to get my bike transported from my Sister s house in Buderim to my home in Shepparton. John sent Wade in his Bike transport truck to pick up my bike .Wade was so professional about his job and was checking with me that I was happy with the way the bike was strapped down . Wade had a great attitude and was very friendly too . My bike arrived at my house (Shepparton) yesterday 4/7/23 . The Driver being Jared , whom had bought my bike down from their Brisbane depot .Jared to was an Awesome man in his attitude and very professional as well . He explained to me that my bike went straight to the depot in QLD then on his 12 ton truck again strapped down very well in the back of his late model Pan Tec . ( Bike Logistics truck) My bike arrived with out a mark on it . I cannot thank this company and it’s driver s enough. I was even given an update by John as to where my bike was in it’s travel. So this is a long review (Sorry for that) But I can’t thank John and Wade and Jared enough for looking after my motorcycle. Eight days to get my bike here !! No complaints there . So I highly recommend Bike Logistics to transport your motorcycle s . I’m a 67 year old motorcycle man , I have and still are riding my motorcycle s of various makes . replies that did not provide what I asked for, despite one of the replies being from an employee instructing me to reach out on a specific day.

The delivery driver was also extremely rude and pushy for my signature at drop off and when I explained the information he placed on the sheet was not accurate to the bikes drop off condition, he drove off stating he didn’t need my signature. I raised this with bike logistics who said they would speak with the driver same day as drop off, over a week later and I have received no reply to this. Along with a call and follow up email with photos of the damage/condition also in shot showing petrol cap and wheel to show the location of the damage. I received no reply for days then I received a request for more photos and still no update. The bike was showroom condition at pick up and while dust is acceptable during transit. Damage, unidentifiable oily substance left on the tank, along with numerous scrapes and blemishes on the paint work and wheels and staff responses received are not acceptable.

If you value your bike do not use this company unfortunately I did and now my pride n joy is paying for it.

Their response to my complaint tells me they do not care for the vehicle being transported or the customer when concerns are raised to their attention. No doubt there will be a swift response to my review while my call and email remain unanswered.

Couldn't of asked for more – Thank you Bike Logistics for getting our bike from WA to Qld, they have great customer service, understand transport, didn't fluff us around. Customer service from manager appalling – I paid for a quote. $748. Within 1 day I had cancelled my deposit, they was waiting for the bank cheque to arrive to confirm my booking. Australia post they couldn’t find the depot address. The cheque was resent back to me. The cheque is now lost in the mail. The bike I was buying was sold & $150 for a booking fee was taken from my deposit , bike logistics could not make a booking until that cheque arrived to them. Be weary with manager.

I mark them a good pass – Right now you book, pay, then discover the delivery time, around 3 weeks. Someone must be with bike at pick up. I was already interstate. All was in their advised time frame. The truck had only a few bikes all lashed individually. No hidden charges - no scratches. The driver checked 30 minutes before delivery. Show details

Do not use this company. They will screw you – Forced to pay $75 extra . Told driver waiting for 1 1/2 hrs to collect from grays. Scammed Me too – Called up and said I needed a motorbike transported interstate. Told me the price. I said yes and paid on my card. After the payment was made, she told me it was going to take 4 weeks. I said unfortunately that time frame doesn’t work for me. I asked for my money back and she charged me $60! moments to read the Bike Logistics FAQ section on their website under the 'refunds policy' it clearly states a $150 cancellation fee. I figured it would be common sense for anyone to read the T&C's before entering into a contract but it would seem that common sense is not all that common, evidently.

With that said, from the first call made to Bike Logistics I found their staff friendly and easy to deal with. The bloke that collected my bike clearly knew how to handle a motorcycle as he manoeuvred from the driveway and up the ramp into a truck and I had not at any point felt uneasy given my bike is in aesthetically mint condition for a 2009 model. He was friendly and clearly knew his business. I felt confident as I saw my pride and joy get strapped down and locked away to be sent off from Adelaide to its first stop in Melbourne.

A few days before my bike was due to arrive I called through to Bike Logistics to advise that I would be busy for a few hours on the morning it was due to arrive. Bike Logistics was accommodating and let me know they would call through to the delivery driver to update them of the times I would be available on the day. Within a few hours (possibly even less) I got a call back from Bike Logistics notifying me that the driver had been briefed and would instead arrive a few hours earlier that morning so as to not conflict with my schedule. Excellent! Easy!

Given the distance my bike had to be transported I was a little anxious on arrival day. However, when my motorbike came off of the ramp onto my driveway it was in exactly the same condition (perfect).

Overall an excellent experience from both phone contact with the company and the meeting of the two blokes that sent off and delivered my ride. 10/10! I would absolutely use this company again for transportation if needed in the future. Thank you Bike Logistics for bringing my ride to my new home in Queensland and taking such good care of her along the way! :D

I have joined the "ripped off" club of Bike Logistics (aka Kane Moto Group) – Look for another transport company and don't pay in advance!!! I booked to get a bike picked up and delivered from Brisbane to Sydney. I booked via Bike Logistics' website and paid in advance as per their condition. The cost was $330. (Due, coincidently, to finding out that a friend was travelling down from Brisbane that week and offered to bring the bike with him in his van). The customer service person from Bike Logistics advised that there would be a $150 cancellation fee. I explained that I had only booked 4 hours earlier and that my circumstances had changed. The customer service person said that was their policy. I then asked that if I went ahead with the booking when would the bike be picked up and delivered. The customer service person said they would need to get back to me as my job had not been processed yet! I then complained about the $150 cancellation fee as they had not done any work on my booking nor incurred any cost. The customer service person reinforced that it is their policy and all she could do was refer it up the line and get back to me the following day. The following day I spoke to a person named [Name Removed]. [Name Removed] reinforced that $150 was the cancellation fee but that he could reduce it to $90. I still was not satisfied and queried what the $90 was covering as nothing had been done from when I paid online at 12.30 to when I cancelled 4 hours later. From further discussion it became obvious that it was a 'take it or lose the entire amount' situation, therefore, beware, and, Look for another transport company, and, avoid paying anyone in advance!!!

Disgusting $150 cancellation fee – Do not use this company!!! They will not give you a date and time for pick-up until you pay them. Once paid they email you to tell you they can't pick-up for another 3 weeks!! I then cancelled the booking 18 hours after paying and had to pay $150 cancellation fee that management refused to lower. Do not use this business – Charging me an exuberant cancellation fee for their own fault. Do not deal with this company.Definitely go elsewhere.
