Alas between leaving me and reaching Ceva Car Logistics in Melbourne the door catch was broken and the handbrake too. This resulted in a 700$ repair before the car could continue its journey. Logistics to transfer the vehicle as non drive able. It seemed to me that Ceva take no care with the vehicles and after damaging them charge for the experience. Fortunately the mechanic I engaged was able to repair the damage done. I'm not aware of the link between Australia Wide TExpress and Ceva .

company provided conflicting information about its location. At one point, staff admitted they didn't even have access to the vehicle's movements.

Missed Deadlines: My car was estimated for delivery between March 6th–11th. I was only notified of a delay on the 9th, with no detailed explanation provided despite my requests.

Unprofessional Staff: When I spoke with a representative (Danielle) to express my frustration over my property I paid for ($ ** 000) and the service, she literally laughed and told me I hadn't paid that money to her company. To treat a client’s property with such dismissive levity is staggering.

Their website claims to "line up all the ducks" for on-time delivery, but in reality, they leave customers in the dark. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, look elsewhere.

I still had no response from my formal complaint to them and still don't have my car

progress of our delivery. The timeframe was truly a credit to the company and driver. We were given an estimated week approx by dates. Yet our vehicle arrived for our daughter in the same week. Only about 2-3 business days from the start of transit to completion. My husband and HIGHLY recommend your service. You’ve taken all the stress out of its delivery for us.

Terrible! If you need your car delivered, try another company! This one does not book your car delivery for the estimated dates you selected at the time of booking. I booked through Car Transport Express the 2-5 day estimated delivery of my car and immediately after I dropped off my car I got an email stating they had put the car on an estimated 10 day arrival with Prix Car. And I was left with no choice but to go along with that and wait (and pay for extra accomodation). When questioned they resorted to their fine print stating 'delays can occur at any time' ... failing to acknowledge this wasn't a delay that occurred during transit, it was a failed service from the start they were never aiming for 2-5 days, the service I booked! Refusal to acknowledge, terrible customer service no apology. Just an other big company doing whatever it wants, not delivering what they promise, and attempting to make the fine-print relevant to this case and excuse the failed service!

unacceptable to be charged for an issue that clearly stems from internal shortcomings. As a customer, I expect professionalism, transparency, and accountability—none of which were demonstrated in this experience.

This situation has left me extremely dissatisfied. I do not accept the charge, and I am very disappointed with how this was handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend your services, and I question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews published online.

Ended badly – Started off great. very frustrating as I don’t see this as an expense I should have had to pay. I bought a car in great condition and it didn’t arrive that way. Also the tracking link wasn’t sent out to me until after my car arrived at my front door.

Highly recommend- car arrived earlier than expected and in same condition as it left in - no one looked in or stole contents I have seen happen at other companies. If I had to give a negative and it’s only a small negative one of the call personnel got sick of me checking on the progress of the car lol. I needed to get my Wolfsburg Scirocco to WA fom NSW. It's pristine and it had to come in a covered transport to minimise the risk of damage. I did look at another transporter but found the reviews deeply concerning. My car arrived just as it left. Huge relief and I'm totally satisfied. We needed our car to be transported from Melbourne to Darwin as we were going on a partial off road tour from Adelaide to Darwin and did not want to go off road ourselves. We dropped car at Laverton in Melbourne and after staying there for 5 days it was in Darwin 5 days later, well in time for us to collect on arrival.
