good with this - but told them all about it, and after saying your Great 2019 tv was probably not broken, I'm a techie bloke - soi thought he'd probably be more update and know more than me - and got talked into what i figure is a much lesser tv - and three days after i got it - i rang the store and asked why don't i love this much newer tv - its awful, grey, sound, horrible - what is it, me - dumb blonde - sick of using that name for myself as a joke cos some bloke thinks that - I'm not dumb anymore, and far from dumb - but say it to make them realize hey - i am behind with all of this stuff - so don't sell me something that i cant manage - I'm 73 female disability pensioner etc. all that - well - gee - i wont give you the discounted price either - you pay cash and i will charge you the full price - a hundred dollars difference - just because some people just think how great they are - well same person, told me - well that is your opinion of your tv - YES OF COURSE IT IS - and only two people have seen both of them in action - and both say t he old one - is much better picture - and sound - and easier to use - SO i don't know for sure if the new version of the tv i wanted - either this size or one size bigger - would be better than my original tv either - but i still think it would be better than - what i consider the cheaper brands - which they are - but by his reckoning that i should be happy with that tv - and now they wont change it, exchange i or upgrade and i pay the difference - in the three days i had it before i rang in distress cos i couldn't figure it out on my own - gee - come and give me a hand to set it up ?? I found a fridge at a good price online. The website told me that my local store didn't have stock and to phone them. I phoned the local store and they were very helpful. Paid over the phone and was told the new fridge would be instore in a week. More than two weeks later no fridge so contacted the store for a refund. They obliged straight away.… Read more
If it wasn't for the local franchisee being so helpful, this review would have scored one star as the sole purpose of your establishment is to supply white goods and I don't have a fridge thanks to you.

- Did your training and systems fail the local franchisee by giving them an unrealistic timeline you cannot fulfil or is your logistics department so overwhelmed that they cannot get a fridge two hours from a major city in two weeks? These are the only two reasons possible for this failure.
I'm also not giving you any personal contact details as the public has a right to see the reply so you can do it here on a public forum so consumers can see what they're getting themselves into before deciding to do business with you.
Would not recommend the franchise at all but please support your local store with anything they have in stock.

Great service – After scouring the websites of several big name stores without success, I turned to Bi-Rite who had the fridge that I wanted, at a great price and were able to deliver it the very next day after I ordered it online. As a first-time customer, I was very impressed with the service. The new Hisense fridge looks fantastic and is working great.

Surcharges on their advertised prices – Tried to order a TV today, that they have in stock, from our local store only to be told they won't honour the sale price as we are regional and they want an $80 surcharge. The only phone number I can find online directs me back to the same store. I can appreciate they want $60 to deliver, but my understanding is that without a notice stating that they will surcharge, surcharging is illegal.

Speed and also a good price – I wanted to buy in-store but item was not available. I was told that I could buy it on-line which I did. I was told I would be notified when it arrived, and true to their word they rang as soon as it was delivered to the store and in the short time-frame as stated.
