I have just purchased but the water is cold. Does this machine not heat the water? With no steam or hot water how can this work?
Does the Bissell spot clean 36984 heat the water ie does it use steam?
No steam - it's a washer/extractor only. It has ProHeat Technology built-in, which maintains water temperature while the machine is in use.
Hi there, can anyone please help with a question, my fabric couches & mattresses have been in storage, there are mouse & rat droppings all over, can any of the bissell spot cleans sanitise & clean it up??? Thanks in advance...

how can I get the side brackets back out of the machine without breaking them
What do you mean by side brackets, the one that holds the tool attachment at the back of the machine, or the cord wrap? Either one should pull straight out I think
the tool attachment which won't pull straight back out as they have ribbing on them
