Big W Photos

This is the first time I have had a problem with Big W photos after many successful projects. Cheryl sent a quick reply and was able to help me and reassure me that all photos were uploaded in my photobook. Thank You.

Query re cards I received – The customer service I received from Cheryl H was so far above what anyone could expect to receive - it was prompt, efficient, most helpful and polite and respectful of my issue.

Great cutomer service – I experienced a glitch with the server when submitting a calendar order, resulting in a double payment. Soooo disappointed. When you pay over $200 (on sale)for a photo book, you expect good quality. Before I even get to the photos, front and back cover of album has marks all over it. Then all the pages that have full length photos,the photos are a centremetre or more short, but the top of photos go to the very top of page (on my computer before… Read more

ordering the photos were right to the very top and bottom of page. There's line marks across most pages where something has marked the pages. And some photos are darker than the original photo. This was supposed to be a wedding gift,and I'm embarrassed to give this. The quality of this photo book is certainly not worth what you charge.

Worst online service ever – Online service is awful. I chose a photo, created a project for a canvas print and spent hours toadjust and edit it and now I keep receiving an error that item can't be added to the shopping cart. It's the 5th times now and I'm going to give up and use another company's canvas pronting service. So disappointing!!!

Calendar building / projects = atrocious – Absolute piece of garbage website. Building a calendar, get to November and it will no longer save and state "error saving project, please try again"...EVERY TIME. a family member that was made in a previous year and that has more photos in it, so i know too many photos is not the issue. Looking at other reviews / comments i can clearly see that it is a problem from Big W's end (with no support). Come on, get your sh1t together Big W, unacceptable.

I have purchased many BigW photobooks over the years. My latest 4 books were excellent quality, with the software to create them very user friendly. I wait for their rotating specials which give generous discounts. Very satisfied. Show details

No customer service help at all – Images were cut off on at least half my order. When contacted to ask for a reprint or refund as they state on there website I was told it is not possible and no help or resolution was made. Never ordering anything from them again. Very disappointed as they we're supposed to be Christmas presents

Fix your issues big w – I have brought a photo book in past loved it very easy to use but this time round very frustrating I get to payment and it just keeps flicking back to were I press pay by PayPal. Will not load the photos and will not go to pay screen. I looked for contact us and no phone or email. You just lost my service as I want a book done for a xmas presant.

Great photos and excellent customer service – I found the website very easy to use but had made a mistake and ordered the same photo multiple times. I contacted customer service and Mel was amazing from start to finish. She was so helpful and managed to explain to me where I had gone wrong and helped me order replacements. Shocking waste of time – Do not trust this system! I have wasted enormous amount of time creating photo books that have suddenly disappeared out of my account, and the only help I was offered by Big W was to start from scratch. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This app is absolutely useless – I have been trying to get some photos done here on and off for 12 to 18 months now it just will not finish the process so frustrating

Big W Photobooks – Fabulous customer service from Big W for a photobook I made. I had a problem (my fault) & the wonderful Cheryl in Customer Service sorted it for me in a flash. large book print – I ordered a 100page book of my artworks and the borders were not cropped properly to match my editing- on a number of pages. It took time to list every one but the issue was resolved. I wont know until I pick up the book, if it worked this time. Mel was prompt with her communication.
