.To add insult we were over charged $50 but this was later rectified.Will never set foot in the Mildura store again. Bev Marks Quality Control process appears to be at best flawed and suspect. I did send an email off the Bev Marks head office but have heard absolutely nothing in regard to this issue.It appears that the Franchise owner has little regard to how his stores are operated as well.

Excellent Service – Found the bedroom suite that I was looking for. Julie at Bev Marks was amazing, she really knew her products. We got the Gold Home Delivery and it was fully worth it. We didn't have to lift a finger, everything was delivered in perfect condition, all we had to do was make the bed and have a good night's sleep.

So disappointed. Misled totally about our purchase and now can’t use it – Purchased a bed and a mattress and at NO POINT were we told that it was a flat pack. It was an expensive purchase and I made two phone calls regarding it being not as displayed and sold and was told a) building it costs extra and then b) that it’s one they don’t build as it’s too time consuming. As a result our daughter is now sleeping on a mattress on the floor and the flat pack is stored away as we dock not have the time to build it ourselves Show details
