Bought 3 pairs of trunks. They are great for gym and running. So I wear them for gym and I alternate with other underwear (uniqlo). I bought them in May 2025 and by Feb 2026, two are already ripped between the legs... For a brand that says it uses organic and great quality cotton, it's quite disappointing. I wear the uniqlo ones much more frequently for gym for over a year and they are pretty good. I e-mailed them giving feedback ... no answer ! Show details

been a week of no response. Back in December I put in a small order on boxing day and received a confirmation email 4 weeks later and then another week for it to be shipped. And I used the product once (activewear shorts) and they already had a hole in them. The elastic in the waistband is also loose and not secured so it warps and gets twisted which isn't ideal when you're exercising.

frustrating. Also have noticed they will considerably mark up their items a few days before announcing a sale so the “50% discount” is more like a 10% discount. Feels dicey and not aligned with my values and my want to support transparent and conscientious companies.

Wish I could give a Zero. I placed a considerable order on October 17 that I've still not received. Every time I email customer support, they tell me it's "on track". I was told the items were on pre-order, then due at the end of November, then due on December 19, then due at the end of December. Has to be a scam.

 Follow-up  · Received my order, finally. Really poor packaging and not as expected. I ordered "long" (as per the options on the website). What arrived was labelled mid-length. I emailed the company and was told that mid-length IS long??? I can assure you, they are not.

status of the order). It was over a month of no confirmation of shipment. When a refund was finally requested, I was ghosted. Now I’m doing a bank discharge to get my stolen money back and will lodge a complaint with Fair Trading. Someone needs to also take this to A Current Affair or something, as there’s also high probability of them removing reviews with poor experience! I was too naive to not check product review.com before buying from them. Their own policy is 2-5 days shipped, yet there wasn’t even any communication that it would be any longer than that. Even just an email to say that there is a delay of approximately X days, would’ve have assured me. But this has got me convinced that this company is out to steal money from consumers. Order number #2154334 I’m willing to update this review on how they respond (that’s if they do).

impersonal, their stock is always on back-order (why put so much into marketing when you can’t handle the stock) you don’t get notified properly about when an item is dispatched, when it’s coming. also, sizing can be off & the product descriptions don’t always help. Sometimes items don’t even seem to fit models properly and so it’s hard to choose. I've also found loose threads with some of the underwear I've received - a bit of a consistency issue, i'm not sure, but some products just seem to fall apart a bit quicker.

Ordered a sweater and pants and a blanket. It was back ordered and took over 2 months to arrive. I returned the blanket as the colour wasn’t right and intended to exchange the pants but the process was so laborious I asked to a refund. I have never received the refund. They actually sent me 2 blankets by mistake and I honestly returned them both at my own expense. Still no refund on the goods o actually purchased.

showing as in stock on their website at the time). Despite this, only my first option was checked, and I was repeatedly pushed toward accepting store credit instead of the exchange their policy promises.

I’ve had to repeat myself multiple times, and it feels like my emails aren’t being properly read or considered. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and the process has dragged on far too long. I’ve never had this much difficulty resolving an issue with any other online retailer.

I value sustainability and wanted to support a company like Bhumi, but unfortunately their lack of follow-through and customer care has made this experience really disappointing.

I bought 2 pairs of wide leg track pant that were on back order and expected to arrive mid August. I got an email on 19th August saying that it had shipped. It is now 13th September and still hasn't arrived. I've emailed twice and got one email saying that they'll look into it. Not happy!

I am a huge fan of Bhumi Bedding (as well as the range of their organic cotton bath, apparel and sleepwear products). My sheets have been Bhumi only for many years now and not needed to replace any of them like I would have with other sheets from elsewhere in the past. I recently purchased a Jersey quilted cover and cannot wait to be snuggly warm in bed on these cold nights.

This place is dodgy. It only a $75 discount if you go on mailing list with no disclosures. When I went to buy something it won’t apply discount. Says these items can not be used with this discount. I tried on sale items and tried on a full price whit tshirt. The discount expires in 1 hour and then they have your details. Do not sign up! It’s a scam to get your phone number and email address.

I’ve bought several Bhumi products over the years. I haven’t had any issues with orders until a recent order. When I contacted customer support, they were incredibly helpful and rectified things quickly

The worst customer service and the slowest shipping. A week after ordering online, I had still not received my shipping confirmation. emails following up, they didn't get back to me.

I had to contact their store, who apologized for their support team being backed up, and said they would contact them to get them to reply.

She stated that they were backed up from:

1. A warehouse move. 2. A sale over the weekend.

That's great, but I ordered BEFORE the sale. And who puts a sale on in the middle of moving a warehouse? And even if this was true, why didn't they say they were expecting delays at before checkout?

When customer support finally got back to me, they said they would prioritize my order, but even then, it took them another 4 days to ship it out.

It would have been quicker to order the sheets directly from India, than it would have been to deal with BHUMI, who show that they care very little about their customers.

All up it took BHUMI 10 days just to ship the item.

Sizes for leggings are coming up a bit small – I purchased leggings. I originally purchased size m a few years ago. However, the sizing recently is coming up small on the elastic in the waist. I returned and a replacement and refund was provided reasonably quickly. The quality of the item I purchased was good. Shipping is a bit slow but overall I am satisfied.

Just go elsewhere - another business that harvests your data to spam you with rubbish – I bought a long sleeve top from this 'business' which when it didnt fit, I duly attempted to return. appear to have a particularly strong grasp of Australian Consumer Law because they didnt want to give me one. I had to ask my bank to help, which the bank did, because you know, laws to protect consumers dont get trumped by random policies some business dreamt up because they dont like having to accept returns.

Bigger issue, yet again, and as yet ever unsurprisingly, is the volume of spam I got (and am getting) from them after the fact. I now use iCloud's 'hide my email' feature when transacting online so disconnecting them from the email tap wasn't too hard, but the 6AM SMS's from them, despite NEVER signing up for ANY marketing communication and only providing my phone number, I understood, to facilitate delivery.

Just go elsewhere. Your data is worth more than the perceived discount you get on goods like this.

Great company – Customer service is really wonderful at bhumi. I’ve made plenty of orders and rarely I have had an issue with a product and they’ve been happy to give me a replacement. Another time a size was smaller than usual and they were happy for me to send back and get a refund. Really easy to deal with a lot better than most companies these days plus the products are so nice and soft.

you can constantly see the doona inside and mine has gone a bit yellow, so is HORRIBLE with white sheets. - it says they are cool or cold, they are absolutely not cold and I’m sweating on these hot summer nights. I so want them to be good as I do like the thin stripe pattern that I got, but no, they are bad! So wish I stuck with sheet society.

Plus THEY HAVE BEEN RUNNING THE 70% off sale since October and it’s know March! they are perpetually moving, so now I feel like I have been scammed with the price and they are just cheep sheets that say they have an expensive price tag but they are actually not. WARRANTY!!! Steer clear, surely one should expect sheets to last more than a month! The sheets were very poor quality and their customer service worse.
