There were no kind words, no message of sympathy—just a prompt and cold transaction. It was a painful moment made worse by the business’s complete lack of compassion.
This experience has left me deeply disheartened and I would not recommend becoming part of this franchise.
Worst customer service – Today I called to enquire about the regular clean for our house and the lady in the reception named [name removed], was so rude over phone and she was reluctant to explain anything with patience..who would want to go to such people who can’t respect their clients. Unfortunately even my husband had the same experience yesterday..its just waste of time to approach them when she's in that company.
Don't use them, terrible cleaners – If we could give zero stars we would. Bizzi Beez cleaned for our business for several years. The quality and consistency deteriorated over time. unprofessional cleaner, rude receptionist, franchiser couldn't care less – my regular cleaner left for overseas and gave me the contact details. floor, carpet, and bathroom. First, they turned up 1/2 hour late, came in as a pair instead of one, still spent 2.5 hours (was quoted max 2hr with 1 person) and didn't finish the job. Husband has to leave for work after nearly 3 hours, asking them to wrap up. Cleaners didn't have the right tool, vacuum machine has little power to pick up dust/dirt from carpet (we own a dyson V10 and vacuum once a day anyway). Mop and wipes look ragged. Wore runners and walked all over carpet/wet floor, left footprints on carpet and bathroom tiles after the clean. Mind you, my toddler is used to climb all over the floor and we go barefoot inside the house. rubbish such as hair and spider webs are still there, at numerous places. floor was half mopped due to lack of time, and the half that was mopped was left with dirty water stain. My entire house smells like bleach on fire. I have a toddler and a dog, I have to re-wash toilet/sink and re-mop. Called them to give constructive feedback (one other person came as quality control/supervisor left a card said to call if any issues), couldn't care less, argumentative, yelling over the phone, eventually said "there's nothing I can help you with. Send me the pictures as I need proof they didn't do a good job. We can send them back as the satisfaction guarantee is for 48 hours only." Thank you but no thank you. Don't ever use them if you don't want your blood pressure to shoot through the roof. Always check GOOGLE REVIEWS. They scored 1/5 stars (I'm guessing it's because there's no 0/5 stars).
Terrible company – This is an absolutely money-oriented company. The company charges higher fee which is not worth you pay for the cleaning. Besides, quality is sucks and service is lowest. Please don’t use them. It is a nightmare.
Poor customer service – After 5 years of being a loyal customer, Bizzi Beez decided to increase my house clean by $45 from $125 to $165! No additional work required, just a significant increase. When I called to question the increase, I received very poor customer service. "Take the quote or leave it" - I was told over the phone. I would not recommend anyone uses this company.
Absolute worst cleaning job ever – A vacate clean, floors looked like they were worse than when we moved out, Numerous blinds not cleaned, oven given a once over and not properly cleaned. Wall wiped with dirty cloths throughout, left dirty streak marks everywhere. Have had to get the whole house re-done by someone else. Stay away from these guys you're just pouring money down the drain.
Terrible, doesn't look cleaned – Had Bizzi Beez used for a vacate clean and the flat did not look clean whatsoever. Debris still on the floors, shower still dirty, kitchen still had stains. Had to call them back to re-do but only received bad attitude and lazy 2nd clean. I spent hours cleaning up after them. Their cleaning service leaves much to be desired - their effort & attitude is akin to asking your teenage son to clean. Don't go with them.
Regular service – I have regular fortnigltly cleaners to my home . Nothing is too much and everything is clean and fresh . Products included . Love the service . Set and forget .
Absolutely disgusted with busy bees – Just had vacate clean. The worst experience. Came with small amway bottles I think had water in them. No cleaning aids. Cleaned windows with dirty cloths. Left them very streaky. Without checking their work paid cash 400.00. No receipt. Complained even rang head office but got the brush off. When I spoke to cleaners I was told I could do what I liked. Had to have the job done again. Worst cleaners ever.
Great Job! – recommended by a friend of mine, I have used Bizzi Beez for about one and a half years now. Very impressed with their cleaning services. The cleaners are very polite, professional and highly experienced. They always arrive on time and work quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. I have my cleaning done once a week and the price they quote me is affordable too. Highly recommend it.

great cleaning with professional admin staff! – have regular cleaning done by this company and find there cleaning and customer service to be excellent - I would highly recommend bizzi beez to anybody looking for a clean. I am time poor and have a busy lifestyle without the helping hand of bizzi beez I don't know where I'd be!

