The machine appears to do exactly the same thing, with the exact same specs. The 2457H came with a massive amount of accessories, some of which I haven't used yet.

At the end of the day they'll perform the same - but I suppose if you're on the fence, having the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee is a plus. This model also comes with a handy clean out tray, which can flush out the machine for you after using it which I find great for clearing pet hair from the nozzle and brushes.

You always get a better deal with a retailer / sales person that you've done business with before, as you have already built that relationship, even if it's only $5.00 here or $10.00 there. The main thing is to shop around until you get the best deal that you can afford or can accept. The longer your research: the better the result. Retailers always have sales. It has been made known in the news recently, that Harvey Norman sales are are up on electrical goods so they are sitting in a firm position to refuse discounts and price matching, however they will eventually come around to advertising sale items, as their fortunes will no doubt change and they will need people like us, to come along and buy their goods. The model (Revolution Pet Professional) at Harvey Norman is their exclusive model with all of the attachments, extra cleaning mode, and three-year warranty, so they are under no obligation to price match with other retailers. However, the Revolution Pet 2066F may be still available at selected stores who have stock at a more affordable price.

The Pet Professional range (2457P/2457H) is exclusive to Harvey Norman. They come with an additional year warranty (making it a three year warranty), more accessories, and an extra 'Max' mode on the machines, compared to the 2066F. Fundamentally they are all the same machine - just various accessories and modes or warranties may differ.

2066F has a two year warranty and the standard set of accessories.
