service, expecting the item to be delivered directly to my apartment. However, only one delivery person was assigned to the task. Citing the item being too large to fit into the elevator, he left it at the ground-level loading zone without attempting further delivery. As a result, I was forced to arrange alternative assistance at my own expense to carry the item upstairs. Wasted my time and my money. After complain, already got any apology from them. Still, Totally nonsense customer experience from this delivery, if cannot deliver to home door, should be more detailed information provided from supplier and the company ahead, otherwise getting wrong guidance ordered!

recommended them to me in the first place. These guys really know their stuff, and they made my shipping experience a breeze.

But what really impressed me was their communication. If anything went wrong (and let's face it, things can go wrong in the shipping world), they were on it faster than a seagull on a french fry. Even when my package got run over by a forklift and the replacement was sent to the wrong address (hey, it happens), they went above and beyond to sort it out. And let me tell you, it takes a lot to impress this salty old sea dog.

So, if you're looking for a freight company that delivers the goods (literally and figuratively), look no further than Big Post. They'll treat you like family, and they'll get your packages where they need to go, even if it means jumping through hoops (or dodging forklifts).

After a week of having the confirmation in my inbox and past the expected delivery date, I get notified that BigPost had not even collected my item. No communication from them. No response to my enquiry. Would not recommend using if you want your product actually delivered Show details

If I could select zero stars I would. Not accountable, didnt follow up when their driver noted that supposedly another company had collected the freight (which the supplier says is incorrect as they only ever use big post) therefore they fraudulently took funds for a job and didn’t complete the job and didn’t notify anyone. no one knows where the thousands of dollars worth of freight is. Their tracking system is hopeless. They have poor communication between themselves and their subcontractors and can only contact subcontractors via email so the delays just keep mounting up when trying to sort any issue out. Zero stars. Do not use this company.

All care NO responsibility sums them up. Quick to take your booking and then don't expect any service. We gave them all the information for a delivery. in Depot 20/5. It was assigned again 21/5, then back in Depot 21/5. Here it is on the 23/5 and still hasn't been delivered. We have phoned and emailed several times over the week and we get the scripted, "we'll continue to monitor this", response. Today I called the carrier and was told "it's in our depot and we'll try and get it out today". Bigpost and a toothless tiger. They don't monitor, they send occasional emails asking what's happening. Look for another delivery service!

Sinead in SCR has been absolutely wonderful in dealing with a very tricky situation with a customer of ours over 1000km away, the original transporter didnt want to play nice & Sinead has handled it so professionally and achieved an amazing outcome that most of satisfied the end customer with getting their equipment. Show details ·  1

out whatever I bring to them in a timely fashion. Easy system to use and great people. I would highly recommend using them to anyone that send a high volume of freight daily. I never pictured myself using a 3rd party broker for freight, but now I can't imagine using anyone else.

Big post have been so helpful dealing with problems that everyone experiences with couriers as well as offering a great solution for shipping of large items. They are always quick to respond and genuinly go out their way to help and even chase up on things that we may have missed. Alice in customer care was fabulous in putting through our claim and kept in frequent contact with us to ensure she had all she needed to process it successfully Aside from that, my only issue.