Didn't turn up, didn't call to say they wouldn't be arriving – Booked cleaners for first thing Monday morning as we were moving into our new house that week and wanted to give it a once over before we moved in. Love my regular cleaners! – I have used Eaglemont Bizzi Beez for nearly 7 years and I would be lost without them. They have looked after my home so well and the cleaning standard is excellent.
Questionable behaviour – Poor cleaners but I was happy to tolerate it for the next few weeks until we moved. Phone call from BB, to tell me that my cleaners were no longer able to be contacted by the agency & that they wanted to come to my home for a confrontation the next time the cleaner were due. The day the cleaners were due, only one arrived to return my key, telling me that BB had in fact contacted the franchisee to say l no longer required the cleaning service, despite having told me the the franchisee had gone "underground " & was uncontactable.
At the end of this episode l felt that BB had lied to me. Certainly not a company I would ever deal with again.
Cleaners average but customer service staff very rude – Cleaners were ok not great, did not take any effort in cleaning beyond the areas visible, but worst is that when they went on leave for over 6 weeks without a refill I called admin staff and she was so rude & blaming me for not asking refill! Very rude in handling customers.
Unprofessional and slack administration staff – Had to chase up my quote via email, and then once I'd agreed to have cleaners come out to clean, they never called back to organise a time for this to occur. Have made other arrangements. Don't waste your time!
Didn't get past the quote – Rude and abrupt during quote, complained about having to move or clean around kitchen appliances. Stark difference to interaction and pricing with competing company....
$80 for 1 hour and 20 minutes! – Feeling very ripped off. Cameras showing the arrival and departure time of cleaner. Lazy cleaning and an equivalent hourly rate of $64! I don't think so! Do not recommend.
Don't bother! – I found this service to be extremely disappointing. I later queried this with the office staff over the phone, they got in touch will the cleaners who admitted the had overcharged and left early!
The outcome was they offered me a small cash refund.
The organisation is clearly unprofessional, and I wonder if this is a common occurrence and office/ management staff turn a blind eye...
They don't clean! – When I returned home to check the work the 2 cleaners had not even mopped the floors, there was a pool of water on the kitchen bench and they were too lazy to move a sink plug and wipe underneath as there was a wipe mark around it with dust and grime underneath. There were corners of the windows they had missed and I ended up finishing the job myself. Do not use them. I don't usually write reviews but felt this case needed it. Poor.

Horrible service – Told they dont charge by the hour but by the job. Well I'll never make that mistake again. We were quoted $330 to clean the house including windows, walls, oven, etc... They left in less than 3 hours and didnt do the windows, walls or even clean the microwave. Over $100 an hour and all they did was vacumm & mop.

specific for glass stove tops and got agitated when I asked what he was going to use. He got angry at my offer to remove the small items on the kitchen window (?). Then he walked out, still not having begun the cleaning. He said he was going to the car and never returned or let me know he was leaving. My call to Bizzi Bee to ask what was happening was not returned for more than an hour. I asked for a new booking. First they 'could not find anyone in my suburb the next day', then they couldnt find anyone for next week'. My call to [name removed], the 'coordinator' was not returned. Terrible and overpriced! – Cleaner damaged my home by swinging vacuum cleaner around and chipping paint off door frames, then denied causing the damage. on to tell me that the cleaner did not damage my home because "he said he didnt'. What a joke, Don handled this very unprofessionally. He could have chosen to reassure me that they will arrange another team to clean my home and claim the damages through their insurance (ah yes, the little thing called insurance – I do believe that’s what it is there for). There web site claims they are insured !! Go elsewhere, these guys are super expensive and first sign of any problem are very rude. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

touched. When I pointed this out to him he just said that he didn't want to damage the paint on the walls. Then I rubbed the stain just lightly with my finger and it easily came off. This didn't faze him. He continued to use the same line over and over again.
"Sorry I don't want to damage your walls..." . But i say, ".. You didn't even attempt to clean any of these walls and look there are spots and dirty hand marks everywhere. His reply was again, sorry we only spot clean and we don't want to damage your walls.. It came to the point of absurd. He was Chinese. Then he said, ok , speak to my manager and handed me his mobile phone. She was exactly the same . " sorry we only spot clean and we don't want to rub so we don't damage your walls". And I say , but there are spots all over my walls, why am I paying $316??
Then she sounded like a parrot and began repeating herself over and over again. I couldn't believe this was happening. It felt like the twilight zone.
It went round and round and would not end. They wanted my money but they didn't want to work for it. After half an hour of back and forth the chineseguy gave up and said ok I will clean only if you stand next to me and follow me around and tell me which bits to clean. So I took an extra sponge and followed him around and began to clean the walls together. I still couldn't believe this was happening. Then I paid him$316 and told him I will never use buzzi beez cleaning services ever again.
Lazy workers.
