Do Not Deliver

Provided poor customer service, failed to get a better price than a co-worker of mine. After receiving over $2500 commission went against their own customer agreement and did not deliver the vehicle as promised. Did not inform me of the $9500 price increase. Expected me to pay a $2000 dep, then when it was time to pay for the car expected to pay the full amount and said they will give my deposit back at a later date (what company works like that?) Even after the issues where escalated, the managers they failed to contact me. I had to communicate with the dealer directly. No one would take responsibility for Private Fleet's mistakes. When Nick finally contacted me he was rude and condescendingly said "I hope you enjoy your vehicle". Show details

Good service but shady tactics

I delt with Sandra. She was very professional and honest that the Isuzu mux we wanted we couldn’t get for the price we could afford as it was already discounted by the manufacturer. Eventually she mentioned a local dealer agreed to sell one to us at our price which was on a ship to Australia. Wait time less than a month. I couldn’t give more stars because I was told I had to pay a deposit of $2000 before I saw a contact. I never hand over money before I see something in black and white so ended up not proceeding. We got one from a local dealer for the same price after some negotiating. Honestly that’s the only downside with their service, I don’t know how they make money because I would never pay without seeing something in black and white. Show details
