They call them big air yet the performance of the trampoline is average at best. I was so excited to jump on it expecting as advertised "big air" to only be disappointed in the spring of the trampoline

and issued a refund without my consent. So let me get this straight: if a customer finds a better price on your own website, your solution is to shame them, cancel the order, and refuse the sale? Completely unprofessional and frankly unbelievable. After this experience, I spoke to a few family friends who have purchased from Big Air previously. Unfortunately, they all echoed the same sentiment: poor quality products that don’t last. Based on both the customer service and the feedback I’ve since received, I feel lucky the order was cancelled. Plenty of other trampoline companies out there who respect customers and stand by their products. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

big retangular tramp for the kids around covid time (so mid 2020). The kids have been on it every single week for the last 5 years... we have a basketball ring that overhangs the tramp, so yeah... they love it!
I've only just now had to replace the mat... and that's because when they land from the basketball ring, they sometimes land right on the edge where the springs go. You'd never guess where it tore :). But after 5 years of solid use, no complaints.... definitely had our monies worth already. The padding and nets have also been replaced in that time, but again... its in full sun full elements, and the kids bounce off the safety net all the time... no complaints. Frame is like new, no rust, no breaks, perfect.
I thought I'd put this review up for anyone looking to get a tramp for Christmas. Look no further than these guys, they are great. No issues with quality, the instructions are nice and clear, and the product is exactly as you would expect.
Fantastic trampoline, we purchased the 8’ x 12’ rectangular unit which is strong, sturdy and surprisingly easy to construct. Service from Big Air has been amazing. Would certainly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a trampoline.

their service has been really good- they have tried their best to rectify. But the fact is that the product is just rubbish. We’ve even tried reinforcing with zip ties etc where needed but nothing seems to last. Honestly hoping the damn thing gets stolen, catches fire, or has some other disaster befall it.

This company has amazing customer service been dealing with them for 5 years now and I had my trampoline damaged by winds they were so amazing ive had 4 times ive needed random things like and they have been so helpful very impressed with them and very happy with purchase

Great Product, Great After care – We Purchased a 14ft Big Air Trampoline in 2013. It has been the best investment in "toys" I have made. Damaged boxes resent with missing parts – DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Delivered 3 of 4 boxes. Had to chase company for 4th box. Logistics company said it was returned to sender as it was damaged. to us in under 24hrs yes u read right I've never seen service like this from a company great to chat to over the ph and they go above and beyond to help we were on a very short time limit and they delivered with days to spare took all the stress away in the hurry though they forgot to pack in the roof but that was promptly delivered 2 days later as soon as I notified them I cannot fault this company I highly recommend big air trampolines for top quality service customer care brilliant products and adove excellence delivery keep up the great work guys I've recommended u to everyone I know :-)

Seems dodgy – My husband and I had a bad experience in the past with a different online business where we ordered an expensive product that never got delivered, which made us reluctant to buy a large item online unless we could do so at the warehouse so as to see there was stock and could take the item straight away... us go to the warehouse to ensure/see there was stock before we order online and take with us straight away. Seems like a quick easy transaction to me. They said we would only get the address after we spend the money.

and emailed again, and were told again that it was delayed due to shipping issues. Another week we were told. We asked if they could keep us informed by email, they didn't. After more phone calls they finally told us they had received the trampoline and would send it by courier asap and we would receive a tracking number within 24 hours. 4 days later no tracking number. More phone calls...they had sent it to the courier but didn't email us with the tracking number. We had to ring the courier company ourselves to find our delivery which had arrived at our friends place already and been left out the front. We had requested we be notified of a estimated delivery date so we could organise someone to be home, this didn't happen either. Also there were meant to be 6 boxes and only 5 arrived with the courier. Now we are in the process of more phone calls and emails to get the missing box found and delivered. So unless you like headaches we wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
Great service. Great Trampoline – It must be a different company now. The reviews below do not match my experiences, Customer service was exceptional and I couldn't be happier. Product is OK for price but service is rubbish – So we ordered from them on two separate orders and received the wrong item on both occasions. They corrected the first order but not the second at this point. They asked for photos for their insurance claim that seems strange to me you send the incorrect item then claim insurance? Sorry but not good enough.

Terrible service! Unsure of product as I still havent recieved my order after 3 months! – How frustrating - purchased this in September for my Son's birthday. I can’t comment on the product as we haven’t used it yet (for obvious reasons) but all I can say is keep an eye on the delivery times if you do order from this company! It wouldn’t have been so bad if someone had apologised for the oversight / mix up / mistake.
I sent them an email asking for feedabck on why this happened explaining my displeasure and I am yet to recieve a response. This email was sent 3 weeks ago. Acting like nothing is wrong is very irritating. Cost effective Unable to use it as it has taken 3 months to arrive!
